Here is what I'd like to use a matrix table to ask an NPS question:How likely are you to recommend the following product(s) to a colleague?Product A | 0 - 10Product B | 0 - 10Product C | 0 - 10What I'm not sure about is how to get this data out into a dashboard widget(s) so Qualtrics provides the NPS score for each product in an individual widget.The reason I want to use a matrix question to ask this is I'm carrying forward the product name from a question asked early in the survey.thanks

Apologies if a similar question has been asked, I've looked around without much luck.I want to include a smiley face and unhappy face at the end of an email being sent from Outlook (not sending from Qualtrics), asking readers to respond whether they found the email content useful or not.If they select the smiley face I want it to take them to a customised end of survey message. If they select unhappy face, it will take them to a survey question asking for further information and then after that the default EOS message.I have set up embedded data (Sentiment) and then including ?Sentiment=happy and ?Sentiment=unhappy to the end of the survey link, then embedded each behind the relevant image in the Outlook email.I have tried different survey flows (Branch where Sentiment = happy and adding the customised EOS message after this) but it's not working, perhaps because there are no other survey questions it can relate to and being outside of Qualtrics (email from

To make the survey a bit more mobile-friendly, we'd like to limit the amount of text that is displayed. Is it possible to have an expand button or drop-down list? This would not be a question we are wanting them to answer. It would be within the text block section. So if they want to read more they can, but it isn't necessary to go the next section of the survey.

I got this update email from Qualtrics regarding upcoming changes to the Result reports:Beginning in early December, users will be able to opt-in and try the new reporting experience for two months. In February 2022, all users will be opted-in by default to the new experience, but will be able to revert back to legacy Results-Reports for four months. Finally, in June 2022, legacy Results-Reports will move to a read-only mode for three months before being fully deprecated.

Hi! I want to create a question where people can allocate a finite amount of points to a selection of choices in order to indicate their relative preferences. For example, they have 10 points to allocate to 5 choices and can give 5 to their highest priority and 1 to 5 other lower priorities. How can I do this?

Hi All, I'm completely new to Qualtrics and would like to achieve the following in a survey. I have a matrix table where 11 statements are rated from 1 to 7. I need to ask a follow up question for the lowest score statement from the matrix table. Like e.g. if statement 3 is rated as the lowest among the 11 statement then I need to ask, why you have given the score (e.g. "Strongly Disagree") for "Statement 3". If there is a tie, we need to select one statement randomly.Would this be achieveable with custom scripting?Thanks

I'm trying to force the respondent to select 1 Most Liked, 1 Least Liked and the rest as an N/A option in a matrix table. I'm using the custom validation to give an error that says they can only select one of each of the most/least liked. I'm using the logic in the picture and I get the error, but it is giving me an error when I am choosing 1 of each of the 2 options instead of when I select multiple Most Liked or multiple Least Liked. What am I missing in this logic?

HiI needed to change a questionnaire - adding a new question and removing an old one. I presumed that when I downloaded the data I'd get two columns, one with responses to the old question and one with responses to the new question. However, this is not the case, I only see the new question. How do I access the data from the old question?CheersDuncan

I have big trouble with setting up a survey.In my survey, I would like to let respondents share the survey link through their social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and email) and track which social media is selected. Already I tried to follow the instruction by previous answer Track whether a link is clicked in qualtrics even a respondent leaves for the opened new page — Qualtrics Community But, this was not about multiple links. Is there a way to cope with this? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Hello,Is it possible to have the user's id icon updated to include more than one letter. It would be very helpful when you have more than one account open (I'm a brand administrator). Right now all I can see is a "C" and when someone else in the company has the same first initial it can be very confusing which account I'm in without have to constantly click to see. Is it possible to just show the users name?

Is there a way to know how a participant went through the survey authenticator? I have people receiving invitations (authenticator is autofilled) and others using the anonymous link and manually authenticating. I would like to be able to differentiate self-initiated surveys vs invitation ones.Is there a way to achieve this natively? The best I came up with was to add a parameter to the links URL and store it in ED.

I am using branch logic in my survey flow to skip over blocks that have already been answered. I have three blocks: household, sociodemographic, and adjustment. I created three indicator variables for each (HouseholdInd, SocioInd, and AdjustInd) and included them as fields in my contact list. Each variable has a value of either 0 or 1 (entered manually). If the variable has a value of 1 I want to skip the block represented by that indicator variable and move to the next one and so forth. If the variable has a value of 0, then I want to go through the questions in that block before moving to the next. All this explanation to say that my branch logic is not working at all. I've manipulated the indicator variables and not matter their values, the survey flow just goes through all three blocks in order. I have included a screenshot of part of my branch logic. Is there anything that looks glaringly wrong? Any suggestions on how to make this work would be greatly appreciat

Hi. I would like to construct a survey with four different measurepoints. I need to see the progress of each participant, so, if there is a difference between start, second, third and fourth measurepoint. It should be over 15 months. But I cannot send an e-mail to each person at the different measurepoints, because they are individual. It depends on their startmeasurepoint. Is there a function to generate an automatism sending a link or a remembering mail to the people after six months, 12 months and 15 months after starting? It is important having four surveys from the same person after the study.

Hello!I am trying to use a date picker in one of my surveys and it's not exporting at all. In addition to no data, there's no column included in the output. I'm having the same problem as in this community thread: https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/12157/date-picker-cannot-find-results The changes to the code didn't help and any attempt to use a different date picker (flatpickr, other qsf's) don't load no matter what I try. Hello, I am trying to pipe in the brands from the multi-select question into a loop & merge metrics questions but its not appearing in recode sequence which I assigned. Instead Qualtrics is taking the default code assigned initially at the backend.Any help???

Hello,I am working on a multi-site project and I have created different versions of the same survey. Let's say I want to distribute a different link according to each different site. Let's say that the site is called: Rome. the link would be: https:blablalink? Q_Language=Rome. So I have to only add ?Q_Language=Rome (or the other name of the sites).However I also need to store the IDs of participants for the Sona System for which I should add the following line of code in the link: ?id=%SURVEY_CODE%.However If I combine the two in the main link, like: https:blablalink? Q_Language=Rome??id=%SURVEY_CODE%. IT won't work! How can I do that? I want to have a different link for each translations, but I want that each translations keep track of the SONA ID too. Thank yo

*Not sure if this was the right categoryI have a feedback survey where participants select the employee they were helped by for the day. I want to be able to automate reports that filter for A) the past week and B) for each employee that can either get sent to them or to me and I can forward it on. Is this possible without a ton of steps I have to do manually?
