CX Dashboards

Hello all, We want to have an open survey to collect up-to-date statuses as and when they may change, therefore the link type will be for multiple completes so they can complete it one day, and again the next day if their status changes and so on. Say we have 500 people being sent the survey, I want to show on the dashboard how many of those 500 have completed it. I can only find a way to count the total number of responses, which would mean we could end up with a response count of >500 responses. We're not interested in how many times the survey is completed, just how many of the total 500 have completed it.

Hi. I have made a dashboard, and then made a copy of it and changed some widget headlines. All of this I have made with finnish as my qualtrics system language. When my colleague opens this copied dashboard with english as his qualtrics system language, the most of the changed headlines (however not all??) are shown to him as they were in the original dashboard. When he changes system language to finnish, everything is good - but he really needs to keep the system language as english, and still see the dashboard as I have intended it to be (in the copy). When I test the copied dashboard myself (changing system language from finnish to english), I see the same problem with the headlines. I can't really see no reason for the widget headlines to change when changing system language, when the dashboard is intended to be in finnish all the time, and I am not making any translations - just changing the headlines from other finnish texts to another. This is clearly an bug in the system,

BACKGROUND: I have created a survey form that maintenance and customer services use to report issues. For one of the questions on this survey, the services groups can select seats within each row that require maintenance or attention. For example: ! Notice that for the matrix question the items are multiple answer. ISSUE: When I use Qualtrics' Dashboards to try and visualize the data produced by this matrix question, it isn't straightforward, intuitive, or easy. Each row from the matrix is represented by a single column in the back-end dataset. This doesn't easily lend itself to a visualization or table for reporting purposes. NEED: Thinking through this, I obviously am not going to get a visual in the dashboard as the platform is currently built. As a compromise, is there a more elegant way to concatenate all the columns of data from the matrix into a single column that lists the Rows AND

Hello awesome community of users! In one of my surveys, we show a bunch of images to rate. In my dashboard, I'm showing the % of people who checked each image, but the name is quite confusing so I'd rather display images instead of text... In one of my widgets (simple chart), I was able to "cheat" a bit and to have the image displayed when the mouse rolls over the label (by adding img src="image url" after each label). But I'm wondering if there is a simpler way, one that would display the image directly, without having to roll over the label? Any ideas? Thanks everyone! Widget for reference: !

Hi there, my boss likes to have the completed surveys downloaded to a folder by month by rep. Is there a way to do this without going by individual survey one at a time?

Hello .. I am trying to configure one widget with multiple yes/no questions, and present the data in stacked column format. Imagine a single widget with multiple breakdowns. I have grouped my questions in a Measure Group, and can display as individual bars within the widget, but am struggling to show the yes/no breakdown for each bar. Thank you for the help, Mark

Hi guys, anyone noticed anything about Qualtrics UX acting funny? I Have issues with Dashboard notifications, among all, cannot scroll fields around, for example:! Was making a public report today, but no changes (e.g. chart types, colouring) were reflected in the actual report, had to redo the whole thing. Was not able to access data from my own survey today: ! I have submitted a ticket to the support, but wonder if there are any customers having same problem.

Hello from NZ! I have been making edits to my dashboard pages (I call them tabs) and widgets. e.g. duplicating, editing text, and removing tabs. Some of my edits have not been saving after following all the processes and a work-around advised by support - e.g. duplicate a widget, make edits and save new widget, then remove old widget. I have also done this with pages - duplicate page, make edits, and remove old page. Now some of my users cannot see ANY of the pages/tabs that I've duplicated and edited (but removed the old tab)! However, some users can? I've logged a ticket with support for this and am awaiting advice but am in different time zone and this is urgent. Has anyone had a similar issue before? How did you solve it / how was it resolved? I have also just read about the 'publish' function - does this exist for dashboards? I don't have that function on my dashboard. Any help or suggestions appreciated! Thanks Hayley

For our guest surveys, I use embedded data to record the season they visit. This is because they might receive and take the survey a month after their visit when we've entered into a new Season. I would like to be able to use the Breakdown Table in Dashboard to show the change in score from Winter 2019 to Winter 2020. In the picture below I'd like Historical comparison to be the season from the year prior. !

is there a way to show in a widget the top 5 (or any number really) questions that were answered a specific way? my Quality Assurance team is using a survey as data entry/database for evaluations, and the manager of that team has asked if there is a way to show the top 5 questions that were answered as No then the top 5 answered as Yes. we currently have 4 options to select from (Yes/No/Not Applicable/Coaching Only) and those answers currently to not have any numeric value associated to them. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would like to create one Breakdown bar that includes three fields. Each field uses the same question choices (Strongly Agree . . . Strongly Disagree). I have created a Generic Field Group in the Source Data, which includes the three Fields (Text Set). When I attempt to create the Breakdown Bar Widget, I don't see the Group listed in the list of possible Fields (from "Dimension").

Is there a way of having a widget on a ticket dashboard that shows how many tickets are in the queue & have yet to be assigned to an owner?

Hello Community, What would be the best way(s) to create a reoccurring survey with the same respondents? This would be a bi-weekly survey (Sprint) that would measure the happiness of the employees, and we would need a way to identify which Sprint was which by having the dates update on the back-end some way. The end goal we would be able to see the employees in the data and filter by sprint and see if there were any increases or decreases of happiness during that timeframe. I am confused how sending the survey to the same respondents would affect the data. Also is there a way for this to be anonymous, but still taking some fields on the back-end such as (office location, shift time, etc) while using an authentication such as an identifiable number? I think that is the way to go about it, but wanted to see if there were any other recommendations :) Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to achieve this. Thanks a bunch!

Hi, I have the following scenario: we have a Simple Table which has a ranking of users and their associated NPS. This table is for managers, and we want the users to be able to see, in another page of this dashboard, their position within this table (e.g. if user A is in row number 4 in this table, there should be some widget saying that he is in position 4, or that 3 other users have a greater associated NPS than his). Is it possible to do this?

Will someone please let me know how to setup the system so that everyone that has Qualtrics access can view ticket details but NOT edit the ticket. Only the ticket owner should be able to edit their ticket.

When I export a widget into CSV the decimal place is a "." and since my laptop was setup in the UK my Excel can read this perfectly well and calculations can be performed without making any changes. However, our program has a lot of users in Europe where the "," is more common and so when they see "0.8321" (for example) their Excel doesn't recognise this as a number - it is expecting "0,8321". It's probably not realistic to suggest they change their global Excel settings since I imagine in any other context all numbers will come in the expected format. Is there anything within Qualtrics that can change the format of the number? I imagine customers have faced this issue before?

Hi everybody, we are going to start a fieldwork involving 26k respondents approx, plus 4k records to import from historical data. Those results have to be weighted on the dashboard based on each respondent's ID. As the csv limit dimension for weighting is 260KB, we would surely go above that thresold. We tried to weight a small sample on the data&analysis, but dashboard seems not to import weights from data&analysis. Has anyone got any idea? Many thanks in advance Betto

I have an embedded data field for tenure and I'd like to use it to showcase results in a dashboard. The tenure field has an infinite number of entries and I'd like to be able to group them into buckets (<1 years, 1-4 years, 5-9 years, etc.) I haven't been able to figure out how to do that within custom metrics in the CX dashboard.

I have a questionnaire where I am asking the same four questions (overall sat, ease of use etc. - single select 5-point scale) of people who: * Use Product 1 only (P1) * Use Product 2 only (P2) * Use both Product 1 and Product 2 I'm wondering the best way to program it and set it up in the survey flow so that in a dashboard I can see the results of the three groups in one widget for each of the questions: P1 vs. P2 vs. P1 (from those who use both) vs. P2 (from those who use both) and also the results of: P1 (all) vs. P2 (all) Any guidance would be appreciated. Hello. Hope all doing well! A quick question - we are doing a project for a client that will require being able to provide a unique report to each of one of 946 sites included in the project. Thus we will create an overall dashboard which can be filtered by site name - we need to automate the export and emailing of these site level reports somehow. Is this at all possible? automate the filtering and exportation of 946 different data cuts into PDF? Any help is appreciated Regards Lee

Hi, when I acess the result for my region (for branchs), I get under the 3 main categories this 3 worging : Banque LRT, Approche Client, Direction LRT...Those are not representative with the "wording" we are using to evaluate are results. We are using thoses 3 "wording" LTR Bank, detracteurs ans LTR branch...Is those has been change in the last weeks ? Please note that in the lunch vedio the "titles" are exactly what we are using in are mandate :LTR Bank, detracteurs ans LTR branch

Hi, I'm looking to create a widget or view the variance of NPS between states month on month. For example, I'd like to show whether NPS has improved or declined in NSW (Australia) in November vs December. Anyone know if this is possible? Preferably show it on a point swing bar chart.

We have a few surveys that are in multiple languages, and our clients are asking if it's possible to see how many respondents took the survey in a given language. We've tried adding both values ("recipient language" and "user language") into the survey flow and then mapped to the dashboard, but it doesn't work. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks.
