CX Dashboards

I typically use tradition vertical or horizontal bar charts since that is what most people who consume my reports are used to. However, I really like using the 'Breakdown Bar' either horizontally or vertically, depending on the text that is associated with each value. I like these because not only are they a little different, but you can use them in thin slices on your dashboard that help break up the screen for your consumers. In a sea of boxes with vertical bar charts with a series of 5 point scales, it's nice to have something that might cut across the entire screen or along the side that makes you stop and see what's different about this data. Keeps readers engaged, I think.

I know that they have recently added functionality in Vocalize so you can show some basic response rate data for individual distributions, but I need to show at the survey level, divided by our fiscal quarter. So I am still maintaining response rate tables in Excel and then importing to Vocalize and displaying as an image in my dashboards. Have to replace the table manually every week. (Doing this manually also allows me to exclude emails that came back undeliverable . . . I just subtract the # of bounces from my total sent.) Wonder what others are doing to accurately display this key data to stakeholders in the way that works for your company.

I used the text tool to create a whole bunch of text topics, but now I am having difficulty getting these topics into my dashboard. Is there any way to get them into a widget?

My CX survey has a matrix table question that asks clients to rate a couple of different factors on a 5-point Likert scale. I'd like to have the top/bottom box values for each of these statements displayed together in one widget on my dashboard. What's the best way to do this?

I have an "Other" option where I allow text entry, but when I tried to map my test responses over to Vocalize, I wasn't able to find a way to select the text entry box in the data mapping. Is there any way to get that data into my dashboard?

We are changing some things on our CX survey, but our executive team is worried that it will affect our completion rate. Is there a way to put a measure of our completion rate into the dashboard so that we can monitor it closely?

There aren't any filters on my widget or my page, but there is still a discrepancy between the response counts showing in my widget and in my Data & Analysis tab of my survey. Did I do something wrong?

I'd like to make a compliance dashboard. I run a training program and want to see how many of the people in the program have passed off certain quizzes. I have already built out the surveys to include the user's name and whether or not they passed in the Embedded Data. Is there a widget I can build that displays all of the different quizzes and whether or not they passed?

I am putting together an "FAQ" landing page on my Vocalize dashboard to answer my dashboard viewer's questions. I want to include links to a few other pages that give a better explanation of our CX program, but I can't figure out a way to put HTML into a Descriptive Text widget. Any suggestions?

I have a dashboard where each of my employees can see their CSAT scores over the past week. I don't want them to be able to see each other's scores. Do I have to restrict their data manually every time I share? Is there any way for me to allow them to still see department-wide averages so they know how they compare?
