CX Dashboards

Hi All, I am in the process of building a survey and an accompanying dashboard to analyse the user experience. One of the items I am using is "time taken to complete each section". I have built timing questions into the survey but this only seems to record in seconds. The survey is long and so seconds is not conducive to effective reporting.Regards

When creating a new project, I do not have the "Dashboards" option. The only option I have available is "Survey". Another user under our Qualtrics account has the "Dashboards" option, along with 5 other options (Survey, Ad Hoc Employee Research, Website & App Feedback, Frontline Feedback, & Imported Data). How do I get the "Dashboards" option to select when creating a new project? We are both Brand Administrators and have published surveys.

However we have a dataset where multiple employees may have been tagged against each survey record (eg EmployeeID#1, EmployeeID#2, etc). Hi,We use the Zendesk ticketing system for user tickets. One of the fields we collect is "Reason for Contact" "Government reason for contact" and more depending on the GTM. I am trying to add a chart on our dashboard showing the main ticket drivers/reason for contact but I cannot find how to display it even though we have the options selected in our workflow. When I visit our Dashboard Data I cannot find a way to map the "Reason for Contact"Any ideas on how to set this up on our dashboard? Thanks!

Has anyone found a way to show heat maps on the Dashboard? We use a heat map question on our survey and I would like to display on the dashboard for people to see, but it looks like the feature isn't available yet.

Hi, I am making a survey, and I am trying to make a header for it just using text. I want the font to change, the font size to change, and the font color to change. Whenever I change it, click apply, and then click off of the page, it does not save font, color, or size. The header itself will save, just not the font changes. Any ideas on what I can do to change that, or what could be happening? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I have spent weeks attempting to get nice widgets in the dashboard into powerpoint decks eg key driver maps. The font colour and apparently random scaling (what is downloaded doesn't look like the original) mean that it doesn't look very professional - an audience shouldn't have to squint. I've had better experiences from low cost survey platforms than this user experience. You may want to survey how common this is a use case (i imagine it will be quite high)Has anyone found a way round this?

I have a multiple choice question where participants can chose up to 3 answers OR they can chose none of the above. The survey then splits with participants who chose none of the above exiting the survey and people who chose 1-3 of the other answers continuing. I want to prevent them from using "none of the above" with any of the other options and am trying to show an error message if they do this. I have tried the following and do not get an error message. I can't work out where my logic is wrong. I'd be grateful if anyone had any idea. Many thanks.

How do I filter the dashboard by the survey name? I have added embedded data for all 3 surveys in the data settings, but the source field seems to be empty what should I do?

Hi Qualtrics CX questionWhat we want to achieve: We would like to AUTOMATICALLY assign view access to a particular dashboard to all the CURRENT and FUTURE users of a specific user type in Qualtrics.We have successfully setup SSO. enabled "just in time" user provisioning and assign a particular user type to all new users.I tried using "Automate role assignment" but it looks like I am unable to set it up correctly.We do not have specific attribute in AAD which can be related to dashboard user group. These users are mix of multiple locations and departments. Has anyone in the community tried it.

Since Qualtrics took away the Topic Sentiment Polarity variable and replaced it with inconveniently-named value labels, has anyone come up with an easy way to display the distribution of sentiment around each topic in a dashboard?Specifically, we are looking for when Text iQ is applied in the SURVEY part of the platform and then mapped to the dashboard manually.We used to be able to easily view the percent of comments about each topic that were negative, neutral, or positive, like this:Thanks in advance!-Pam

Is it possible to create a text table that is able to remove the "N/A" answers when making a Report the option is available in dashboards but I can't figure it out with creating a report.

Hi all, new user here...any advice would be amazing!I find that any time I duplicate a widget (say, a breakdown bar) which I have set to my desired colours - I lose these colours as soon as I link this duplicated widget to a new variable. So if I have, say, multiple 10-point scale variable widgets, I have to set the colours in every one of them individually. is there a way to stop this? The widgets duplicate just fine (same colours) but as soon as I update the variable source, the colours revert to a default.

On reports, there seems to be to options of data visualization when it comes to text responses. These are word cloud and a simple table. Is it possible to get more visualization options in reports and NOT the dashboards?

Hi all,I'm trying to show a breakdown of our NPS by a Data Series (like Region or Vertical) over time (in a line chart), but include the overall/average NPS as a point of comparison. The Comparisons option only shows NPS as an overall average (one horizontal line) and doesn't create a line that shows the NPS by the time series. Any thoughts on how to achieve this?Thanks- Marc

Hello XM Community,I wasn't able to find a topic on this already so apologise if I have missed it in my search. I am relatively new to the Qualtrics space so still learning the ropes.One of our surveys uses responses imported using an automation via a CSV file. In these responses, one of the questions is multi-select (external, non Qualtrics survey) and so we have a column that contains potentially multiple options of course separated by comma.However, on the dashboarding side this is quite difficult to display accurately as each possible combination of results appears as a unique entry - and doesn't count each time an option on the multi-select is chosen as one towards the total. An example would be: If customer A chose options "1,2,5" and customer B chose options "3, 5" we would want to show that option '5' was chosen twice. Hey colleagues, Hope you are well.I wonder it it would be possible to adding columns in the Text IQ widget, in this below:I mean, in the survey we have an open ended question analysed with the Text IQ feature. We also have this question for different countries, as well as the rest of KPIs. We would like to compare "Text IQ" results among these countries in a more efficient way because actually the only way to do is getting the same widget filtered by country, but it means to have 10 different widgets.Is there a way to create a widget where "parent topics / topics" can be included and compared between different countries? Maybe it is not the Text IQ widget (there is no option to include other variables as columns) but another option to do so.Thanks!

Does anyone have a way to categorise End Date by Australian financial quarters in CX Dashboards without manually editing the Quarter labels. E.g Q1 starts at July.

Hey colleagues, We have a question regarding an adhoc wave field created. This "wave" field works different depending of "role" field (embedded data), for the 2 types of roles we have: Role1 and Role2. The wave field has already created as follows. Also a screenshot how it has been defined in Qualtrics, basically as a "workflow" that adds this info once interview is finished.Role1: First of each month - Last day of each monthJanuary wave: from 1st Jan to 31st Jan.
