As we welcome 2025, it's the perfect time to reflect and set our intentions for the year ahead!

Task: Share one personal or professional goal you have for this year!

It could be anything from improving your Qualtrics skills, prioritizing work-life balance, or finally starting a book from your reading list. Let’s motivate each other and create a supportive community as we chase our goals together! #NewYearNewGoals #CommunitySupport

During the first week of each month, we will post a new question, topic, or activity for you to connect with the community and earn a badge. All community members who join our team and contribute a thoughtful comment to this month’s discussion, between January 2 and January 31, will receive this badge worth 50 points by the end of the month.

I am working with a student personal trainer again this semester and have fitness goals set for the upcoming race season.  Mainly overall wellness and getting back to my 2017 racing weight.

Professionally it’s being a better advocate for myself and being confident to ask for what I want/need to be better at my job.

My goal is a bit multi-faceted, but we are finally launching a People Analytics department and have the interest to create a formal employee listening program where we can bring in all of the different elements of our engagementand listening programs together under one roof. This should be a pretty exciting year for Employee experience management this year!

This might sound a bit funny, but for the first time this year, I decided not to set any goals and instead just go with the flow, pursuing whatever I feel like without stressing about anything.

Professionally, I would love to learn new technologies and personal goal would be to stay fit and healthy.

My goal for the year is to read 12 books, which is about 1 book per month.📚

I also wanted to have a target number of steps per day, but a treadmill under a desk doesn't track steps because our arms don't move organically.😓 So I'm thinking about aiming to use my treadmill under my desk for at least 2 hours a week, something like that.

I’m challenging myself to relax and be more social within my work team and continue to pass my knowledge of Qualtrics to others in the department so I can retire in 2026.
