CX Dashboards

Dear, In our survey, we have used the "List of Countries" question from the Qualtrics Template Library in the Demographics section. This template country list has "United States of America" and "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" among its values. Those values are not supported by the Map View widget in CX Dashboards apparently. https://www.qualtrics.com/support/vocalize/widgets/other-widgets/map-view-widget/#FieldTypeCompatibility _"The United States of America must always be written as United States United Kingdom cannot be abbreviated as UK"_ So I tried to Recode Values in the Survey to "United Kingdom". In Data&Analysis this value now shows. But the Map View widget still refuses to accept it. In the Dashboard Data, on the Country field, in the Recode Editor, it now shows: 185 - United Kingdom [United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland] between [] is a dropdown list. In this dropdown list there's still the long name. The short name doesn't show up. How

I have the following question in a recent survey:The column headers are coming over as 1, 2, 3 - How do i change it to read the actual titles?Also, what is the best widget/way to show the results in a dashboard for a matrix question(s)?

I am currently running into an issue - when I trend the variable recorded_date (by month) in the dashboards, it is not matching the monthly trend in Stats IQ (despite the totals matching). Anyone have any thoughts as to why this may be happening and how to rectify it? Thanks!!

Since there is not 'cancel' or 'undo' functionality in the dashboards, I have been creating private pages to create widgets that meet our business needs. However, once they're ready for prime time, I can't figure out how to change the private page to public, or move the widgets to a public page. Is there a way to do this without recreating every widget?Thanks!

Is there a way to do a ranking/benchmark widget in dashboards, so I can rank a list of stores based on a selected criteria? Something like "top 10" and then rank the top 10 stores? Right now i'm doing this by uploading manually a data source in excel with the ranking and then sourcing this to a widget with a table. Is there an alternative to do this?

Good Morning! Due to recent events, I have started using the live dashboard result reports. I was curious to know if there are ways to make this look even better. For example, hiding the questions to the left and formatting the page to make it look like it is on a website and more of a dashboard look vs. the respondent having to scroll down.

I have a "Trend Chart" that is showing an average score over time as the primary value (spline) and the number of scores as the secondary value (bar). However, if I manually set the vertical range so that the primary values are displayed more correctly this also sets the vertical range for the secondary y-axis. Since the number of scores are always more than the maximum value this renders the secondary values useless. Is there a way to set the vertical range of the secondary y-axis independently from the vertical range for the primary y-axis?

Hello team, We are working on a project wherein we are facing issues while sending Dashboard invites. We are trying to use both Metadata & Roles filters to send the mail to a certain audience. However it does not accept the Metadata filter when paired with the Roles filter. While it does not show any error or warning when scheduling. Also if we check the distribution it still shows both filters but the Metadata filter is ignored and only the Role filter is accepted. Is this is a Product Feature / Issue, kindly assist ? Hello, How do you chart correctly a question that asks respondents to rank up to 3 responses in order, with 1 being the preferred option. The survey includes multiple questions of this type with 6+ answer options from which respondents need to choose and rank up to 3. I have noticed that the stacked bar charts do not calculate %s correctly. The %s are calculated based on total number of people that have selected that answer option as 1st, 2nd or 3rd instead of calculating %s out of all people that have answered the question. The project panels manager and translator created two separate questions in order to show a logo in each of the respective languages. How do I combine the responses (yes-no) into one simple pie or stacked dashboard chart? My first thought is add a custom field. Thanks.

Hi all, any tips on sorting values with decimals in the dashboard (simple chart)? I tried to sort different ways, but somehow the widget doesn't recognise the value and, e.g., 0.02 is considered bigger than 0.4. I suspect it can be because of the use of a comma, but these are the results from formulae in Survey flow. I would expect the format to be supported in Dashboards..

I would like to get to the point where an __ % increase in NPS leads to a __% increase in revenue. Has anyone done this calculation in Qualtrics, or have to analyze elsewhere?

I have created a trend chart where I want to show results of how last financial year compares to this financial year. As our financial year is 1 July - 30 June, the 'year' time period will not work. Is there a way that results can be shown at a yearly view using this time frame? Thanks in advance.

Hey,I wonder if anyone can help,We've got a survey which sends out to two parts of the company "A" and "B" this information is embedded. When the respondents are completing the survey those that are "A" are not shown Q2 but those that are "B" are. They are asked to select whether they work in area "1" or "2" within B.I want to create a bar chart where on the X-axis I could have categories "A","1" and "2". I thought I might be able to create a new conditional field called department that says If company part = "A" then department = "A"else if area = "1" then department = "1"else department = "2"Does anyone know if something like this is possible?Thanks in advance!

When creating a dashboard, can you mass produce widgets if you want the same type of information displayed? An apply to all widgets button?I know there's a feature at the top of the page to apply a filter to all, but I'm specifically interested not having to create each widget, but maybe a few at a time if they are the similar with minimal changes.Any help is appreciated,Brianna

Hello,I have created a Survey in Customer Experience & also a dashboard on top of it.I uploaded 100 responses from excel but it took 2 days for the data to show completely in the dashboard.Same is the case if I am trying to update the responses in the active surveys it takes 1-2 days to actually show up in the dashboard.Is this normal?As I have read that Qualtrics works in real time.

I also already have automation set up pulling a CSV each month for survey, but I would like to use that same list and make a dashboard for the file - for even the rows where the person did not fill out the survey.

This is probably a simple question, but thanks in advance for any assistance. I am trying to build a simple line chart that currently shows count vs answer choice over time. I'd like to change count to percent of respondents. How do I go about doing that?
