I am seeking recommendations for quantitative research partners, particularly those with high-quality panels, strong sample management capabilities, and a collaborative approach.I work at a small startup venture studio, and we are planning an upcoming segmentation survey. If you have positive experiences or even horror stories with quant research vendors, please share! We are currently evaluating companies like C+R Research.Additionally, any advice on how to best work with a segmentation vendor, and examples of what a typical research spec looks like, would be greatly appreciated.Thanks all!

I upgraded to a paid plan last Thursday and after completing the transaction saw a message that the upgrade can take up to 24 hours to complete. There’s been no such upgrade to my account yet, and zero contact from anyone at Qualtrics. I’m now seeing error messages that state: “Thanks for upgrading to CoreXM! We're currently experiencing some technical issues with upgrading accounts, but we're actively working on getting this fixed. This may take a few days to finalize. Thanks for your patience. Please contact us if you continue to run into any issues.” Unfortunately for me my account seems to be in limbo, and I’m unable to “contact us” as the sales and technical support phone numbers don’t even ring, the line just goes dead. Anyone else having trouble getting in touch with anyone at Qualtrics or getting their accounts upgraded to paid plans? 

Hi, I’ve been trying to get my certification as it is required for my job, but I already failed my first two attempt. I’ve been taking longer than 2 hours to complete the exam and I’m just wondering if its because of that, that I keep failing the exam….Really can’t afford to failed this one last attempt at passing it.Is there a time limit to complete it?

Hello Qualtrics Community, I'm reaching out because I'm experiencing some frustration trying to delete my Qualtrics account. I've been attempting to do so directly through my account settings, but unfortunately, I'm not finding a straightforward option to accomplish this. Additionally, I've tried reaching out to support via the Customer Hub, as suggested, but I've encountered a roadblock there as well. Despite receiving a message that support is working on my request, I can't seem to find any ticket confirming this action. I've also tried emailing support directly, only to receive a response directing me back to the Customer Hub to create a ticket. This has left me feeling quite stuck in a loop of frustration. All I want to do is delete my account so I can create a new one using my university code. I'm currently on an internship and have been tasked with using Qualtrics, so resolving this issue promptly is crucial for me. If anyone has encountered a similar situation or has any advice

I’ve been using Qualtrics since 2012 (!) and really love the platform. The past few years, I have had SO much turnover with my account execs for my company (and for the companies whose Qualtrics’ licenses I manage) and have been really disappointed with the complete lack of customer service. Which is ironic, for a company so focused on customer experience.I just got a notice for renewal for a company and can’t get in touch with my account exec (gosh, this again!) and nobody has gotten back to me about my questions -- is this the new normal? Has anyone else been experiencing issues like this. Hesitant to renew / recommend others renew if it is radio silence when you reach out / there is no clear point of contact for support. These are fairly large contracts… very surprised at the carelessness here and wondering if others are having similar experiences.

I need help deleting my account. I have tried deactivating it through my account settings however it keeps showing an error message saying that I need to contact Qualtrics Customer Support. I have tried logging into the Support Center but it’s not giving me any option to contact Support directly. Does anyone know a phone number or email I can use to contact them? I live in the UK so the number has to be +44.Any form of help would be highly appreciated!Thankyou!

Hi, I was trying to reach to customer support but no one receives the call. I waited for 2 hours. I need to delete the account but the system is so bad that I feel just hopeless.   

Hello,  I’ve been trying to find a phone number for Qualtrics customer support with no luck.I recently got charged $1440 for an account I no longer use that is associated to my previous job and I would like to ask to get reimbursed for it. Any guidance with this is very much appreciated

Hey All, Is anyone else dealing with this horrendous product support from Qualtrics?  I’ve tried working with their Product Support team for 3 weeks now to solve a bug I’m experiencing with their piped text weighted scoring feature when sending an automated email to survey respondents via “workflows”.  When trying to provide survey respondents with scores from their survey, I’m getting two responses, neither of which are usable:(Invalid Expression}, 2) 4.234323423495885585885 I’ve spoken to 5 to 6 product specialists over the last 3 weeks to figure out how we can reduce the number two decimal points (i.e. 4.23) and solve for the first issue.Previous suggestion:For example, you would first have an embedded data field called TeamScore and would set it equal to ${gr://SC_ebyJ379SvKjGQUm/WeightedMean}And then you would create another embedded data field called TeamScoreRounded and set it equal to $e{ round(  ${e://Field/TestTeam} , 2 ) }Once you have this completed, you will want to pipe i

I manage our employee enagagement and lifecycle surveys at our organization. I have a  success package that allows me to take the CustomerXM program for free. I already have Platform Essentials, XM fundamentals and EmployeeXM Expert certifications. Is there anything in CustomerXM Expert that I could apply to our current employee engagement programs or would I just be wasting my time? Any information is appreciated.

Hey Everyone, I’ve recently experimented with using AI to analyze my Qualtrics data and built a small widget that allows you to chat with your Qualtrics data. It works fairly well on large surveys and can do some advanced calculations! Hi everyone,What is the best practice for integrating Qualtrics with another platform like Salesforce?  Should I create fields in Salesforce for each question and transfer all of the responses from Qualtrics to Salesforce for analysis?  Or should I just transfer the fact that a Salesforce Contact responded to a certain survey?   Thanks,Peter

When I want to download the entire Dashboard of the PROMOS product, for example, I first go to the GPM RETAIL Dashboard->Detail Page-Yape promos, the information is downloaded in an Excel, but when I go to search for the survey question in the breakdown of this product and place filters gives me very few answers. On the other hand, if I download the answers from “DATA AND ANALYSIS” directly from the YAPE-NPS-OTROS project, filtering by the “YAPE PROMOS” journey, we can see in the excel that the same question Q26 of the breakdown appears with 539 answers vs. 11 responses to what was mentioned above. We want to know why one base differs from the other, aren't they supposed to be fed from the same source and therefore have the same fields in every sense?} Does anyone know why there are these differences?

Hi. I’m trying to create an invitation letter where I could add different phone number depending on the country. In most countries, we could use the default number but there would be some with different numbers. I thought it would be simple and therefore planned on using the branching like:PhoneNumber = xxxxxxxIf Country=Ireland PhoneNumber = yyyyyyHowever, I cannot get the PhoneNumber embedded in the letter even if I add this  ${e://Field/PhoneNumber}. In the email, it is empty.Is there something I missed? Or is this just not possible to add in the invite like this?Thank you for any good ideas!

Hi there! I'm creating a survey and on the first page, I ask participants what language they want to take the survey in, English or Spanish (as a regular question, not through the translation dropdown box). I want the rest of the survey to be shown in the language they select. How do I do this? Please note that I have some complicated conditions going on in this survey:-I have a lot of block randomizations going on, so I don't want to have to branch and create new blocks in Spanish-I want to keep responses given in English or Spanish in the same variable in the dataset, so I want to use the translation function, but the dropdown box that comes with that function does NOT work for me. I need the dropdown box to disappear and the language of the rest of the survey to match whatever participants select in the first question. I have tried some of the JavaScript suggested in this thread, but it hasn't worked for me. Thank you!
