Hello, my friends. I have a simple table where I'm pulling in a count for multiple dimensions. However, it is confusing for the end-user to find the count applicable to them. Is there a way to sort the dimensions alphabetically?

Hi, I hope someone has some suggestions to solve this use case. I have a survey with many multiple answer multiple choice questions. We use is as a diagnostic and ask clients to "tick everything you're doing". I want to have a master dashboard that I can copy as a new page, add a filter to isolate the client, and share this single-response dashboard (the client's data) with colleagues to see how the client is performing. The various tickboax options in the survey are like a checklist, where some answer options are more important than others. I want a way to visualise for colleagues the answer options the client _did not_ select (these will form the basis for recommended remedial actions). Is there a way to do this? I realise this is not quite what Qualtrics is designed for, so I suspect if there is a solution it will be an adaption or innovation. If its possible at all. I am trying to build a vocalize dashboard that will utilize two datasources - a survey in which the response to one question will be a unique ID, and a user-defined dataset that I uploaded as a csv. The choice list of ID's used for the one survey question comes directly from our company's main databases; therefore, the csv dataset that I uploaded to vocalize - which also contains a field with those IDs - will have a match to whichever ID a respondent selects. Is there a way to do a join, as you would in SQL, so that the two datasets can match up in the creation of the vocalize dashboard? Right now, I am mapping those fields into one using the data source settings for the dashboard, but all that is accomplishing is the vocalize equivalent of a SQL union rather than a join. The relationship between these two datasets is a one-to-many; for every unique response that will be submitted through the survey, there are several matching records in the csv dataset. Hi, We're in the process of setting up a Vocalize Dashboard to report our headline measures from a number of surveys. The key measure we report for each business is a 3 month rolling NPS which, for the most part, are calculated as a weighted sum between 2 surveys. i.e. Survey 1 (NPS * 75%) + Survey 2 (NPS * 25%). Getting this to work in Custom Metrics is easily done, but we need to try and work in some 3 month rolling metric into this. i.e. For January to date perform this calc Survey 1 (NPS * 75%) + Survey 2 (NPS * 25%) for the timeframe of November, December and January to date. OR Once we get to February, perform this calc Survey 1 (NPS * 75%) + Survey 2 (NPS * 25%) for November, December and January. Once we move in to March, perform the calc for December, January and February, and so on. I'm aware you can do either of the above by filtering the metric or table in question by date to show these results in isolation, but we want to be able to a trend table, showing 3mth

Hi all! New to Q and wondering if someone can help me out. Any information is appreciated. Background: Evaluation has 5 instructor blocks in it. All have the same 4 questions (likert scale 1-5) regarding organization, participation, enthusiasm and knowledge and then 1 open ended comment. Our Instructor Led Training, can have up to 5 different facilitators. HOWEVER, not every class has 5 instructors. For Example: I can teach a course and be the lead instructor #1, and then the next day teach a different course and be the co-instructor - Instructor #2. Problem to solve: I am creating a dashboard for our facilitators that shows them the results of the evaluations regardless which numbered trainer they were during a session (IE: Fac 1, 2, etc). I just want them to see their results. I don't want to have to create 25 different widgets to show them results based on which numbered trainer they were. This # means nothing to them. Does anyone else have a similar issue? How

How do I remove these 6 fields _cachedDate, _recordId, _recordedDate, _sourceId, _sourceMapId, _sourceType from my data export? I only want to export the fields that I have chosen in my Dashboard set up.

I have 2 surveys mapped to my dashboard. I would like to do side by side comparison by data source. Can I filter my widgets by data source?

There is a data point that I am looking to just output the latest response only (i.e. rather than showing the trend of responses, I just need to know the last response data from user). Maybe I'm missing something - as I've been browsing the widgets and couldn't find anything readily for this. Is there a widget or a setting that I've overlooked?

Hi All, First post here and I'm rather new to Qualtrics too but already wanting to push the boundaries, (or at least get closer to what excel does!). The charts / widgets in Vocalize / dashboards tend to hide labels when they are too long. There is no legend that could be used to get round that and there is no feature to wrap the labels it seems. I thought I'd be able to edit the labels and inject / force a character return but these characters seem to be ignored. I've tried HTML < Br > and various ASCII characters but they are just ignored by the widget. Please could someone help advise / confirm they've had the same problem? Thanks in advance Rod Pestell

Hi guys! I'm curious to know how you guys work with the drivers widget in Vocalize? To my understanding it is using OLS regression and not PLS. Have any of you had a need to use PLS regression? If yes, how did you go about this? Further, what considering have you had to analyze drivers/impact in terms of what methodology is behind the drivers widget in Vocalize? Hi folks Curious to know, how you guys compare scores on time? E.g. score 2018 vs Score 2017 on a simple chart. The score value is in the same column field, so only the date dimension differentiates these two scores. I know the number chart is the only one really showing some historical/development "since" xx. I'd assume this is an important part of understanding a kpi/pi/score - but did it go up or down.. Would love to hear how you guys came across this Thanks!

I am wanting to use answers from a matrix question with 6 possible answers to insert into text of a future question in the same survey. I have set up carry forward to identify the question from which I wish to extract the selections (in this case, Disagree or Strongly Disagree) and want a subsequent question to read along the lines of "in an earlier answer you said Disagree (or Strongly Disagree) that you get along well with XXX". I am simply not smart enough or well trained enough to do this! Anyone able to help please?

I've. created in Vocalize a Dashboard: based on 3 sources (3 survey). To create the widgets, I've made some test interviews and generate also fake data through the tool "Generate interviews". Now the project is live, collecting real interviews. So I've deleted the fake ones from the 3 surveys. But when I check the dashboard, the fake and test interviews still appears. Why this happens? If I create a page filter on "StartDate: All time" I see all interviews (fake, test and real). Thanks

On my survey, I have added a custom field that performs a simple calculation ( [field1/field2*100] ). On my vocalize dashboard, I am looking to add this custom field as a data field. I thought that by adding that survey as a source, it would pop up as a select-able data field. However, I can't find that field at all and looking at the documentation says that its a supported data field type on a dashboard. Am I missing something here or did my dashboard glitch? I am in the process of building a dashboard, which will have information from our surveys which will include multiple locations, specific services across the brand for each location. Each service for each location has different targets moving on a yearly basis. What or is the best option to put these in the dashboard for reporting purposes. I have had a look at the custom metrics section? I also need to add specific reporting period dates? Thanks Matt

I'm trying to calculate accurate response rates which show the % of people who answered the survey out of those we emailed, excluding bounce backs. Since the email bounced, that person did not actually receive the email and we therefore don't include them in the response rate. We do not have the 'distribution' add on feature, but surely there is a way to exclude these people? I've created my custom metric and tried to find the 'bounced' field, but it doesn't appear in my data. My fear is that I'm going to need to identify all 200+ bounces and delete them from my population data. Can anyone help? Thanks!

I have several questions in a survey that are in a matrix table where respondents enter whole numbers and they are added along each row to reflect a constant sum. This works fine if I'm exporting the raw data, but I cannot find a way to map this into Vocalize. Has anyone run up against this issue before? Have you found a way to make it work? Hi All, I mapped my text topics from a survey project to my vocalize dashboard, according to the guidance in the 'What are text topics and how can I use them in Vocalize?' FAQ. They seem to have mapped okay and are usable. However, when I create a line chart of text topics over time, it seems to only be giving me the count of exclusive text topics. Basically where a response only has ONE text topic assigned to it. However, many of my responses will be assigned more than one text topic in the survey project area. So for example, If I had the following responses: 10 - 'apple', 6 of those were 'apple' but also had 'banana' - the chart would display the count for 'apple' as 4, counting only the responses where it doesn't have another topic assigned to it. I decided to replicate the text topics I had in the survey project and manually add them to my vocalize dashboard. This produced a chart I need, with the overall count of a text topic. So with the above example. the 'apple' count w
