I’m sending out a survey in different languages, but we don’t know the preferred language of participants.  We’re therefore including all translations of the invite message in the one email, listed one after the other down the body of the email.  I’m trying to code in language links at the top of the email so the participant clicks on their language link and it takes them down to their chosen translation.  I’ve been trying to use the html coding as follows but it’s not working in the email received when testing. Anchor coding:  <a id=”German”> Dear name</a>Link coding: <a href=”#German”>Deutsche</a> Any ideas how to code this so it works in the email received?Thanks 

Hi, Sent personal emails with individual survey links to target audiences, but no one received it. Status is ‘sent’ though. Is there a way to resend personal emails to the same target group again?Br, Vincent

The automation in the Lifecycle surveys would be great to have in other project types?   Would be great to see them added to the Ad Hoc projects.  Actually…it would be great to have a single project type that includes all the functionalities of Lifecycle, Ad Hoc and Engagement projects.  Would allow much more flexibility in some of our builds instead of having to decide which feature is most important if what we need isn’t is in two diff project types.

Hello Qualtrics team, We are implementing Onboarding surveys under EX's Lifecycle product, however, we would like to know if it is possible to automate or have a calculated field that allows the sending of the survey that corresponds to the first 3 months so that it can be sent 10 days before these three months are completed and of course do it in an automatic way. We do this because we want to eliminate any possible bias since the employees of this company know whether or not they passed their probationary period on the day they complete their first three months.

Hello!I am building our Employee Lifecycle strategy and was curious if it was possible to dictate survey delivery based on metadata. Example: If I wanted to send an Exit Survey to team members on their day of exit as opposed to the day the data import happens or on just a pre-scheduled day of the week. If our file import contains “termination date” I’m hoping to set up an automation based on that date specifically.

I have a survey with multiple blocks and i want to randomize them so every participant just sees one of the blocks, however i want to make sure that the distribution of the population is equivalent for each block in terms of country, management level and grade. Is there a possibility to make this in an automatic way? BTW i am using an engagement/pulse type of project - it is EX 

I have gone through all the posts and there doesn’t seem to be an answer for the EX platform only other platforms so hopefully someone can help. We are using organisation hierarchy in an employee engagement survey and we want managers to fill in the survey about each of their reports, I know I can do this with an anonymous link but then we won’t have the hierarchy data. Is there anyway to do this within EX? We also tried within the lifecycle survey but the metadata won’t change so we can’t use the multiple responses option either. Thank you!

Hello -Note the title should EX Platform not XM PlatformIn the past I was able to download something that showed personalized links for everyone. I can no longer find it. Does anybody know how to access that information?I do know how to find an individual link by going to the participant details, but it would be nice to have a spreadsheet with them all.

Hello,Can anyone help me with creating a pulse survey from scratch? When i go to create project, i do not see a pulse option like i see engagement, lifecycle etc. I have been reading articles and some of them state that it is the same as creating an engagement project, can anyone please confirm this?

Hi everyone willing to find here the solution!I am having a really big engagement project and I need to create text IQ for more that 1K comments per each open-ended question,My question is about changing the whole topic sentiment \ for group of comments. Qualtrics marked most of the questions as negatives as you can see here: If someone have the solution, I will be very happy!Thank you :) 

I know customizations are more limited in reports compared to the dashboards, but is there really not a way to modify the Engagement Summary visualization to get rid of these callout lines and labels?  Hoping it’s just something I’m missing.

Is manual entry the only way to add all the data fields required to use Text Topic info in a dashboard?  We create our dashboards pretty much on day 1 for our project owners to track responses real-time before anything is done in Text IQ.

Any one know if there will be training on Journey Analytics to be added to basecamp soon?

Have an issue where several survey responses were collected a day prior to the official launch.  In our dashboards, we show responses by day and would like to role the early responses into the next day’s responses.  Is there a way to do this on the dashboard without editing the individual response dates on the data & analysis tab?

It’s a really great news to hear about the new feature “Export Scores by Org Unit” !I did it for my client and in the export file there are no headers, no questions names, etc.Is it how it should work?How can I know which numbers/scores are for which questions? Thank you in advance for any help. 

Hi!  I have enhanced anonymity active, however for some fields it is cousin problem because it groups too many options that not necessarily make sense. I tried putting this fields as not identifiable, however because of this now this fields are showing responses that do not meet the anonymity of the dashboard that is of minimum 5 answers. is there anyway to deactivate enhance anonymity from this fields but keep the anonymity. Like for the dashboard not to show results if i have less than 5 answers 

I am trying to create an exportable format where I have survey links by participant. We want to use a third party tool to send nudges and encourage survey completion. Any guidance here will be appreciated.
