Change mode of selecting survey language using CSS?

I have a survey that is in both English and Spanish. Rather than having respondents use the default drop down menu to switch between languages, is it possible to use a custom CSS to have an option at the top of the English survey that reads "For Spanish survey, please click here" (in Spanish, obviously), and vice-versa to get back to English? Thank you!

left side of the slider question is not showing

Hi, I have several slider scale type questions, where people need to indicate something on a 0 to 100 scale. I set the min and max to be 0 and 100, grid lines = 10, removed the labels, and show the values + mobile friendly.However, on the computer as well as on the phone, the left side of the scale itself is cut. That is, i see the entire text above the scale, but the scale itself appears from 10(ish) to 100. I tried to play around with the look and feel features to see if that matters (they are currently "Blank"), but this does not seem to help.How can i fix this? Thanks!

Assigning a value to regions in 'Hot Spot' type Question

Hi, Hoping someone can help out here. First some background: I'm putting together a 'Hot Spot' type question of a store shelf, with each item/product on the shelf being a region. I'd like for respondents to be given a certain amount of money ($100), and then have them click on different items on the screen and have the value assigned to the selected region to decrease - almost simulating an online shopping experience. Is there any way that I can assign a numerical value to a region in a Hot Spot question type, so that I can have a max amount of items they can click on? Open to any and all suggestions/solutions to this question.Appreciate your help!AG

Unable to Create Service Ticket in SAP Service Cloud from Qualtrics Survey Response

I am trying to do Create Service Ticket in SAP Service Cloud from Qualtrics Survey Response.But while trying to do SAP Customer experience account,but it is showing as I added SAP Customer Experience account,But it is still showing as invalid account and while adding CPI target URL it showing as "Invalid or incorrect target URL. Please check the URL and try again.

Matrix Likert Table Script

Hello! I'm trying to set up a workflow that enters a row in Excel.I have a Matrix Likert table and I want to split the results up by a line break instead of a comma. I'm not even sure where to begin. My rudimentary research led me to put the following code in Javascript: var sampleString = "${q://QID13/ChoiceGroup/SelectedChoicesForAnswer/1}"; var comma = ", "; var sampleArray = sampleString.split(comma); var sampleOne = sampleArray[0]; Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.addEmbeddedData ("sampleOne", sampleOne); alert(sampleOne);but I suspect I need to put an Embedded Data block in the survey flow, but I'm not sure what variables and how to pull the information from my code... My alert box also shows up as a blank so I'm assuming my code is wrong too, anyways.Thank you in advance for your consideration in helping!

How to enforce switch (on/off) to high contrast theme

Hi,I would like to enable/disable high contrast theme for any survey when the survey is presented based on an embedded data field value I provide via Web/App Feedback project.Is that possible to force Qualtrics to switch to a high contrast mode by providing e.g. a boolean embedded data field.Thank you!

Can you have the creative's design change based on how the intercept survey is answered?

I would like to find a way so that if someone selects "I would like to take the survey later" the Creative shrinks to a reduced size and sits as a clickable button that re-opens the creative. Is this possible?

Un-select "split multi-value fields into columns" when pulling responses via API

My team is using the Qualtrics API to pull survey responses, and by default it is coming through in a wide format, the way it would if we checked "split multi-value fields into columns" when manually exporting data. Could someone direct us to a parameter to modify in the API call to un-select this export option and instead export multi-value fields in a single column?

Any way to replay Web Service Request or skip back to a block before the webservice call?

Hi everyone,We have implemented a Web Service as a part of a questionairre that calls an matchmaking API for some answers that are part of a question on the next page.Now we'd like to give the respondents the option of in some way going back and replaying that web service to get an updated set of matchmaking suggestions. I've read that the webservice in between blocks disables the back button. So i'm wondering: is there any way to call the API again? Using branching logic in some way? Table of Contents (but they don't seem to allow Web Service children)? I'm open to manually modifying the answers on the page using the question javascript API, but I'd rather not put the header credentials of the external API on the client side of things. Any idea's?

Eventsubscriptions (surveyengine.completedResponse.[survey_id]) don't always generate a callback

We are using the eventsubscriptions endpoint to collect responses from a few different surveys we current have running. Most of the time it works, but roughly 1 out of every 50-75 survey responses never make it back to our platform. I've searched our logs for all responses from Qualtrics for certain survey Response IDs that I can get from the Qualtrics UI and have confirmed they are never being sent back to us.One such example is response ID: R_2azCkmt2dz7miFHfrom survey ID: SV_aUXwQl7uFaUpHr7According to this guide: https://api.qualtrics.com/guides/docs/Guides/Common%20Tasks/listen-to-and-retrieve-responses-in-real-time.md they mention the opposite problem of getting too many responses (which we also handle as advised), but there is nothing about not getting only some responses.Is this a bug in the Qualtrics platform? Could someone from the customer support/development team please take a look at that response ID to see if a callback was sent at all?Thank you!

Track Hyperlink Selection Order

Hello,I've noticed several posts about scripting in JQuery for embedded variables to show a 1 if a hyperlink is selected and a 0 if it is not. I was able to get that coded and working but I have a different question.If within a block, there are several hyperlinks (i.e., 4), can you output the order of selected hyperlinks by the participant? So for instance, lets say there are Hyperlink1, Hyperlink2, Hyperlink3, Hyperlink4 within the block. The participant selects Hyperlink4 then Hyperlink2.The output would show 1's for Hyperlink2 and Hyperlink4 and 0's for Hyperlink1 and Hyperlink3 based on selecting the hyperlink. But also, the output would show the order or selection - (1) Hyperlink4 (2) Hyerlink2.Does anyone know if this can be done in Qualtrics? Thanks so much in advance.V/r,J

question about copying randomly displayed text from one block to another

Hi all, I asked qualtrics support, but they do not seem to have a good solution to this, so I hope someone here can help me.I have a survey in which those who take the survey (participants) see one random text out of a total of 120 that they can possibly see. These texts appear in different block. Specifically, I have 6 blocks (so that different participants are randomly assigned to different blocks) and within each block I have 20 different potential texts, out of which they see one. I am using embedded data with text = 1 to 20, and different names for the different blocks/groups.In a later stage, I want to remind participants the specific text they saw. The current solutions I have is to set 120 "display if" statements in the block itself or 120 embedded data statements (where I set an embedded data for "text_displayed" for each text they see) in the Survey flow and then displaying the "text_displayed" question in the block. I was wondering if there is an easier "catch all" solution,

Making Response ID available on the Website while Respondent Participates the Survey

Hi All,I am using a Embedded Feedback Intercept via the guided approach to embed 5 stars on the website. Since this intercept does not require creating a target survey, I am unable to write any custom JS code.What I need is, when a respondent interacts with the 5 stars, let's say gives us a 3 star rating, at the very time I need to fetch the response id of that respondent and have it available on the site to be used somewhere else.Earlier, when we I was using a slider creative, I had a target survey, I had exposed the response id with the following code using JS: window.parent.postMessage(JSON.stringify(ResponseID))Any ideas or potentials solutions will be highly appreciated.

Changing the colour of carousel answer buttons

Hi there, I've got a few questions in my survey that use the carousel format of the matrix question. What I'd like to do is to change the colours of the answer buttons, so that they look like the image below (i.e. a different colour for strongly agree, agree, strongly disagree etc.). I've been able to add CSS to change the colour of multiple choice answer options, but the same code doesn't work for the matrix carousel questions and I can't work out what needs to be included in the CSS!Thanks in advance :)

Why are NPS questions producing 2 values?

I'm using the outputs from a set of NPS questions as part of a typing tool. My problem is that the NPS is outputting 2 values for each question e.g. Q14_NPS_Group and Q14. The Q#_NPS_Group always outputs as 1, making typing impossible.How do I get my JS to call Q14 and not Q14_NPS_Group?var CCPay = Number('${q://QID14/SelectedChoices}');
