I'm testing the use of Action plans and it seems that I can't delegate tasks to all of our particpants but Managers only. Is there a way to enable this function for all of the employees? Thanks and best regards, Andrea

Hi all,We are looking at starting an automation to import employees to our directory. Do I need to use the Manage Metadata tool to create fields we intend to include in our spreadsheet file that will be uploaded weekly before our first upload or will our first upload automatically create the desired metadata fields based on what is in the file?Many thanksChris

Hi all,I'm looking for knowledge sharing and best practices from other global customers who have teams in Germany. We recently transitioned to Qualtrics and have been working through the process of bringing our German team members into our listening strategy, however we have some relatively strict requirements to bring this market on board.It's been shared with us that we will not be able to share German leader engagement results beyond 2 layers of the org structure hierarchy. Curious if any other customers have similar requirements and how you've approached this?Given that we are used to a model where leaders have visibility into the results for every leader in their downstream hierarchy - this is a change for us. Additionally, our leaders in Germany report up through other leaders outside of Germany, so separating into two separate hierarchies (i.e., one for the whole company without Germany, one for German leaders) is not ideal as there are gaps throughout the h

Has anyone else noticed the removal of Direct Report from the built-in relationships? This seems like it might have been an unintentional change, and I'm not sure how it affects live assessments. We will be launching a Engagement Feedback survey company wide later this year. It will have a combination of delivered questions from the Qualtrics Engagement survey and from our 2018 survey from another platform. We are interested in loading/placing 2018 overall company positivity factor for the 2018 questions we are placing into the new Qualtrics survey. The goal is that when we look at full company results we will have benchmarks and past results available for reporting. Hope this question makes sense. THanks

In my lifecycle Survey I have a drop down list for reasons of exit: select any one - the last answer is an open text. How can I show all these in a dashboard widget. I used a simple bar chart and got the percent distribution but I want to show the text responses too using ticker option. How can this be done?

Hi there,We are importing anonymous survey data for our employees into Qualtrics, and hitting a funny issue. Note that we are assigning each record to an organisational hierarchy unit.When importing the data, Qualtrics support had advised us not to use the Legacy importer (Via Participants --> Org Hierarchies), and told us to import via Data & Analysis.When using the importer in the Data & Analysis tab, we were advised that to assign anonymous responses to a hierarchy unit, you need to include the participant ID of the Org Unit's manager in the import. We have done this, but the problem is that it is de-duplicating and not allowing multiple anonymous responses in an organisational unit.EG: Manager of Team B's code is ABC, the team has 5 people with 5 anonymous responses. We assign the Unique Participant Identifier of each of the 5 records to be ABC, then import. However, Qualtrics only processes one of these records.Does anyone know how to work around t

Hello, new to qualtrics and starting on our first company-wide engagement survey. Have always created/used reports or dashboards which show by organization, manager the summary of answers /scoring for questions. Group score per question versus overall company etc.Looking to see if we can deliver an employee view report which shows for the user what they said for questions in relation to the group summary score per question or overall company score per question. Goal would be to see if showing employees how they are aligned or not aligned to their org on question responses. Gets people thinking about how they are engaged versus the community.Hope this description makes sense. Appreciate any ideas or direction

Hi all,We have just started playing with the EX report template so we can use it for our next Employee Engagement survey round. Is it possible to set the template so that it would show comparison between the Company level results and the unit selected in the dashboard?Even with the use of the dashboard there is a need for a ppt report, and we would really like to have the comparison in the report, so there is no need to download the company level one, then the team specific one and then combine them manually.

Hi,I'll be running a 360 evaluation with some external evaluators.I have some questions/doubts concerning the effect on the Employee Directory.We have SSO and Unique Identifiers enabled.When I add/upload internal subjects in the 360 participants, with a Unique Identifier that already exists in my Employee Directory, will they be recognized? Will their metadata from the directory come through to the 360?What about the other way around: Metadata added on the participants within the 360 project, will that be synced towards the Directory?When I add/upload external evaluators in the 360 participants, they will be replicated into the Employee directory?External evaluators cannot use SSO, will they be able to login to their portal? Some external evaluators will be marked as Managers, we are working together in an IT Project collaboration so some project teams have a teamlead from the external company.

I'd like to hide/deactivate the button "Edit evaluation" found in the Participant Portal to prevent evaluators (including self-evaluators) from retaking their evaluations. Does anyone know if this is feasible? Thanks!

My team works on employee engagement surveys for a global company. It has come to our attention to be in accordance with our workers councils in Europe and GDPR we need to make sure responses from our European associates are not identifiable after a year. Meaning no associate ID, or other identifiable metadata is tied to the response. As a team, we are trying to figure out a process to best de-identify results in Qualtrics. We also are thinking through how we can do this without completely messing up surveys that feed into our dashboards. If any one has any insight on best practices for this it would help us out a lot.

Hi All,I have built a very large questionnaire with a complicated survey flow. In Hebrew we have different forms of addressing male and female. The questionnaire was built in male form and I am now building a version of it that is intended for females. The questions are identical and the data will be processed together. I'm debating how to build it - one option is to copy the questionnaire and give separate links to boys and girls. A second option is to build F/M forms as a condition in the questionnaire, with any option leading to different blocks. In that case it will double the number of my variables in the data file (which currently stands on more than 1,000 variables), which will be a bit of an hassle on the SPSS side. Any pros or cons? Or maybe there is a better way to approach this? I will be grateful for any ideaLiat

Hi Everyone, I was curious to know if anyone has come across any scenario where you have set up an SMS survey distribution method for a 360 survey?In my case, half of the Client's employees are blue-collar workers with no access to work email or a work laptop/desktop either. Any thoughts or suggestions as to how we can solve this would be much appreciated.
