Can you please guide me how to navigate to create new survey and manage existing surveys, i am always landing on the dashboard page when i login using sso 

I want to add forced response to more than 800 questions (four surveys). Is it possible to add this requirement in Advanced Format TXT or DOCX File? Or is there anyway that can be more efficient? Many thanks.I see someone else asked the same question three years ago and I wonder if Qualtrics has some updates since then. Thanks!

I was testing expiration dates on user accounts.  I set an expiration date of 8/18/2023 on my test user account.  Today, 8/21/2023, the account is still enabled.  Is there something else I need to do for an account to expire?

I work for an event company. We send email surveys to guests after they attended to collect feedback on their experience at the event. The email survey is only sent to 1 person per order, not every person on that order, as we only get the email address for the person who submitted the order. Does this mean I should only be drawing conclusions about the Tickets Purchasers and not all Event Attendees, since not all Event Attendees get the email? Also, can anyone offer any guidance as to what a good response rate/sample size is? For all Event Attendees, the rate is 5%, for Ticket Purchasers alone it is 15%. Thanks in advance for your insights!

I sent a survey via a distribution (added a contact list) and on Qualtrics it is marked as sent successfully, but nothing was sent (I included my email as well a a test). It has now been over 30 minutes. I can send again, but don't want people to receive duplicates. Thank you!

I’m trying to determine how to pass the Response URL to a third-party system. We have an in-house system we use to distribute the survey results to various internal teams, and would like to be able to pass the Response URL so that employees will be able to see the entire response.I’ve seen the post titled “How can I pass the response ID to a third-party system?”, but it doesn’t seem to resolve this issue for me.Has anyone done this successfully? 

Hi,I have a problem. When I try to export my survey data to SPSS, it keeps getting stuck on 0%. When I downloaded the same data last week (but with fewer respondents) I did not have this problem. I have already switched locations and WiFi networks but I keep getting the same problem. Anybody that can help?

HiI am new to the Qualtrics Survey Plattform. I thus hope this is not an obvious question.I would like to suppress a certain question in Qualtrics for some respondents (display-logic). This question asks for information that we already have from certain participants. The question should therefore only be displayed to those from whom we do not yet have the information. We have a file (csv, xlsx) that lists for each unique participant ID whether we already have the information or not.Is it possible to upload this file to Qualtrics? Is there a way to then make Qualtrics search this file for the ID of the current participant and then decide whether to display the question (0) or not (1) based on the value stored (1=we already have the information, 0=we don't have the information yet)?Would it be possible to implement such a "look-up” function natively? Or do you need custom javascript for that? Or is that not possible at all?I would appreciate an answer

I have a list of poor responses I need to delete from data & analysis tab and remove from quota (working with a panel provider). I have about 200 responses to delete. Is there a way to search for all 200 id’s at once?

We have gone to Qualtrics a number of times to try and rectify the issue to no avail. Scenario one:Start a report Insert question visualizations Adjust visualizations to meet the need for the data (e.g., bar graph, breakdown bar) Insert the next question visualization, etc. When the report is finished, it is downloaded to a PDF When viewing the PDF there are some questions “missing” Go back to the report, and find that the questions that were “missing” are hidden visualizations and need to be expanded. Hi everyone, I have a survey that I want to send a survey to approximately 150 instructors and ask them to distribute it among their students. The survey is the same for all, but I want to be able to differentiate the responses at the level of the instructors.I would like to avoid asking the students to write the name of their instructors as they might misspell it, and it would be a lot of work to clean the data. Also, I don’t want to create a drop-down menu for them to choose the name from (many might not know or remember the name of the instructor at the beginning of the course). Is there a way to make a unique link for each instructor without creating new copies of the survey? I just know Qualtrics makes the unique link per individual, but I don’t know if it can make per group.

I know I can export data to excel and share it manually with others, and I know I can create a public report and share the link with others. What I really want it a public report that is just a boring looking table of data.  How do I build that?

When building a report, how can I include a question but only show the answer options that got a responses (hide the answer options with no response?)

I have a project where I need to easily recruit new people to participate in a survey, but the issue is scammers keep getting ahold of our public survey URL and completing it multiple times. In the past we have run some paid surveys, and that is likely the issue (though this one is unpaid). Now, I have tried using qualtrics security measures, but the issue is these scammers change their email, ip address, browser, etc, using some sophisticated tools and we suddenly get inundated with numerous survey completions every minute coming from all over the world, mostly with gmail accounts that look like complete gibberish. Of course, the problem is, this makes it very hard to sort through and look for authentic completions, and we’ve likely thrown out some legit completions just because they had a questionable gmail account.Now, the only option seems to be to make personalized links, but this is very limiting. Hello, I have a question while building a survey on the Qualtrics survey platform, and would appreciate any guidance in how to solve this issue.There is a page in my survey showing a leaflet, where I used javascript to make the ‘next’ button to appear 15 seconds after the page is open. I did this to ensure people are obliged to examine the leaflet for a minimum of 15 seconds.However, I would like to disable this delay if the page is visited again. For example, if people come back to this page after proceeding to the next questions, I don’t want them to have to stay in the page for another 15 seconds. Does anyone know how this can be implemented? Either by javascript or existing functions?I also looked into the ‘timer’ option already built into the survey platform, but it does not let me distinguish between the first time vs later times the question is viewed.

Hi all, I have a specific way I want to randomize my questions. I would really appreciate the help!I have two separate pools of questions. From pool #1, I want to randomly include 50 of its 116 possible questions to each participant. From pool #2, I want to include all 25 possible questions. All questions from both pools also have display logic (i.e., if the participant answers either two of the four possible answer choices, then a second question follows). I would like to interleave the randomized questions from Pools #1 and #2. Ideally, the original and display logic questions would be on the same page. Is there any way to do this? Thanks!!

Hello!We have two separate rating questions in a survey with the same likert scales.These test preference before and after an interaction.Is there a way in qualtrics to show how many respondents change their preference and where they change to?For example, 30 people rated 5 before and 2 after.Thanks!

Hi! Is there a way to automatically removing old data? Reading the GRPS support page it seems one has to go into each project and manually remove old data, but when one has many projects running at once and many data removal moments in a year this becomes a big task. Basically I'd just like a rule that IF Record Date > 5 years THEN delete record.

Hi, Can anyone help me with this please?Let’s suppose I set ‘How much time should pass before they’re considered incomplete?’ to 48 hours. A respondent starts and partially completes my survey on Monday 9am. By Wednesday afternoon their incomplete responses are now recorded. What happens if the respondent was to re-enter the survey on Friday? Are they blocked from doing so, do they receive an error message? Just for clarity let’s say that the link expiration date is set for 60 days. ThanksHarry
