I've launched a feedback slider survey. It would be great to know which page a user is on when they decide to take the survey. I searched extensively and couldn't find anything related to this. Is it not possible?

I am brainstorming a survey and an associated website project that can essentially serve as a database for faculty members. I plan to send the survey out to all my fellow faculty members in our field of medicine in order to get responses that describe how they currently have their curriculum set up. As a part of the survey, there will be yes/no questions, multiple choice questions, and open-ended questions. I have a friend that works in the field of data visualization so he will help me a lot with some of the front-end and back-end of the website itself, but I am trying to figure out how to have qualtrics send or share the data with the website. In essence, I want the users to be able to complete the survey and then that data will be fed into the website's database along with all other responses and the user can then look at the aggregate data, the individual data to see how a single institution is organizing their curriculum, or to filter based on specific criteria. Hello! I am working on a project to collect feedback on a website and am looking for some advice on how to get a Custom HTML creative to fit nicely on the page and to dynamically resize based on the survey content. A similar use-case to what I am trying to achieve is the 'Was this helpful?' survey which can be found on Qualtrics support pages (see screenshot below). Basically, I am trying to first show a very short question which is embedded on a webpage and if the user answers the survey question, then a second question is shown where a comment box is available for the user to add a comment. ! The issue I am running into is that when the creative is displayed on a webpage (I am using a bookmarklet to do this), there is a scrollbar at the side of the content and a ton of extra space between the survey question and the 'Powered by Qualtrics' text (see second screenshot below). !

Hi, I'm having some issues with the site intercept that is currently not deploying on my mobile phone even though it's working perfectly fine on my web browser. Both browsers are Google Chrome. I've also enabled pop ups and clear my cookies. Anyone having the same issue?

I've deactivated my intercept, but impressions are still incrementing. Does anyone know why this might be?

I've been having issues since the UI update. Not only can I no longer find my old intercepts and creatives, but I don't see where I can set the zone for my intercept. Suffice to say, new intercepts have not been working for me. So my question is, where is this stuff?

I am trying to build a random pop up survey. The survey has to be responsive, should work on all devices (both mobile & desktop). The chosen creative is the new responsive creative. It does not have an option to display. I would like to display the survey invitation(creative) when the user is on the site and is focuesd on a page for more than 60 seconds.

We are about to launch a new version of our website and I'd like to set up a "tour" of the new home page highlighting the new features and navigational components. My idea would be to launch a popover with a "Next" and "Close" button. If the user selects Close the creative goes away not to be seen again. However, if the user click Next the next item we'd like to highlight will be displayed using a different creative on a different area of the screen. Does this sound possible? Any suggestions are welcomed! Thank you

Hi, I have built a pop-over creative showing the first question of the survey in it (embedded Intercept target). Is it possible, after clicking on the first question in the pop-over, to open the rest of the survey in another tab/page, instead of continuing to answer in the pop-over itself? Hi guys, I am not really familiar with the Website App yet, but I was asked if it is possible to capture Username/Email (which is same in our case) information of the respondents in the embedded data? We want to launch the survey on a site that require logging in and it would be weird to ask people first to login and then ask for their username or email..

I'm configuring a Feedback Tab creative and I would like that, after having clicked the tab, together with the triggered pop-over it appears also a shadow box around-under it, with a specified degree of transparency. Is this feasible? Thanks, Valeria

I would like to delay the last question in my survey that the first two questions display as soon as the visitor enters the site, but the third, last one, is appear only with exit intent and if the two first questions are answered.

Can I program an intercept to display to every 3rd visitor to a specific area of a website? I don't see anything that would allow me to, and the webinar didn't cover this.

Hello Qummunity As mentioned in my question I've been asked if it is possible to redirect people to our website whom have clicked on the unsubscribe link within a newsletter. Once there they are given a thankyou for unsubscribing message but also we would like a survey to appear asking why they decided to unsubscribe. Setting up the survey on that page is straightforward but what I would like to know is how can I track which newsletter they came from so we can capture some metrics on unsubscribes. Would I need to be looking at query strings or site referrals? Regards in advance

The survey is implemented using site intercepts as a popup survey. We would like to pass the surveyors gender and age as embedded data in a must login page. I would like to know what has to done on the websites end or qualtrics to achieve this.

I am relatively new to Qualtrics. We have Tealium tagging on our website and have implement the survey with site intercept. Is there any way we can pass the data collected using tealium to the survey to help us dice the information better?

Hello All, I am currently trying to Implement a Pop Up Survey and a Slider Survey to a Internal Website. I am planning to have a Display Rate of 25% for the Pop up and rest for the slider. I can do this setup within 1 Intercept under the Action Set i can set it as 25% for Pop up and if this action doesn't run, then the slider will be shown. So it will either be a Pop up or slider that the user will see. However, I want the Pop Up to have a Prevent Repeated Display Logic of 14 Days and the slider to be visible in all pages at all time. The Option of Prevent Repeated Display Logic is only available at the Intercept Level, hence it applies to be both Pop up and Slider. Any Suggestions on how i can implement this. Thank You. Rakesh

I can no longer seem to find the Intercept ID - in the old interface it used to be available under the Test Intercept Menu Option. I note that under Embedded Data, adding an Intercept ID is still an option, so they must still exist. The reason I want it is so I can use it to set up a filter to exclude users who have seen an intercept in a different zone (project). I used to do this by filtering out the cookie for that intercept (which is essentially the intercept ID). So I guess an alternative question is, how do I identify the cookie that will be placed for a particular intercept? Answers to either or both of these questions would be amazing! Thank you!

Does Site Intercept work with tag managers? For example, we use Tealium. Will Site Intercept work with that?

I want my survey to show in the pop over (modal) rather than leaving the site to go to the survey. I'm reading the post about manually triggering javascript. * I don't know what javascript to use. * I don't know how to make the survey display inside the pop over. Any help is much appreciated.

Currently we have a question set up where 'Other' is an option. If selected the user has to fill out the text box below. I am struggling to find a way to display the textbook, ONLY when the option is selected without it being a separate question. Is this possible? It's only because if you select another answer, you can still click and the into the 'Other' text area. It doesn't allow you to proceed, but I feel this could be avoided. If anyone has any solutions I would be grateful. Thanks

Hi, I am trying to create a survey that has different categories, but those categories are scored separately. So, for the first category the survey taker might get a 56% while in the second category they score a 75%. This way they know which category they need to improve in. Does anyone know if qualtrics allows this in their surveys?

We need to create a survey which consists of two parts. - Part1: Some questions about the website like how you like it. - Part2: A question like are you willing to support us in testing new featurs please provide us your name and e-mail. In case of GDPR we need to seperate the two parts. We don't want to know who in person (name, e-mail from part1) answered on the questions from part1. Any ideas?
