Layout of PPT dashboard export

Hi! Everytime i try to download a dashboard in PPT format it comes with one widget per page as a image in a very bad layout. Do you know if there is anyway to download it with a better layout?

Favorability by metadata

I need to graph favourability, neutrality and unfavorability broken down by metadata. however the scorecard, the question list and the engagement summary do not allow it. It is possible that you help me to graph it.

Workflow google sheets

I need to export the responses (my project is live and already has registered responses) from my surveys to a Sheets table, however the workflow only allows me to export the new responses that are created after the workflow is configured. How can I configure an export automation of all my answers (previously registered) without the need to create an sftp ?

Remove hierarchy filter from one page

We would like to know if it is possible to remove the hierarchy filter only from the page Visão Geral Natura &Co and leave it in the remaining pages. This since the dashboard users are filtering by this on ths visa general page where the filters should be limited to brand, country and Público. Do we any possibilities or workarounds that can be done regarding this?

There should be a way to export list of dashboard report recipients

We have an engagement survey where we send it to 130k employees and team level results are shared with more than 10k managers. We have a privacy response threshold so a manager has to have at least 5+ responses in order to be eligible to see their team’s results. The problem is there is no way to pull a list of report eligible managers so that we can send them a custom e-mail. We have to literally pull row level data, spend hours running calculations, combine different datasets and waste hours on something Qualtrics should already offer as a basic functionality. It’s not too difficult for Qualtrics to allow us to export list of managers who would be eligible for a report. Instead we spend hours trying to create this functionality manually every time we do a survey not to mention risk of human error every time you try to calculate things manually.

Text Wrapping in Question List Widget

We can’t be alone in wanting a wrapping function in the comparison headers in the new question list widget are we? Would love to see this idea go to the product team. Who else wants this functionality?

Which benchmarks to use?

We just launched our first employee experience survey. We are hoping to compare ourselves to some industry benchmarks to better understand how our employee’s experience compares to that of other companies. However, I can’t determine a best practice on which benchmarks to use. We have the option of the 75th%ile for favorability or the 75th%ile for the average score. Is there a reason to use favorability rather than the average score? Our results look better or worse depending on which benchmark we use. I’d love to find a “best practice” to pull from.

Trouble exporting widgets

I am trying to export a scorecard widget (using the export download icon), but the export is only showing part of the data, not the full widget. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you solve for it? Thanks!

Historic information not coming when adding the hierarchy filter

Hi I have an EX project that has a historical tendency of the engagement metric of 5 historical surveys and the actual one. when i have the hierarchy filter this information is not coming up, it just shows the metric for this year. I really need the historical and the hierarchy filter so the people in the hierarchy can see their historical tendency. Any ideas of what may be happening? Thanks for the help!

Let's think of the Reponses 'met my expectations' of Candidate Experience certified questions

Our company tries to use Qualtrics' certified questions and answers as they are. I found an interesting phenomenon. Unlike other questions, Ex25 certified question - engagement the answer in the middle(3/5) of the question that compares expectations and experiences is not ‘neither agree nor disagres, but ‘meeting/met expectations’. EX 25 certified question - ex gap Candidate Experience certified question - gap Employees are not very different from the answers to other questions, but in the case of candidates, those who answered positively to other questions answered in the middle position, that is, they met expectations in the question comparing expectations and experience. If you look at it literally, I think the answer of meeting expectations has a positive meaning, so it would be more appropriate to be positioned at a positive 4-point level(4/5) rather than in the middle(3/5). What do you think?

Filters for text IQ by sentiment and topic

Hi! I need to filter by sentiment and topic using text IQ is there any way of doing this? This customer has around 20 text IQ questions so placing a sentiment filter for each one of them my be troublesome and would look very good, does anyone has any tips in how can this be done in a more user friendly way. 😊

Hi! How do I use categories set in the dashboard as variables in the StatiQ tab? Say, I want to include 4 questions as 1 category at the Dashboard options / Categories and would like to use the same category (of 4 questions) as a variable in the stat ananylis to see e.g. what affects the most this category’s score. restrict downloads in EX projects

Hi, i am creating a user type that can do almost all but not able to download responses from the surveys. I deactivate the option of download responses in the permissions but when i try to do the test they still can export the responses, do you know how can i fix this? *note: they should be able to create surveys and be the survey owners so i can not just take off the permissions from the survey. We are working on EX projects.

Can i have a widget that shows the number of KPi that improve compare with historical data?

Hi I i am working on a EX engagement survey and i need a widget that show the number of responses that improve compare to the last survey and those that did worse. so for example if i have 26 KPI, and we improve in 3 KPIs and 4 KPS decrease to show this two numbers. the 3 and the 4. Ignore those other KPIs that did not get any variation regarding the historical data. Any idea of how can i make this work?

I'm a new user on the Engagement Platform. Now, I am working on the participant invite and inserting the survey link from the function "Insert Piped Text" and selecting "Project Link.". Workforce Continuity / Disaster Recovery Survey for Mid-Sized Business

Hi There - Does anyone use Qualtrics for Workforce Continuity or Disaster Recovery Plans in the event that a natural disaster / civil unrest occurs for employees of your organization? Historical comparisons based on current hierarchy without mapping 10k EEs

Is there a support article or basecamp course that explains how to show historical survey results in a dashboard based on a manager’s current hierarchy instead of the hierarchy in place at the time the prior surveys were distributed?
