Thanks to @JamesScutt and Adoreboard for a great presentation on AI for customer trust and loyalty. I really appreciated the thinking about driving adoption by staff; the idea that to improve customer outcomes, we can also leverage AI internally; empower people to experiment in ways that they find comfortable in their workflows; and celebrating when they are able to use AI to work more efficiently and effectively.These validate our experience at NLM and I’d love to keep int ouch as things develop!
