I'm feeling pretty dense here... but it seems like all my notifications in the Qualtrics community recently are random. For example, I'll get a notification that someone commented on a post I don't seem to have interacted with at all...no post from me, no star. I'm wondering if maybe I just viewed these posts at some point? It's making it kind of difficult to keep track of the threads that I'm actually interested in following.

The bell next to my name at the top will show that I have notifications. When I click on it, a little box appears with nothing. When I go into my account and click Notifications, nothing happens. I am using Chrome as my browser. Looking for any insight please!

Hi,I am trying to search community for any topics related to A/B tests.When searching for A/B, there are no results,When searching for A/B test, there are some results but most are about tests, and not about A/B. There are topics in there though that litterally have A/B in their title.When searching for "A/B" test it are the same results as without the quote marks.So how should I formulate my search to get the best results?

Hello community members. Is anyone else having an issue with slowness of pages loading in the Community? It's been like this since inception (created community account) for me. It's very frustrating. It indicates "Waiting for the player.vimeo.com when the page sits there. Each page takes between 20-40 seconds to load. This is a long time for a web page to load each time.

Hi, I recently looked at my profile and I noticed that my points aren't displaying properly. When I initially click on my profile, it shows that I have 72 points, but when I go to a sub-menu, like notifications, then it updates to 85. I think I have more than 72 points at this point. This has been a summer of exciting Customer Experience updates! First and foremost, switching between your dashboards and your tickets got easier with improved navigation. Is it better to start a new discussion rather than ask a question as part of a current discussion particularly if that discussion was asked and answered about 6 days ago? Which would get a faster response?

After networking with many other academic brand administrators at X4, we've been trying to work out a way to stay in touch with each other. Not wanting to recreate the wheel or use a listserv, would it be possible to upgrade the Notifications so that it's possible to follow a certain category? I'm thinking that if we could set it up so we can follow and be notified on specific categories, like the Brand Administrator category, it would be a great way for us to stay in touch without having to login to the Community every day. Nothing against the Community - you know I love it - but out of sight, out of mind too frequently, you know? Thoughts?

I accidentally asked a question as a "Discussion" instead of a question. How can I convert my question to a discussion so I can mark the Accepted Answer?

I find responses that could be useful later and would like to "bookmark" them. How do I do that? All I get when I click on the star in the space next to my name is that I do not have any bookmarks.
