+10@rachel_stoddart @Mohammedali_Rajapakar_Ugam Interesting sidenote. I've run into a few gliches with emails not sent using the email trigger. Qualtrics support last month said the most updated and reliable email trigger is the one set in the Actions Tab: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/actions-module/email-task/

Thanks for sharing the note, however, till date I've not faced any such issue... however, sometimes I received the email in my junk folder. Can you please give a try and check?
