Hello,I’m trying to connect salesforce using the Qualtrics workflow → webservice  → Authentication → Oauth method. I got redirect into error page as “Internal Error : Qualtrics. Please connect support team” I have provided the Callback URL as per the document as “https://{dataCenter}.qualtrics.com/oauth-client-service/redirect”.provide Consumer Key and Secret from salesforce connected app.Used the following URL for token and authorize.https://{mydomain}.sandbox.lightning.force.com/services/oauth2/tokenhttps://{mydomain}.sandbox.lightning.force.com/services/oauth2/authorizeI tried to create an user Account in Qualtrics its redirect to salesforce for authorize - its success.Then, its getting an error page as “Internal Error : Qualtrics. Please connect support team”  error code: 503 (tab status)

Hi,Question - How can I adjust the width of a SINGLE question to 100% of the screen? (Multiple Choice - Multiple Answers) I see the CSS code/other posts, but that applies to EVERY question. I am trying to increase the inner and out skin to 100% for only a single question.Thanks!

I have looked online and in this forum and I can’t quite get the answer I need. I have a matrix question and I need to take the statements (choices) that receive the following answers in the matrix (we provide it as a premium feature, we provide it as a normal feature, we don’t provide it, but it is high priority) and place those options in a Force Ranking question so I can understand which of those options are most important.  I’ve tried piping answers, but can’t figure out how to indicate what I want or make them actual answers in the force rank list. I’m not so good with JS, but can reuse something if it’s explained to me. :) 

Hi All, I have a online reputation dataset using the tripadvisor connector.  In the olden days this used to be an imported data table / project which you could add extra fields via the D&A section.  However that no longer seems possible.  My challenge is that I need to remove the time part from the created date field so that I can more easily group the dates together into custom period ranges in a dashboard dataset settings page. I’ve tried a merge task but the data table is not accessible.  In fact most workflow tasks don’t seem to be able to access it. Does anyone have some alternate solutions to this?  Can an API script be used to manipulate the created date (we don’t need time, just the date). Thanks Rod Pestell

Hi everyone,Mohsen here, client experience analyst based in Wellington, New Zealand.I receive a pop-up message every time I want to move from the dashboard data page to any other settings page. The message says “Are you sure you want to proceed without saving your changes” and it says “discard changes?” at the top.I think this is unsettling because the user doubts whether they’ve made changes or not. Surely Qualtrics should identify if a user has actually made a change to settings and then show this pop-up message?I appreciate your thoughts.Thank you.Mohsen

Hi there, I am trying to implement a couple solutions to my survey using code within the “header” and “footer” text boxes in the “look and feel” section. When I input the code in there and hit apply and run through the preview within that section everything appears to be working perfectly (the changes were to remove the footer on select pages and to have a back/next button at the top of the page). However, once I leave the “look and feel” section to return back to the survey builder and I hit preview to see these changes, they are no longer working. I return back to the “look and feel” section only to find that the code is gone and hasn’t been saved or applied. I hit apply and save every time I make a change but it doesn’t seem to be working. What am I missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated - thank you!! Jay

So I have 3 vignettes - Story A, B, and C, each with 3 possible arrangements - 1,2,3. So I want to first display a random Story from any one of the arrangements, say A2. Then I need to display arrangement 1 or 3, but not A1 or A3. Let's say it displays C1, then the final story to be displayed is of course B3. I don't need a situation where the same story is used for two different arrangements Like A1, C2,A3. How do I work out this two dimmensions of randomisation?  I have already used a randomiser to show one story from arrangements 1,2, and 3 each, but I’m not able to ensure that the stories are randomised and not repeated across these arrangements.

Can we get Qualtrics questionnaire to read an image via OCR.Example to clarify, is asking employee to upload or take a photo of their Work ID (has standard ID Template) then the content of ID (ID number, Name) would be populated in the fields ?

We need to upload information that is not survey responses into Qualtrics for dashboard enrichment. Qualtrics will be used as the primary storage system for this information and it will be loaded into imported data projects.Is there the possibility of communicating with Qualtrics through APIs to extract the information that is in the imported data projects? Just as there is the possibility with survey projects?I've been searching and I can't find any mention in the documentation of the APIs for imported data projects and also in the test of the surveys API: {{baseUrl}}/surveys?offset=0, it only lists the surveys and not the imported data proyects.

Hello, I have created a survey in English. Now I would like to translate the survey. I saw that you have translation options within the survey itself. Now I am not sure whether this is free because the add language option is greyed out. Is there a free option for this or should I create another survey which is already translated so I have 2 different surveys in different languages? Thank you in advance!  

We’d like to collect survey response on our ipads in the survey site. There will be 5 data collector with 5 ipads & participants will take survey on our ipads. After one participant finishes the survey, we’ll give ipad to another one.  Should we use anonymous link? Is it possible to collect multiple response from the same device? What’s the best approach for this scenario? Thank you!

Hi, I am building a survey and i see qualtrics watermark being displayed correctly in every page of my survey except one page.Watermark displayed correctly in all pages: (bottom right corner) Incorrect behaviour and placement of Watermark in one page of my survey: (middle left) Any ideas on what is causing this issue and how to resolve this?

I have a problem with removing the answers from my Qualtrics survey.First, I have deleted the unwanted data using without choosing ‘Decrement all quotas for deleted responses’ option. The results kept showing up in my ‘Data & Analysis’ and started to display the responses button as in the attached picture.Then I tried to delete the same data with marking ‘Decrement all quotas for deleted responses’ option, however nothing changed and those data are still showing up on my ‘Data & Analysis’ page?What am I doing wrong?Thank you in advance for help :)

I am trying to add a vertical line to separate the “Don’t know” response from the other responses to my Likert-style question. This “Don’t know” response is the rightmost response option, so I will need to add a vertical line to the left. I have tried the code provided in the existing XM community posts on this topic, including adding Custom CSS to the Look & Feel settings, editing the specific question’s HTML, and editing the question’s JavaScript. Nothing I have tried is working. I would appreciate any help on this issue beyond referring me to another thread---believe me, I’ve read them all. Thanks in advance!

I have quite a bit of responses to my survey where participants have answered all of the questions, except for the last confirmation question that leads them to the end of the survey. If I were to close these responses, would they be deleted? Or would they be moved to recorded responses?

Hi! I’m not a coder, but I am trying to create a survey that can loop all drill-down question’s choices. Basically, the respondent will need to choose a name in the first drop-down list, then the second drop-down list will show only the companies associated with the chosen person in the first drop-down list. Then I want to loop through my questions for all of the companies that are presented in the second drop-down list (not just the selected companies). For example, if I selected ‘Tom’ in the first drop-down list, then the second drop-down list will show the companies associated with Tom (Company A, Company B, Company C). Then the following questions will be asked for Company A, B, and C, not just the Company A Tom may have selected. I tried loop & merge the blocks of questions. But it doesn’t work the way I wanted. Can anyone help me with this? Many thanks!
