Cannot access shared EE dashboard

My colleague shared an Employee Engagement project with me, but I can't seem to access the dashboard. Instead, I just get a message saying that it's not available. How can I get access?

Need to update my hierarchy - how?

I want to update my Parent-Child Hierarchy by uploading a file with the up-to-date metadata pairings, but when I perform the upload, the hierarchy metadata isn't changing. How do I get this to work?
