Hello community I consult you in our Qualtrics account every time we add a new topic in the text IQ of the dasboard we must add the same topic in the text IQ of the survey project... so it's double work…  Is there any way to simplify, and if we add a new topic in the text IQ of the project it will be automatically updated in the text IQ of the dashboard? 

Hello everyone!  We are going to launch a new NPS survey for our customers via a QR code that will be printed on the ticket. However, we have a small problem:Our POS does not allow us to have a different template for a purchase ticket and a return/refund ticket. This means that the QR code to answer the NPS survey would appear on all tickets, both purchases and returns.  We are wondering if this can affect the quality of the results and if the data we get can be reliable.(We are thinking about the option of adding a question that lets the customer choose whether they have made a purchase or a return, but customers can also make mistakes when selecting the correct option.) Has anyone had something similar happen to them and is willing to share some feedback?Any insight is welcome :)

Does anyone know how to add the Customer's Contact info when creating a ticket from the CX Dashboard? I'm not talking about the "Action" or "Task" when creating tickets that is triggered. I'm referring to when you are in the dashboard, you can open the full record of a survey response, such as when reading their comments and want to create and assign a ticket, there's an option to create a ticket from this window but the only data fields that could be added are Questions from the survey and your Embedded Data. I don't see an option to pipe in Customer's Contact Info, which would be helpful for someone who would need to reach out to the customer. Thank you.!

We have just executed a survey which is planned to be repeated each quarter with a similar target group. The results are displayed as average values and scores in a dashboard. Unfortunatelly, we need to delete all old survey data before the survey is executed the next time due to data privacy requirements. Any suggestions on how we would still be able to have a comparison between each execution to identify any changes?Of course we could export the data from the dashboard each time and have the comparison externally, however, we would like to take advantage of Qualtrics dashboards for proper display. We could also create a “Comparison Project” where we create one response for each iteration of the survey and track the average values in that response and compare each response in a dashboard. But that would be quite some additional effort… 

Hi! I'm trying to create a User Type that can only access the Dashboard Viewer app and within it, the Dashboards that have been shared with that user. Nothing else. I thought it was as easy as removing all permissions except for the use of the Viewer app.But this results in the user just seeing this: Adding “Use of CX Dashboards” and “Core XM” just leads to a User Type that can access both Qualtrics environment and the DB Viewer. Ideas?

I have a dashboard that has a whole bunch of surveys mapped to it. I have an intern and would like to have them do some documentation on the mapping and am wondering if there is a way to export the mapped data showing in rows and columns just as we see in the dashboard map section. I don’t want to give a qualtrics user license/access so I’m hoping there’s a workaround here for them to be able to view the data as to which survey question is mapped into which field on the dataset.  

Hi all,  I just wondering how to update the mails to our email address instead of the default ‘noreply@qemailserver.com’ I know it might require the Brand Admin access which we have that, just don’t know how to do that

HiDoes anyone know the sentiment value that is attributed to a mixed response? I know that ‘Very positive’ is scored +2 / Positive +1 / Neutral 0 / Negative -1 / Very negative -2, but what about a Mixed response?Thanks

Hello I am trying to provide my users with a quick way to review all of our different areas and show if an area is doing better or worse on an average Rate 0-10 Experience Score on a CX dashboard.At present, I have a table (see image below) which is showcasing each area and displaying them based on a colour scheme I set up I already have filters at the top of the dashboard which allow the user to sort by survey end date but then the user needs to look though the numerous areas and compare What I would want is another column or 2 that shows how each area is progressing/falling behind on a monthly, or quarterly, or yearly basis. I would rather not use the gauge or number widget with a filter on each one as there are over 300 areas to track and trend and base don my digging, the Heatmap is a EX widget. 

I tried searching for an answer in the Community without finding anything, but I am wondering if there is a way to have a stacked bar chart so the total of the two data series. Example: We track our satisfaction by five ‘seasons’ and I would like to show the breakdown of the top two (4 & 5) responses to reach out total score. However, I cannot find a way to do this. My metric is set up as Count with value as % of Y-axis breakout. My Y-axis is the seasons, and my data series is the satisfaction categories. However, when I change my metric to Top Box/Bottom Box and use CSAT as the field and just the top two answers, the percentages turn to 100%.  Ideally, but totals would appear at the end of the bars for Spring and Summer, with the category value appearing above the bar.   Any thoughts?

Not all of my dashboard users have access to the textiq page, but I would like to display some of the widget data such as these two. Is there a way to display these on a cx dashboard page?

I have a slider question & data results not displaying: enable editing and configure widget. I have no idea how to resolve this so that I can analyze the data accurately. Search’s all direct users with the same issue to contact support, but I have a free account so this feature is unavailable to me. 

Is anyone else getting the “block.opendns.com refused to connect” when they try to enter a support ticket? 

Hi there! I know there is an image slide show widget for the dashboard, but is there a way to have images submitted through the survey be part of that slideshow? As of now it says to input in image URLs but I want the images submitted through the survey to appear instead of manually putting in images. Thanks in advance!

Hi,I have a table in Qualtrics as part of CX dashboard and one of the ROWS is END DATE (Group by day).In the display, it only shows those rows that data against columns / metrics.However, when I download the table in .xlsx even with filter selection checkbox enabled, it downloads with rows corresponding to all days irrespective of whether there is data or not as shown below : How can I ensure that only last row is part of download ?Thanks in advance. Regards,Neha Tank

Hi EveryoneI have the below lines widget on my dashboard. I have mapped the X-Axis to an emended data field that consists of a date, the metric field is then mapped to count, and is grouped by month.It’s working well so far, but I would like to map an additional emended data field that also consists of a date to the X-Axis – so I can compare both overtime. I can only seem to map x1 X-Axis value.My goal is that the widget would show X in blue (working), and X in green for example (needed).Hope you can help :)

Hi there,we want to display our NPS results in a dashboard and combine it with the targets that were set by the company. Ideally we want to have the target line in the same widget / graph than the NPS numbers resulting from the survey. We cannot use the benchmark option as the target differ inbetween countries and are different for the quarters. Is there any option to include targets into Qualtrics Dashboards?Happy to hear from you :)

Hello,I’m trying to build a widget where I could see for each month, what is the NPS of YTD.Meaning, on the column or bar March24 I would see the NPS from january 1st 2024 to March 31th 2024, on the column or bar April 24 I would see NPS from january 1st 2024 to April  30th 2024…… Thank you

Hi, Is there a way to create a Dashboard User Role so that they can export the data from a widget, but not the entire dashboard?For instance, I don’t want users to be able to export the full record of responses, but it would be nice to enable them with csv’s of what appears within a widget. For example, Comments and Labels seen on the Response Ticker, or the breakdown of CSAT scores on a bar graph. Thank you!
