I need help to reduce the space between lines in a certain part of a paragraph in my intro. Is there a way to do this? I am not very skilled in code. Thank you for any help!!  Example:  

Does anyone have any HTML code suggestions or ways I can reduce the padding (spacing) at the bottom of the End of Survey message?We have a pop-up intercept survey for a website, and when the questions display, they fit within the intercept window perfectly, but when the survey is completed and the End of Survey message is displayed, the intercept window adds a scroll bar because the padding after the text increases the length of the message. (The actual text would fit within the intercept window size without needed a scroll bar.) We are looking to remove the blank space padding from below the End of Survey message to remove the scroll bar. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Community - Help a girl out here. We have Five9 as our IVR system for our contact center and have connected our Qualtrics and Five9 accounts via API using the Qualtrics support page. After utilizing the API for several months and adding the data, our first call didn’t automatically collect. I’ve noticed that I don’t have any handle time data for chats. Hi, So I have a survey that will be sent every time someone buys a product. This means each customer should be able to take the survey multiple times, but I want to make sure they can only take it once per Transaction. The survey is sent through the email team with an anonymous link, and TransactionNumber is the variable passed on that I would like to use. I don’t want to store the information in the XM Directory, and I want them to be directly sent to the end of survey message if they have already taken the survey. So far, I have created a variable called UsedTransactionNumbers. Hi there, I built a new block for a very long survey for our Support. The new block is the only one required now, and we are about to stop displying the old blocks. What happens now is that the new block is at the end, so every time someone enter the survey, it record it as partial, even if the customer just saw the question and got out of the survey.   I want to either add a term saying that if a certain question was not asked don’t save it, or find another creative way. Last resort would be to create the survey again as new, but the flows and workflows are so complicated I want to avoid it…  Thanks @TomG 

We keep running into this error message in our Extract Data from Snowflake workflow. “MOD_8 - ‘tsv’ is not a valid file type”We used TSV because we have commas in one of our fields and it was causing issues with the CSV. Has anyone had a successful Snowflake integration in general?

Hi all, I’m designing a survey where I need to add N/A checkbox option everywhere. For the most part, they are numerical text entries or form or constant sum type questions. I’m not sure how to code script for each one such that if its selected, the textbox empties or becomes inactive. I tried with a matrix but couldn’t get the validation right.  Please help.Thanks!

I have a matrix question with two columns. Respondents are asked to rate messages on a five-point Likert scale on clarity and credibility. Client wants unanswered, forced rows to be boxed or highlighted to call attn to what was missed. Willing to pay for the code.

I am currently working on a MaxDiff survey and the images are showing up just fine when I take the survey on my iPhone, but when my coworker takes the survey on his Google Pixel (using chrome browser) the images show up much smaller. Is there a way to use custom code to adjust the image size for the Google Pixel without messing up how it looks for other devices? (screenshots below) I have only used custom code one other time- so if you are able to help please explain in detail how I would implement the code as well. Thanks so much! Eliza

I modified a JavaScript code in one of my survey questions to randomly generate scenario numbers for each respondent. This script assigns different combinations of investment percentages for each respondent. For example:- Respondent 1 might see a breakdown like: 50% ETFs, 50% gold.- Respondent 2 might see: 40% gold, 60% individual stocks.Each respondent is shown a total of four different scenarios, each of which adds up to 100%. Each scenario is randomly generated.Here’s the main issue: while the script works correctly in preview mode, showing unique combinations of percentages and instruments each time, it does not work for actual respondents taking the survey. Instead, the scenarios appear only as bullet points without the specified combinations. I’ve attached screenshots from both the preview (working correctly) and the actual survey (showing only bullet points) for reference. I also attach both the question and javascript. Would anyone be able to help or has experience with this?  

I need to widen my responsive dialogue box so that my full matrix questions appear in the box without having to scroll right. I tried some CSS, but I’m not confident in my CSS. Any suggestions? I also selected “Automatically resize dialog to fit your survey” but it doesn’t widen enough for my Matrix question. 

I tried to use this code to set up a question that autoadvances either after 8 seconds or when a response is chosen. Unfortunately, the clearTimeout isn’t working. I have a Side by Side question as shown below. Do y’all know how I make it so that ‘Cannot rate’ (column 9) is the only selection that can be made if ‘Not started’ (column 1) is selected? I tried to mirror in some way the JavaScript shown in the answer in the post below, but I cannot figure out how to get it to work.

Hi Community,We are using API to get response status and remind/resend survey for a very large distribution batch regularly, the testing batch contain 20968 contact.We firstly use List Distribution Links and get the right amount of 20968, however, this API will return status “Email Not Sent” only.Then we use List Distribution History but only get 20540 result.
