I am trying to measure what our response rate is for each month. i have created the formula and can see the current response rate but i am not able to figure out how to put that into a trending line graph. has anybody had any success with this?

@SD123 The best way that I could see to doing it is by creating a new field in your Vocalize data tab -- mapping the field you created for the formula into a Numeric Value field -- then that should appear on your Vocalize dashboard which you can trend over time: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/dashboard-settings-cx/dashboard-data/dashboard-data-overview/

AdamK12 What is the formula you used to create the variable?

Hi, MelKough17 -- it wasn't a mathematical formula, I simply used topics in Vocalize to associate with specific URLs and thereby link topics to specific elements in an embedded data field.
