BX Dashboards
- BX Spotlight Insights: Users can generate insights in BX Global Brand Tracker programs to analyze how brand data compares against each other. These insights are generated by analyzing t-test comparison groups in a cross-tab analysis that produces statistically significant comparisons between demographic groups and across competitor brands.
- Collaborating on Projects: A new permission has been added to project collaboration to provide view-only access to a collaborator.
- Qualtrics Library Redesign: All resource types have been combined within one library, and the process for creating new resources has been simplified. The library is also WCAG 2.0 AA accessible.
- Meta Info Question: The meta info question no longer displays Flash or Java information when using a simple survey layout.
- Qualtrics XM App: The supported OS versions for the XM app have been updated. The XM app is compatible with iOS 14+ and Android 9.0+.
- Retail Banking Accelerator: Introducing a new pre-built CX program for Retail Banks and Credit Unions. Includes customizable surveys, workflows, intercepts, and example dashboards.
- Dashboard Notifications: New and improved user interface lets you filter and sort your notifications. Plus, you can now name notifications.
- Segments in Spotlight Insights: You can use the customer insights you gather to create segments of your directory contacts – now with improved matching algorithms.
- Dashboard Translations: The user interface has been streamlined for EX, CX, and BX dashboard translations.
- R Coding in Stats iQ: This feature is now available for customers in the FedRAMP environment.
- Experience ID Change Event: This workflow event allows users to trigger workflows based on contact change events, including the creation of a contact, deletion of a contact, or updates to an existing contact.
- Creating Workflows: The “Create a workflow” button has been added to the stand-alone Workflows page. The options names for creating a workflow have also been updated.
- Customer Success Hub: The “Grow My Skills” page has a refreshed interface with improved resource suggestions.
- Setting up an SMTP Relay: You can now use OAuth2 as an authentication method when setting up an SMTP relay.
- Video Diary Study Guided Solution: This new guided solution uses video response questions to analyze customer sentiments and let them share their experiences in their own words. This solution includes a survey, video editor, and dashboard.
- Custom Metrics: Set up your business’s key metrics and other custom calculations for use across your dashboard.
- Workflows in 360 Projects: The Workflows tab is now available in 360 projects.
- 360 Library: The 360 library has been removed. No other library functionality is affected by this update.
