Hi,I have a table in Qualtrics as part of CX dashboard and one of the ROWS is END DATE (Group by day).In the display, it only shows those rows that data against columns / metrics.However, when I download the table in .xlsx even with filter selection checkbox enabled, it downloads with rows corresponding to all days irrespective of whether there is data or not as shown below : How can I ensure that only last row is part of download ?Thanks in advance. Regards,Neha Tank

I am trying to use the values from a Matrix Constant Sum Total Row as embedded data. See the image below, where I would like to be able to store and use the 300 and the 30 from the top table and also those values when the total row is not displayed in the second table (ie., 700 and 70).I have tried modifying the code from this post, but I can’t seem to properly store these values with anything I have tried. I have also tried storing the individual values using the code below, but also unsuccessfully. How do I set up my scoring so there’s no correct/incorrect scores. I’d like the multiple choice questions to give a single 1 of 4 category result based on the scoring of questions answered. Similar to a personality quiz “Thanks! you’re an introvert!”. 

Hello all, I hope you can help me with this. Have a look at the form field type question below.  What I am trying to do is create two columns for the eight entries here so that four answers appear in each column. This is because there is a paragraph above this form field question that has some fill-in-the-blank spaces. However, I’m trying to avoid having participants scroll down which would make the paragraph disappear when they’re trying to enter in an answer. Ideally, I’d like to have the paragraph and text entry options appear all at the same time in the screen. That’s my goal. There are a couple of other paragraphs I’d like to do this for that require even more than eight responses. What are the use cases for the “Supplemental Data” tool for organizations in the Employee Experience world?

I have timing variables on each of my surveys pages. What does it mean when a participant has completed a page (there is data for the items) but the timing variables are blank? They are not blank for all the pages, just a few.This is only happening with a few participants, timing variables have data for almost all the other participants as long as they engaged with the page.

I am trying to create a display logic for Q 4.1.3 where depending on the values from Q4.1.1, I display a different version of Q4.1.3. Q4.1.1 asks for a highest value and lowest value and my display logic is based on the difference between these values. I create an embedded data variable in the survey flow and use that embedded data in the display logic. However, it is not working, please advice. (I am attaching photos of my survey flow)   

I'm working on a project in which participants are asked a question with multiple choice and text entry and I have a custom validation set up. I would like to use some javascript to track some information and was wondering if the page reloads every time an individual fails the validation or whether it just loads the first time you arrive at the page and that's all?

Is there a way to populate a custom field from open end text?  I'd like to sort respondents who wrote in a specific word and tag them as "Yes" while respondents who did not use that word are tagged "No".  I’d also like to tag a collection of Zip Codes (entered by each respondent) into 1 of 8 “Regions”.  Is this the same type of process?  I know how to add a custom field, but I can’t figure out how to populate the field automatically.  Thanks for your help!

Hi EveryoneI have the below lines widget on my dashboard. I have mapped the X-Axis to an emended data field that consists of a date, the metric field is then mapped to count, and is grouped by month.It’s working well so far, but I would like to map an additional emended data field that also consists of a date to the X-Axis – so I can compare both overtime. I can only seem to map x1 X-Axis value.My goal is that the widget would show X in blue (working), and X in green for example (needed).Hope you can help :)

I am trying to route tickets based on their contact reason. Specifically, when customers indicate Claims to our claims team, and all other tickets when customers indicate reasons other than claims. I created two workflows, but for some reason they both seem to be running and creating tickets, basically ignoring my logic. Does anyone have any insights? I copied and modified the workflow, adjusting that specific logic. Is my nesting off or something? See pics.

I have added new contacts to a list and would like to send an email only to the new contacts. When attempting to distribute, I only have two choices (1) send to the entire list or (2) send to one person on the list. How can I send to multiple (but not all) people on the list without having to send invitations out individually or having to create another list?Thank you!

Hello,I'm working on a survey with a drill down question. In the first level of options, there's an "Other" selection. I want to automatically advance respondents to the next question, which is a text input field where they can specify the type of organization based on their "Other" selection. Currently, when respondents choose "Other," they need to press "Next" to see the input field. I've already set the motion to autoadvance, but it's not working as expected. I'm looking for help with the following:Identifying why the auto advance feature isn't working as expected. Troubleshooting any potential issues with my survey setup. Finding alternative solutions to achieve the desired autoadvance functionality using javascript or any other tips. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

I’ve got a large drop down question, with 800 plus options and I need to configure display logic for each  option. Is there a quick way to do this? Or do I need to trawl through?

Looking into options on how best to build a survey for people who may have a physical disability (and therefore low dexterity) and also people who are non-verbal/intellectual or neurological disability.My focus was going to be around graphic questions, smiley faces etc. Open to any tips on this topic!

Hey Qualtrics Team, our Participation Summary Filter doesn’t work suddenly today - after working in the last week. We finished a survey within this pulse project last week. Therefore we use a page filter with the “project start date”.Now the widget doesnt work no matter if we filter in our org hierarchy, delete and add the widget or change the page filters.Do you all have any idea to set it up again correctly or are there any issues with the widget at the moment? Best regardsGuido Lemke

I got introduced to qualtrics 5 days ago. I think I have reached at the 80 percent stage after trying for hours, but I am still unable to get past the syntax issue of branch logic plus mathematical operation combo. Hi, I am performing a 2x2 ANCOVA in SPSS.I have ‘reputation’ as continuous dependent variable and ‘crisis response strategies’ (apology vs sympathy) and ‘fandom’ (football fan vs non-football fan) as independent variables. Then I have 3 covariates: age as continuous variable and ‘gender’ (male, female, other) and ‘education level’ (medium, low, high). However, these categorical covariates do not pass this assumption: Assumption #3: Your one or more covariates, also known as control variables, are all continuous variables. How can I make up for this and perform my analysis?

I launched a survey experiment with piped in embedded data, but accidentally copy/pasted the same stimuli for two of the conditions.Example: 10 conditions that are all different, but Condition 7 and 8 were pasted in as 7 and 7I caught this right after launch, so Condition 8 is now 8. However, 7 has two times as many responses as all the others, and 8 has many fewer. I don’t care about more responses for 7, but I want 8’s count to catch up with 1-6/9-10.I see that you can “Edit Counts,” but I’m not sure how to do this to fix the “lower amounts of Condition 8” issues. Do I decrease the Edit Count for 8, or increase the Edit Count for 8? Or is there another way to make changes?

I know how to make a custom end of survey message, and create a custom event redirecting the user to a URL at the end of the survey, but how to I do both?I’m trying to present the user with a brand new, blank survey when they complete their current one, because they’re taking the survey multiple times for different operating rooms. I don’t want them to having to fish through their emails for the link at the end of each survey. So, my first thought was to include the link in the end of survey message. Unfortunately, it doesn’t display as a hyperlink, so they have to copy and paste. Not ideal.My next thought was to redirect with a custom event, but this skips the end of survey message. I don’t want the EoSM skipped, because the user will get nervous without a confirmation that their answers were recorded.Any ideas?Thanks.
