I am conducting a test according to the guide document.I made a survey and made website feedback.Feedback was conducted through bookmarks.And I would like to upload that feedback on a separate website.If you think it's easy, you can insert the source code of the feedback into the html.However, the guides are not know.What can I refer to to to confirm this?I'd appreciate your help.

Hey folks,Newbie here. Just getting started with Qualtrics CX Intercepts and running into a problem.I've set up an intercept with the 'contains' variable and a QA environment URL e.g. wwwqa.site.com, however when I activate the intercept, its launching the survey in BOTH our QA (wwwqa.site.com) and Prod (www.site.com) environments. Its triggering the correct creative so its not conflicting with another rule - but just not solely in the QA site. I've even tried to use the "IS" variable on the URL - and funny enough, the intercept doesn't pop up at all in either environment :/I've gone over some of the other intercepts set up on our site by our integrator, and am literally copying the set up and just substituting the URLs, so I don't think I'm wrong in the rules creation. Any insights on what I might be missing?

I have an infobar that should only display when a user views my site on a browser other than Chrome. I have a condition on the intercept saying "browser" "is not" "chrome" "all versions". However, the infobar displays when I open my site in Chrome. Can anyone advise?

Hello, I have built a slider creative with a feedback button. I have enabled the option of Slider has Visible Control but still when I click anywhere vertically outside the feedback button within the same width of feedback button, the slider is coming out. Is this the normal behaviour? Anyways to avoid this? Thanks regards

Currently, I have an Intercept project that sets an embedded data field, but it's actually the same data as my ExternalDataReference when I upload a list to use e-mail distributions. I went on to check if it was possible to change the embedded data field name to "ExternalDataReference" at the Intercept and include it in the Survey Flow, but I get the message "Reserved Embedded Data fields cannot have custom values". Does anyone know how to set "ExternalDataReference" in this scenario?

I have an html variable on the page that I am using as embedded data in the site intercept. I have verified in the site intercept display logic that the html id works properly.That value needs to be passed along into the survey as embedded data in the survey flow. There are instances where this embedded data gets routed to customer service and they need that value to properly assign the issue.Any help is appreciated.Thanks.

I have an image in my saas product that I would like to trigger a survey from when clicked. I want to pass contact attributes with the completed survey, so I am thinking the best way is an Intercept (but please correct me if there is a better way). Has anyone done this before? Hello all! We have a page on a domain that is serving the intercept creative less frequently than would be ideal. We would like to set an intercept display rate that is higher than the intercept display rate set on the rest of the domain. I've tried creating a new action set and specifying a display rate that is higher than 100% (in other words, to sample at a higher rate than the other pages in the domain), but the system will not allow me to do that.Are there any ideas on how to set an intercept display rate on an individual page (or subdomain) within a larger domain?Thanks,Adam

We're having issues getting DTM to fire on Qualtrics Surveys (so not website intercepts, but the Vanity URL that sits over qualtrics.com). We had it in staging working fine (put the code in the "Header" and "Footer" in the "Look & Feel" panel), but for some reason it's not working in production. Has anyone experienced this, or has this working on their site with either DTM or any other tag mangement tool? Thanks!

So I've created a new Survey, then when setting up the creative and the intercept I chose a Responsive Dialog Creative, then set the Intercept to use this specific Creative and the new Survey. I want the survey to appear in the creative but once published it still presents the creative with the two buttons to take the survey or decline. I've followed all the instructions on the support site but still no luck.Is there anything else required other than checking the checkbox to "Display survey directly in the dialogue" on the Creative Size and Style section?Just not clear what I've one incorrectly here.

Hello, when creating a Creative, I can specify the size of the creative. Is there a way of using a dynamic size that would be a % of the screen size? The _use case_ here is where you push a creative and the website could be consumed in a laptop monitor, external monitor or even a table. All these will have different screen sizes/resolutions, especially if you consider rotation for the assets that support it (e.g. tablets). Fixed-size creatives will make the creative oversizes in some cases, Have you come across this challenge and how have you handled it? thank you

I have created a slider creative for my survey to be displayed on the right side of my website. While testing the preview and even while testing the intercept, the slider is not appearing on the right side (top, center, bottom). However its appearing in the left and top of the page. Need to know how to fix this issue. i have not added any display logic. Whenever i put a display logic - Browsing Session-Time Spent on the website- for my intercept, the test always fails. If i remove the display logic, the test passes. Any idea whys its happening?

Is there a way to create a timing question and modify the options while importing a questionnaire in txt format? Can we drop a persistent cookie when a creative is shown? I've tried adding a cookie through an action set event but it appears be a session cookie, not a persistent cookie.Here's my first scenario. Action Set 1 is using logic to show based on Time Spent on Site of 2 minutes. It seems Time Spent logic only shows the creative on the "Next Page" after the time has been met.However, a common use case is that someone comes into a specific set of pages, lingers on the page for over 2 minutes, and then leaves the site. Thus never hitting the "Next Page".So, I've tried to include a second action set that fires on one of the said pages (ex. site.com/page4). This second action set points to a secondary creative that is set to be shown after 2 minutes.Here's the problem with my current solution. Hi everybody, we are new users of the site intercept module. It works very well, but we have one issue, where we do not find a solution. We have an intercept on our main domain, which we want to use as trigger for an intercept on our subdomain. Will mean, if the intercept was shown to the user and he visits a special URL on our subdomain, the other intercept should be shown. I guess we have to work with cookies at this point. Does anybody of you had the same issue before and has some hints for me? Thanks in advance Martin

I'm planning to distribute survey through an slider intercept in my website. I would like to send a Email after completing the survey. I have created a Trigger and piped the email address of the survey taker from a Form Question that i have created in the survey. Also i would like to add the email to a contact list that i have created in the library using this steps - https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/contact-list-triggers/ I'm doing the testing now but nothing is working. I'm not getting any end of email triggers nor any email address getting added to my contact list. Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong here.( BTW my intercept in not published and deployed yet)
