Hello! I own a survey that allows respondents to sign-up for a tour date. Once we are less than two weeks out from a tour date, I remove that tour date from the multiple choice options. However, I’ve noticed that this causes the response summary for previous respondents who picked that choice (the one that I deleted) to show as blank instead of as that choice. Is there a way to remove a question choice from the survey without it deleting all previous responses of that choice?

Hi All,We have a survey that is currently being triggered using JavaScript to manually load our survey instead of the usual page load method. Additionally, we've integrated a QM script which provides session links, session cookies, and user cookies. Hi all, I'm not really sure if I'm asking this correctly or if this is even possible I work at a college office where we use a Qualtrics survey to gather students’ information for appointments. The survey utilizes SSO Shibboleth authenticator information. One of the data sets collected identifies a student's school of study. Using pipes texted, this information automatically fills in a Form field on the survey and is included in the survey results. However, our college uses numerical coding to identify the different schools, so the field is filled with a number instead of a school name. For example, the School of Arts is coded as :01 and this is what appears on both the participants side and within the results. Not everyone who utilizes the survey is familiar with these codes. Is there any way to have this information change to the student’s school name? Thanks in advance! 

Hi, I have a list of people that I add into the The Post Survey email Trigger so that they know when customers submitted a new response to survey.But they’re not receiving the email at all even though inside Data and analytics, we can already see a number of responses from customers. Is there a reason why it’s not working as intended?Thanks. 

Hello,I am running a study that starts in Qualtrics, is redirected to a third party, and then returns to a different Qualtrics survey to finish. In order to match responses to the correct participant in all parts of the study, I was wanting to pass the response ID from the first qualtrics survey to the third party and then to a new qualtrics survey. The response ID is passing from the first qualtrics survey to the third party correctly, but when participants are redirected back to qualtrics, a new response ID is created. I tried to pass the response ID from the third party to qualtrics through a query string and capture the response ID from the URL as embedded data, but qualtrics is not letting me do this. Is there a way to pass the original response ID back to qualtrics or should I be trying to pass some other type of unique identifier? Thanks.

Hi,I have created an initial survey, in which I am to group participants, using randomizer to create Group A (intervention) and Group B (control).  I would like to send a follow up task to each group (different task to each) in seven days.  But I do not know how to programme this.  Is this something to do with email contact trigger?I would appreciate your help. I would like to set up a randomized controlled daily diary intervention study. There is an initial survey (the same for all) and then they should be randomized to either getting the experimental or control intervention each day over two weeks starting the NEXT day (not in the initial survey). There will also be a post- and follow-up survey for everyone after the intervention period, plus a daily survey.That means, everyone will receive the same questions, just different interventions each day.How and where do I set up the randomizer for the interventions? And how can I make sure that every participant receives the correct intervention each day according to their group? How can I make sure that everybody receives all surveys?Would appreciate any help and step by step instructions, thank you very much!

I’ve accumulated several images in my library yet not every image is used in a survey. Without having to check them one by one, is there a way to see which images in my library are used in a survey vs. those that are not?  Thanks

Hello everyone, I've created a questionnaire for mystery shoppers to rate their experience in a restaurant. The more "satisfactory" their answers to the questions, the higher the restaurant's score. For example: "satisfactory" = 6 points, "fairly satisfactory" = 4 points etc. I was able to program a scoring system directly on qualtrics. Except that it's possible to select "I don't know" as the answer, which means I'm ignoring the question, and lowering the scale. So I have to calculate the scale by hand using Excel. Is it possible to do a double score? For the total obtained and the scale. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have a question under results for the data table - is there a way to select which columns are exported into a .csv file based on what is shown in the Data Table? When I tried exporting, the data table, it includes all the columns and variables and curious if this is a feature. Thanks!

I want to create a survey where respondents enter their given masters degree and are later provided income information. I searched and could not find anything specific to the Simple Layout for this question. My question is: how can I change the background color of the text entry box? Hi all,  I’m new to Qualtrics, so apologies for basic queries. I have been trying to export the data of my survey to an excel sheet but the exported sheet does not contain responses from all participants. I can see a particular response on the survey platform but not in the excel. Could someone please guide why this is the case and how it can be resolved? Many thanks! :)

We’re having each study participant complete a pre-test and post-test which have different questions. We’d like to match their responses. What is the best way to accomplish this match?

Greetings, I am looking for a solution to use a single survey for multiple classes. The intent is to aggregate data into one survey for ease of analysis. However, we need to be able to distribute the survey at the end of each class (upwards of 20) and accurately associate the response with the unique class. We’ve considered using codes the users would need to enter (or select) in order to associate their response with the specific class, but that invites user error.I am okay with anonymous links. Hi,Our mobile app was targeted by scammers, but we've since resolved this issue. However, our rating has significantly dropped in the AppStore as a result. Our goal now is to gather positive reviews from users and obtain detailed feedback on the ease of use of our product via a CES survey.Unfortunately, it doesn't seem possible to accomplish this in one step using the Mobile App Prompt feedback without adding an extra step that may lead to customer churn.So our solution now is to ask feedback and if they are happy they get directed to the AppStore and if they think the app needs improvement they get directed to the CES survey. This way the CES scores will reflect only the negative experiences, not the actual experience.Our idea is to first show the CES score rating and forward those who give a 6-7 rating to the App Store to give us a review if they like the product. Hello!I have followed the steps on how to ‘insert a downloadable file’ into my survey, however i keep getting an error message when I try to upload a file saying ‘unable to look up the database’.Not sure if this may be my settings on my laptop to access my files but i can access my files/folders on other websites so it seems like its just qualtrics that cant access my files? Any advice on how to fix this is welcome!Thanks : ) 

Hi, I’m using qualtrics to perform an online vote to select two applicants for something, each question specifies an applicant and has three answers "in favor", "against" and "abstainer" and i need to limit the person filling the survey to only vote in favor of 2 people.To clarify, each person voting can choose maximum 2 people that they can vote in favor of, if they chose "in favor" for more than two people they shouldn’t be able to send the form.I tried to achieve this in multiple ways and failed, any suggestions?
