Hi,In the Audience Management program, there is a Panel Invitation Survey.Is it somehow possible to show a message to the respondent when they fill in an email address that is already a member of the panel? So that they don’t need to fill in the registration again. Some people just forget what they subscribed to already in the past :) I tried using the Authenticator, but I would actually need an “opposite authenticator”.Because now, when using the authenticator, when I fill in a new email address, then I want the respondent to be able to continue to the rest of the survey,but with the authenticator, they get a red error message indicating “too many login attempts”. Even if we customize the displayed message to “you are not a panel member yet, please continue your registration” instead and put the “Maximum authentication attempts” to 1, there is still that in-between screen with the message in red...

Hello! I am trying to program a gabor granger study manually in the survey platform (without Qualtrics' specialized gabor granger tool). My survey logic is incredibly complex to the point that I do not think it is feasible I will be able to program all the permutations needed based on how respondents answer a question. I have 3 products with 10-12 price points each. Per best practices, I need to randomize the starting price point, and then randomize price points after, based on their previous response until the respondent gets to the max price point they would pay.If anyone has advice or sample survey logic of how they've done this in the past, I would be forever grateful!!Thank you so much!

Hello - I have a stakeholder asking for survey that allows team members to nominate other team members for our annual awards. We have 10k team members so having a dropdown list is not going to work. In the past we’ve tried loop and merge with free text box but that made the export beyond rough. As a respondent I could nominate 1 person or 20 people or even 100 if I really wanted too. Thoughts on the best way to structure the survey so that when we export the results it’s not difficult to compile?TIA, I appreciate the assistance!

Hi,We are trying to set up SSO in our organization in Qualtrics.Below are my queries:In Authentication tab, I came to know there is a check box which when enabled,  automatically creates a user in Qualtrics. I am not able to locate the checkbox. Does it need to be enabled by Qualtrics ? For those users who do not have any other role of dashboard or survey provided to them, I would like to display a message and a link to survey to raise request. Now I know this can be achieved by having a custom dashboard link with customized message. Is there any standard messaging mechanism for this ?Thanks in advance.Neha Tank

Has anyone noticed that the Qualtrics user types for example “Participant” are no longer allowing users to view the XM platform or their dashboard projects? All of a sudden, all they can see is Manager assist when we have been using this default setting for years. They are saying we have to edit it per user instead of at the user type level even though we never made any changes (we cant it is grey out)

Hi community,Is there any way to record incomplete survey responses when the survey has only one page?I already tried adjusting the Incomplete survey responses settings in Survey Options — selecting: “Record” Timer starts from “Last time they edited a response”   However, when the survey has only one page, Qualtrics doesn’t seem to record any incomplete responses (no entries in Responses in progress). It only records after the respondent clicks the button to change page.Has anyone found a workaround for this?Thanks in advance!

How do I make it so that authenticated participants (i.e., from a contact list) can use the same link (with an embedded userid on the end) to do multiple responses? More specifically, Imagine survey “mood” is presented on multiple different days across several weeks. The same survey is used each time (i.e., the URL does not change) and the userid suffix is added in order to authenticate. So, participant 11002 would do “mood” survey on days 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, & 14. Would adding another suffix work? For example, adding a “wave = 1” for the URL on day 2 and “wave = 2” for the URL on day 4… I just don’t want to have participants receive a message saying that they have already completed the survey (which we have on purpose for other (not “mood”) surveys in the study). 

I have a multiple-choice question with options 1 to 10 and want labels over 1 and 10 like how we have NPS question. Can someone help me with the custom code? I tried to add text over the first and last options, but the format is not looking good

Hi,  I am facing issues with translation for Powered by Qualtrics URL. The URL opens up in English irrespective of translation added, this is potentially creating issue where strict translation is needed.  Can this be raised as Qualtrics Feature request for survey product?  Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks, Megha Koli

Hello,I have a survey that has two workflows requesting approval through a retake URL.  One for time off and one for funding.  I would like to create a third workflow that will send an email to the requestor when both of the retakes have been completed and that notifies them of the outcome.  I feel like this is doable, but not sure how… any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi. We send out internal suirveys only, but have an organisation with multiple domain names. Is there a way to permanently disable the requirement for an opt-out link for all our internal domains? Thanks.

Hi,today the new access right “view XM platform” is active. From my understanding disabling this for a custom role should rewoke the possibility to to administrative tasks on the platform like creating project, editing survey and so on, right?We turned that switch on and off but we cannot see any difference accessing the platform.Any ideas?Thx :-)

Is there a way to bulk update the response data by upload file? Like i have probably 20 columns to edit.  

I have a workflow that changes the value of an embedded field based on assignment made in a ticket resulting from the submission. Is there any way to use javascript (or any other method) to update the quota based on the embedded field?  Ultimately, I’m looking to have a ticket marked to determine validity of the submission - quota should be modified to eliminate invalid entries. Any ideas? 

I have a question with two choice groups. Both of them have an Other option. I want the group and the choice within the group randomized but I want the Other options to appear at the bottom of each group. How can I do this? TIA!

I have sent out a survey to 150 participants with the same domain, let's say for example it is: @example.com. These have been correctly received by these 150 recipients and some of them had filled it in already. I could see that all 150 of them have opened this first invitation.A few weeks ago, I sent a reminder to the 136 participants that had not completed it. These e-mails were also sent correctly according to the system. However, it surprised me that only about 25 of them opened the e-mail according to the distribution list, while the previous time all 150 of them opened it.Now I've just sent another reminder to 126 participants who have not completed it, and I get the message that 114 of the e-mails (!) had not been sent successfully. When downloading the distribution details, I see the following details:“host or domain name not found. name service error for name=example.com type=mx: host not found  try again”I have no clue what is causing t

these balances need to balance before they more on.  How can I make sure they balance and be able to fix the problems?  Right now I am using embedded data in a question but it needs to be in a different block so then you cannot go back to fix the problem.  This was the one thing that I was to make sure worked for the person.

I am a longtime Qualtrics user. I feel like I am in expert in most things on the platform but the ‘Results Dashboards’ are not at all intuitive. I have read the online documentation multiple times and still struggle to create results dashboards for basic surveys. It takes so many clicks to customize the widgets in needed ways and it’s very difficult to know what to do to make basic visualizations.This new-ish feature is in no way an upgrade from the previous results-reports page. I understand I can revert back to the old version but worry about it the results-reports being phased out at some point. The dashboard version is clunky, nearly impossible for someone to use efficiently, and offers less customizability than results-reports. As someone who is responsible for encouraging my colleagues to use Qualtrics over other products like Google forms, it makes it even harder when the features are so difficult to learn.It would be great if Qualtrics would either dramatically
