I am wondering about the use of benchmarking data on dashboards. Do you show benchmarking results? And if so, where do you get benchmarking data?

We recently completed a full company survey and one of the areas of concern for our department was clarity around roles and responsibilities. We would like to dig into that topic in further detail using an anonymous link. Has anyone done something similar to this and would you be willing to share some of your questions?

We'd like to provide our managers with an access to the aggregated EX results in their org hierarchy up to the highest level of the organization. A manager may "locate" at any level of 8-level hierarchy. At CX side there is a possibility to "allow rollup data" when granting Access rights to the dashboard users, but I haven't found anything similar from EX side. Only way I know is to add comparison values in every widget, but it is not a user-friendly way and as the users can be at any level of the org hierarchy and the number of comparisons is fixed, there could be in many cases just empty fields visible. I'd like just to allow a user to select any org unit above his own org unit from the org hierarchy but not any "sister units" at any levels. Have you faced any similar situations? Have you been able to find some smart solution to do this?

Hi, I am experiencing some issues with the comparison to previous projects. In the past, the dashboard used to compare each unit with the result of that unit in a previous project, regardless of which participants belonged to that unit. It would just match the current unit with the appropriate one and show the difference with it. The newest project that I have, which is a dashboard built in September- October, is not comparing correctly with previous projects. If I see that a unit has a difference of 5 points with the previous survey, then I check the old dashboard and if I see the result, the difference is 10 (just to give an example). Qualtrics Support replied that the way in which the dashboard is supposed to compare units is considering only the people that exist both in the current project and in the historical one. I am sure that it did not work this way in previous dashboards. Actually, my previous projects are not showing this problem. It happens only with the newest one. Has

Hello, I want to show the benchmarks/percentile into 360 reports. how to upload the benchmarks into a 360 project? Does this include custom programming? Any help or idea around this would be helpful

Hi, We have used the Exit survey template project from Qualtrics, which comes with a template dashboard as well. We have renamed one option, and removed another, from the "reasons for leaving" list. However, on the dashboard I still see the removed option and I still see the old name of the renamed item. How can I make the changes to the survey reflect on the dashboard? I tried editing the widget that shows the old values, using another question as metric, then changing back to the original question with the reasons for leaving, but it still shows the old values...

We have a subject who was invited to participate in two different but identical 360 assessments in our account. (We set it up this way, because the second assessment is for reviewing progress. The first assessment stays open, because some people are still using that one.) In her portal, she accidentally invited her evaluators to the wrong assessment, and they completed it. What is the best way to transfer those responses to the other assessment? We don't mind doing manual data entry, if necessary. At first, we thought we would just add the evaluators and enter the data ourselves, but this would trigger email invitations to the evaluators who have already completed this task. We also considered adding the evaluators but using one of our email addresses, but weren't sure if this would confuse the system, since we are all existing users. Any other ideas or reassurances that one of these approaches would work?

From my understanding, someone who is being evaluated can log into their 360 account and see how many evaluations have been submitted/how many have not, and also have the option to send reminders. When I log in as a subject, I can't see this. Any tips as to why this would be? The subject doesn't have the option to nominate evaluators. Is this why the reminder button is not showing on the screen?

I have a multiple choice question at the start of my survey, with "yes" or "no" choice options. On the Subject Report, I need to display (or not display) certain pages based on the "yes" or "no" responses. The Subject Report Page Display logics only allow me to pick based on statistics. There are 15 pages to hide for some respondents, so this is vital to my report success. Help?

Hi, I have some branches in my 360 evaluation survey depending on a participant's metadata. This can't be tested in preview mode, so I added myself as a participant and added some metadata. I sent the evaluation participant message to myself and started the self evaluation. However, I noticed my conditions were incorrect during the test. I updated the conditions, and also a typo in one of the questions, and published the survey. However, I cannot see the changes when I open my self-evaluation again. How can I get my changes displayed? Kr Joyca

Is training available somewhere ? Or from where we can find the training course? How many attempts we get. If we do not have hands-on experience can we clear the exam? Also what type of question we get in exam?

Hi folks, What APIs are supposed to be used for Employee Engagement? There seems to be some EX related APIs (for example https://survey.qualtrics.com/WRAPI/ThreeSixty/docs.php#360_Requests_2.5) but these seem to be v2 APIs. Im not entirely sure if EX type APIs are available in v3 or if the v2.5 ones listed there are what are supposed to be used? Cheers, Mark

Is there any inconvenient if I use org units from successfactors? and could I have any issue on next year when mapping?

I have one item that would be displayed to the whole popullation except for one organisational unit/level (using display logic). How will this impact to the dashboard if this question belongs to a specific category? I think rol permissions will not be a solution because this specific question will probably be displayed in differents pages within the dashboard. Alternatively, a separate dashboard could be created but I could then be separating them out for action planning reporting. Is there any other alternative?

I have been trying to do a mass upload of about 125 participants to a new project. I have always used the "import subjects" option with a CSV, and never had any issues. But today, every time I try to upload it gets stuck at 12% progress and wont add the participants. I've deleted the import and tried again multiple times, but it continues to stop at 12% progress. Anyone ever had this issue and know how to solve?

i want to combine external data and qualtrics data in qualtrics and create reports using both data. Is this possible to do report using external data in qualtrics?

Hello, I am trying to create a Benefit Optimizer project in our sandbox (as per the Product Updates training) but can't see the option for this kind of project type. I understand that the template would be under Product Experience projects. We only have EX activated so I was wondering if we need some further permissions or features to be activated? Hi, I'd like to import participants into a project from the employee directory using the 3rd option as shown on this screenshot from a training video: ! However, this option isn't available in my instance (a sandbox). Is there anything I might be missing to switch this option on? There are definitely employees in the directory. thanks f ro your help! We are using action planning for the first time this year and I'm running into some issues. We distributed survey results to our leaders through a dashboard this year. All eligible leaders input action plans for their areas. The dashboards and subsequent action plans are attached to the organizational hierarchy. Our HR business partners (HRBPs) support the leaders in creating the action plans. I would like the HRBPs to be able to see and edit all the action plans. I have given them full access to the dashboard and all the editing and action planning permissions I could find. They can see the action plans through the Action Plan summary tool, but can't make any edits. Any ideas how to give them more access? Additionally, is there a way to organize the action plans in a semblance of a useful way? I'd like to group them by department or any business unit relevant to our business. Thank you, Jenny

Hi all, I'm planning to send an employee experience survey to all the team members but wanted to send a Thank You email/Survey Completed email note the recipient and his/her manager confirming that the response recorded. Could you please let me know if there are any options that can serve this purpose for me track the completion rate. We used dashboards to share results from our latest survey and input action plans. Some of the leaders want their assistants to input their action plans. Our access is based on the organizational hierarchy. Is there a way to "delegate" the leader's access to the assistant? Thanks!

Each of our basic science blocks has a minimum of 35 instructors (some up to 70). Currently we send out 2 evaluations per block - one at the mid-point covering faculty who finished teaching through that day and one at the end for the remaining faculty. We allow our students to choose who they evaluate but have quotas so everyone gets evaluated. This is tough because even though we provide photos and the names of the sessions some faculty may not have taught a session for a couple of weeks before students are prompted to give feedback and with so many instructors it is difficult for students to remember and give valuable feedback. I am trying to figure out a better solution. I would love to hear what others are doing. Right now I'm testing an option. I would like to have one survey and go in weekly to add faculty who finished teaching that week. I plan to use a multiple completes link. The issue I'm running into is when I test it all of the faculty still show up in the

We are using action plans in Qualtrics fort he first time this year. I am interested in exporting all the action plans that have been created in the system in one places (csv file is fine). I'd want to see the title, owner, deadline, and details at the least. Can I do that? Thanks, Jenny

I added a few questions to the Exit Survey template pre-built by Qualtrics. There is a pre-built Qualtrics dashboard. How do I add the results from the questions I added in the survey into the dashboard view? Example: I added 'how satisfied were you with your role'. That question was not part of the original template. I need to see the summary of the responses in the pre-built dashboards.
