I would like to know if it is possible to trigger a Qualtrics workflow from a Code block by making an HTTP request to the workflow's JSON trigger endpoint. I'm following this guide on implementing OAuth2: https://api.qualtrics.com/instructions/docs/Instructions/Quick%20Start/getting-more-secure-with-oauth.md Everything is fine so far, but the docs do not mention how to refresh the token after expiry - what is the endpoint to call and what are the parameters? Usually I'd expect a call to oauth/token?refresh_token=...&grant_type=refresh but it's not mentioned anywhere.

I have exported my survey responses as a CSV file because I wanted to update few responses that is why I also exported the response ID’s . Now I made the updates to the responses in the CSV file in excel and I want to import them using API (there are more than 1 Lakh responses).The CSV file is present in my downloads folder. I want to use import API to import the responses, I went through the support docs but still cannot understand how to use it.We can do it either using python or postman. Can anyone please provIde me the python script required to import the responses? If not the python code I would appreciate some detailed step by step guidance as to how to do it in postman. 

We have some requirement to export a survey response with all answers given from an external system. I see that there is some solution for that on the UI (Data & Analysis - Actions - Export to PDF): However, we need to export responses from an external system and thus need some corresponding API. I had a look on the API reference and found the "Surveys Response Import/Export API". Unfortunately, I think this does not help in our case since PDF is not available. Does anyone know if there is a API available for the "Export to PDF" functionality? Another option I was thinking about is to have some (public) available link per response which opens the survey with the responses in the browser. But I guess such a functionality is not available as well since the PDF is generated "on the fly" based on the response data... Thanks for the assistance.

I am looking to use Workday’s out-of-the-box functionality to send outbound files to external systems (Qualtrics), known as Outbound EIB. I’ve inserted a screenshot of the documentation below. This allows for authentication via OAuth 2.0, which Qualtrics also supports OAuth 2.0. Is it possible to retrieve a response summary PDF via the API? Ideally I'd like to be able to export the responses to CSV/Excel, parse each response for its response ID, and then download the summary PDF for each response using an API call. I found https://api.qualtrics.com/api-reference/b3A6NjEwNjg-retrieve-a-survey-response but it doesn't look like what I need.

And I was able to create individual links to the PDF using the link format mentioned in the above thread. However it requires login into Qualtrics when opening the link in a browser, so it might need an active session and cookies? I have tried using Requests package to post my credentials, but the response I got is still an HTML page instead of PDF. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!

In a QX survey we’ve set EmbeddedData to hardcoded value via the Survey Flow UI interface. In the HTML header we’ve included some JavaScript code and in questions we’ve included JavaScript code for trying to getting EmbeddedData into JS code business logic. HiI’m needing some help with either API or a way to change the pipped text code. Use case:I’m getting information from HubSpot. I’m not able to use the Hubspot task in the workflow as it is not a list of contacts that I can bring, but data based in an Hubspot Object. I am looking to test an integration with Workday that relies on OAuth 2.0 authentication. I am currently trying to test this and by getting a set of access and refresh tokens. Can someone describe how I would get those tokens in a Qualtrics web service task? On Tuesday, 9th September, we discovered that the Webhook / Event Subscription surveyengine.completedResponse.{SurveyID} stopped sending Status = ’Complete’ to our endpoint, which caused the related part of our application from working roughly ~70-80% of the time. About the Status parameter, the document claims this: The status will always be Complete if successful https://api.qualtrics.com/66b2ec694d5c2-webhooks Instead, the POST call to our endpoint receives Status = ’Full’ most of the time. There is no mention of a change in behaviour in any documentation that we can find, nor is there any reference of a string ‘Full’ in any of the documentation that we can find. Is this a recent change, or a bug?If it is a change:What exactly does the Status = ’Full’ mean? I need to creat a multiple choice question where I have text both before the 4 choices are presented and after them, below.  It should appear as it does in the screenshot but without using an additional Text / Graphic box. I want all text to be in the same box, else, the text after the 4 choices will be too far away and this could create confusion. I know Qualtrics does not accomodate for this setting so I was wondering if anybody could help me with a custom code to do that. I thought I would share this since I needed it for a survey. My use-case involves scanning barcodes to verify the values meet certain conditions. I want my users to simply load the survey and begin scanning barcodes and not have to manually select the text field with their cursor each time they need to scan a barcode.So if you have a text field that you want the user cursor auto focused on when the question loads (to save the user from needing to manually select it to begin typing or entering text), you can use the following javascript within your question. Hi there! I’m trying to create a survey in which participants are able to move through various videos on the same page, viewing one, then picking another one, whilst being able to move on past the videos at any time. I was able to accomplish this with the HTML and JS outlined below. The issue I run into is collecting the embedded data. That is, I want to log what videos participants select, and how long they spent watching it. I’m pretty new to JavaScript, but I’m trying to add different static text to text boxes in a form field. The complication is that there’s display logic on the question.In the question before, the user selects what items they’ve received. Then, in the relevant question they’ll input how many of each they received. Some of the choices need units behind them. Here’s a simple example: I found answers for if there isn’t display logic, it’s pretty straight forward, like this example:  My problem is, that only works if they select every option from the question above. Otherwise the units appear nonsensically. With the display logic, I can’t reference the choice box by location in the list. I have a pick, group, and rank question with 32 items, set to display stacked so as not to overwhelm the survey-taker. I would like to have a counter on the page that indicates how many items are remaining in the stack (they must rank all items). There are two groups the items can be ranked into.
