Hi! Is there a way to automatically removing old data? Reading the GRPS support page it seems one has to go into each project and manually remove old data, but when one has many projects running at once and many data removal moments in a year this becomes a big task. Basically I'd just like a rule that IF Record Date > 5 years THEN delete record.

Hi, Can anyone help me with this please?Let’s suppose I set ‘How much time should pass before they’re considered incomplete?’ to 48 hours. A respondent starts and partially completes my survey on Monday 9am. By Wednesday afternoon their incomplete responses are now recorded. What happens if the respondent was to re-enter the survey on Friday? Are they blocked from doing so, do they receive an error message? Just for clarity let’s say that the link expiration date is set for 60 days. ThanksHarry

When selecting a Side by Side question type - it defaults to two columns.  Is it possible to add more columns? 

Hi. Apparently this is a recent update. There are now link visibility permissions required to share previews of a survey project, including when you share an invitation or reminder you have set up to a contact list, etc. This is really the only way I have traditionally shared previews, mainly to make certain the invitation and reminder were properly set up, in addition to using the preview myself to make certain the project was set up correct. The default setting for preview link permissions is brand internal, so anyone the preview is shared with will be required to log in in order to access the previwe link. This setting can be changed to public. The project needs to be previewed from the builder, then the link visibility permissions can be changed under the Share Preview tab. I discovered this completely by accident. I had a couple of chat sessions with Qualtrics support and learned that this was a relatively recent change and not really promoted or publicized to us

Hi all,Hoping that someone can help me out or link me to any supporting documentation please. I want to compare the success of an email distribution (our new vs updated format).I can compare the volumes on the distribution tab of the survey in terms of Sent, Started, Finished, etc. However I want to compare the completion rate of our NPS question. I want to compare how many people answered our NPS question on both distributions to compare whether we received an increase in responses to this question. I also want to compare the NPS result, by each distribution. Our NPS question is the same, is compulsory to answer and is in the same location in the survey flow across both distributions, i.e. the 4th question. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanksHarry   

Hello! Our team is about to launch a new survey in Mexico, and customers will use the QR Code to access. Since we are a global team, all of our surveys are created in English, and we include the translations depending the country that the survey is going to be lauched. In this case for Mexico, we dont have any embedded data in the survey, and all the respondents should see the survey in Spanish. Do you know how can we display this survey to customers only in Spanish, and not English?  Thank you so much!! 

Hello, We do an annual customer sat survey, where participants may be the same from year to year. We distribute via Qualtrics mailer email and personal links. Our survey questions have not changed from last year. We want to ensure each contact takes the survey only one time per year, so set “Prevent Multiple Submissions” to ON last year. Can I re-open the survey from last year  and distribute to the same people as last year? Example: John Smith received the 2022 survey via Qualtrics email and responded.  Can I reopen the survey in 2023 by removing the expiration date, and create an Email distribution that includes John Smith, so can he take the survey again in 2023?  Will his taking the same survey again in 2023 record a new response, or overwrite his 2022 response? Or would I be better off just copying the 2022 survey into a new 2023 survey and distributing that? When I have multiple matrix tables, I love setting randomization on the first table, and carry forward statements (displayed) on the following tables. This makes it so the random order a respondent sees on Q1 is the same order as Q2, which improves data quality and eases respondent burden. Unfortunately, this feature is lost on Slider questions--Slider questions require you have one “new” statement, and carry forwards do not count. And what is a slider question if not just a “gamified” matrix question?So I ask Qualtrics, please, let there be slider questions with no “new” statements when there is a Carry Forward option. Thank you, and I yield my time.

Hello everyone,I am currently creating a survey and I would like to add a display logic to a multiple choice question but the display logic is on Star Rating Question, like if the respondant gave 2 stars he will have to answer a question on why he gave “bad” rating. Does anyone know how can I do this ? Because in display logic option it seems like I can not pick stars separatly.  Tell me if this is not clear enough and thank you for your help !

To the Qualtrics Community,In the attached photo, you can see the interface for manually translating my survey. Yet, when I attempt to publish it, only the English version appears. Does anyone have insights or solutions for this issue? Actually, I want respondents to see both the translated and base language survey the way it is shown in the photograph I have attached?Thank you in advance.

I am trying to collaborate with others on a survey but the users are not able to see the option to export the survey to Word? What user permissions are needed for the collaborator? The support page at Import & Export Surveys (qualtrics.com) did not provide any information on permissions needed.

Hi Community!I can't seem to change the Field Type of variables in a Data Project.I have a standard ETL workflow that extracts all responses from a survey (CSV) and loads them in a Data ProjectBy default, during the ETL process everything is loaded as Open Text. Or at least everything seems to revert to open text when I inspect the workflow. Hi community, I’m trying to redirect the respondents to a new survey without clicking in the end of survey message. Earlier I had hyperlink in the End of survey message to redirect the respondents. Hi Community!I need a Workflow that, whenever a new response is recorded, makes a copy of it in a Data Project (for benchmarking purposes). I will use this in many different surveys.Later I will add the Data Project as a additional Data Source to my CX Dashboard next to the Survey Data (variables will have to match).So I thought to simply use these three tasks:T-ID 0 - Response from survey recordT-ID 1 - Extract response from surveyT-ID 2 - Load result from T-ID 1 in Data Project This works, except that the second task extracts the descriptive label of the question rather than the the question number. So in the calse of my CSAT (Algemene tevredenheid) it takes “Algemene tevredenheid” instead of alg_tevreden:

I copied a survey and read that if the original was deleted, then the copy would be deleted as well. Can someone please confirm or deny that? Thank you!

I've successfully established a workflow for ticket creation, but I'm facing a challenge as the business has provided me 45-60 specific keywords that should trigger a ticket.My main issue is I need to input 45-60 individual conditions into the workflow, which is quite a difficult task. Hello, Does anyone know if it’s possible to use e in qualtrics math operations?I need to calculate prob=e^G1 where G1 is a numeric embedded data variable. I’ve tried $e{exp(${e://Field/G1})}  and $e{e^${e://Field/G1}} and I got “invalid expression” for both when testing. Thank you!! 

I have a side-by-side table, and I edited one of the column’s drop down list and accidentally must’ve removed the header, which was just a “ . “ And when that got removed, the entire middle column’s text entry boxes disappeared. The columns also got shifted and aren’t aligned.   I have had this issue before with Qualtrics and usually I just remake the table, but since we have survey submissions already, I dont want to delete it and remake it.
