Survey Platform

Hello, I have been asked to create a survey that team members can access when they need to book a service. Currently, we use a booking tool but it lacks in reporting. I'm sure that this can be done but I'm concerned with the level of initial effort as well as maintenance so I wanted to see if anyone had any feedback, best practices etc. The desired experience is (short version)Q1. Do you need 15 min or 30 min? Q2. Date Picker Calendar Q2a. 15 min takes them down a path with options from 9 am - 11:45 am (12 options total)Q2b. 30 min takes them down a path with options from 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm (10 options total)Once the slot is selected, it is no longer available (quota to be set at 1)Here's where I worry about initial effort and maintenance. 22 options per day x's 5 days a week = 110 quotas to create for ONE WEEK, plus I imagine I need display logic for the date picker (assuming it's possible, if not maybe a matrix style question?). So I have two folders, access1 and access2. Each have four images, complete, bike, btm and walking.  There are two questions. In the first question I want to show the complete image from a random folder of the two. The answer options are bike, btm and walking.In the second question I want to show the image based on the answer of the first question. So if the random complete image belongs to access2 and the respondent selects bike, then in the second question, the bike image of the access2 folder should be shown. How to do this?I first made a randomizer with two branches of embedded data. In the first branch I define the images of complete, bike, btm and walking. The same for the second branch.  But how to program the second question, follow up? 

My goal is to attempt to send notification emails 7 days before a date entered into a Flatpickr question (Response due) is due.I can’t use dates stored as embedded data like I can use Created date or Updated date within Ticket Workflows as they don’t have the same logic options. My related post about that, so maybe this ends up being a redundant post. But I’m hoping I can figure some workable hack since I haven’t figured out a way to just use a workflow to schedule an email with the ability to have logic without a triggering event. I had originally hoped to be able to use a Scheduled workflow and logic to see if Response due was within 7 days from today or not, but Scheduled workflows only support tasks and not logic.I am still trying to solve this but I’m trying to think outs

I have a multiple choice question in which I’m using two loop and merge fields in the question text. Sometimes, the text in the loop and merge fields is LTR, sometimes it is RTL. Like this: To make sure the RTL messages are displayed correctly, I added dir=”rtl” and align=”right” to the RTL texts.However, while the dir attribute seems to work, I cannot get the text in row 1, field 2 to right-align with the align attribute. I’ve built an Official Complaint Form for my Compliance team and built it so they could enter initial complaint details, then with retake links, update the response and with the update ticket task, update the corresponding ticket data. On the first submission they have a date field with Flatpickr to select a date.First submissionOn second submission, they can edit the dates previously entered. So I’m using display logic to show an additional question for each date which pipes in the previously selected date and where they can select a checkbox to edit the date. That checkbox displays the question with the calendar picker again to overwrite the previously selected date.

Hi all,I have a multiple-choice question with 132 choices, each of which has display logic attached. The question is set to allow multiple answers, and I’ve applied validation to require exactly 3 choices (answer range set to 3–3). However, when I test the question, it only allows a single answer selection and doesn't permit multiple selections. Additionally, I cannot proceed since it expects a minimum of 3 choices.Could this issue be related to having too many display logic conditions? There are nearly 400 combinations of display logic across the 132 choices, and this question follows a matrix question.Thank you in advance for your help! 

For our survey, we are trying to create an experiment involving a sort of game where the participants select a certain color, and a video of a marble will roll down a track. It will either be a winning condition or a losing condition, so we are trying to ensure that every win condition only gets videos where their color wins, and likewise for the losing condition. Our main issue is that once participants reach the third time they select their color, no video plays and they are sent directly into the fourth selection. However, the following selections work as intended. We have checked the survey flow and nothing seems to be wrong, can anyone give us some tips or clues as to what might be the issue?

I received CSS from tech support but it seems custom to another need, so I need help customizing to mine. I am also having a couple other issues noted below. Attached image of the slider itself. 2 pieces of text should be anchored at opposite ends of the slider.  I also would prefer NOT to have a statement text at all.  Only the slider itself with the text anchors.  Is that possible? 3rd, it is forcing #s so I made the #s 0 - 100.  I would rather the #s not display at all and people just slide to the ‘mix’ visually between the 2 text anchors if that makes sense. Can anyone help with all these things?

Hi all,I am building a dashboard based on respondent funnel data. I would like to remove several Survey ID which i would not use in the dashboard so as to make filtering easier. These Survey IDs are the surveys which i do not want to see as filter or in my widgets on the funnel dashboard.Any advise on how to do so please?

I would like to exclude/filter out two specific email addresses from my dashboard widgets. I don’t want two specific email addresses to be counted in my dashboard results from the following metric which i have created: emails sent, emails distributed, survey finished etc. any suggestions to do so?

In a multiple choice list, I have a choice I don’t want to be able to be selected if specific other choices are selected - different from it itself being a completely exclusively choice.  Is this possible in Qualtrics?

Hi, I have an intercept from our desktop webapp that is working perfectly in the sense that it is pop-over correctly or show the survey with the right language correctly. Meaning, it is working well for identifying the audience and pop the required creative. However, it doesn’t create the contacts in the directory it is attached to. Hi,I have 12 items in a pick, group and rank question.I ask the respondent to select and rank the top 3 items and drag into one group.Item 11 is N/A and item 12 is I don’t know. Will someone please let me know how to NOT display items 1-10 if item 11 or 12 is dragged into the group 1 box?Or some other way to do this?I prefer to not use Javascript.Thank you very much.

Hi all I have multiple slider questions throughout my survey and the same behaviour emerges throughout. I wanted to change the position of the labels for my slider question. Hi,I have the authenticator working with ID number and DOB. However, there is a problem when it leads with a 0 Zero. How do I over come this? I have tried changing the field in the CSV to text, that works for the ID however the DOB does not work if I do this, is there anyway to get around this. Thanks 

Hello there,  I'm working on a survey that has a Matrix question, and I'm interested in pre-populating its answers based on embedded data using JavaScript. I've noticed some discussions in this community regarding pre-filling multiple-choice questions with embedded data - which works fine, but I’d like to know if the same approach can be applied to Matrix questions. If so, could anyone share an example of the JavaScript code needed for this? Thanks a lot!

Hi!We want Qualtrics to display the latest Medication from the last Medication survey documented when updating information.Currently Medications are documented at Enrollment in a Medications survey then 3 months later Medications are updated in a new Medications survey, but does not dipslay the previous documentation. Is there a way to accomplish this?  If so, how? Please provide any information that may help us accomplish this. Thank youAgrim

Our organisation has a large number of divisions, which represent University departments and professional teams. Bespoke dynamic themes are often needed for these, however when one is created - it is made available to all divisions by default. We then have to go through the laborious process of unchecking the permission of that theme for every single division, besides the one that needs to access it. This issue was raised in 2020 but marked as solved, however the issue persists: I would like to know whether this on a development list, or if there is a workaround.Thanks.

Hi all,I am a bit new using embedded data. I am currently doing Likert scale. I want to count the participant choices and use it to do display logic. For example, after Likert scale questions are done. I will show them their choices in the next question. but some of the choices will only show if the specific count is reached (e.g. strongly agree count is more than 3).I tried to do this and it’s not working for me. Please kindly see the screenshots. Please help me figure it out. Thank you.(in my screenshot, I want to show “test A” choice only when A is selected more than once in Likert scale)
