We will be launching a Engagement Feedback survey company wide later this year. It will have a combination of delivered questions from the Qualtrics Engagement survey and from our 2018 survey from another platform. We are interested in loading/placing 2018 overall company positivity factor for the 2018 questions we are placing into the new Qualtrics survey. The goal is that when we look at full company results we will have benchmarks and past results available for reporting. Hope this question makes sense. THanks

In my lifecycle Survey I have a drop down list for reasons of exit: select any one - the last answer is an open text. How can I show all these in a dashboard widget. I used a simple bar chart and got the percent distribution but I want to show the text responses too using ticker option. How can this be done?

Hi there,We are importing anonymous survey data for our employees into Qualtrics, and hitting a funny issue. Note that we are assigning each record to an organisational hierarchy unit.When importing the data, Qualtrics support had advised us not to use the Legacy importer (Via Participants --> Org Hierarchies), and told us to import via Data & Analysis.When using the importer in the Data & Analysis tab, we were advised that to assign anonymous responses to a hierarchy unit, you need to include the participant ID of the Org Unit's manager in the import. We have done this, but the problem is that it is de-duplicating and not allowing multiple anonymous responses in an organisational unit.EG: Manager of Team B's code is ABC, the team has 5 people with 5 anonymous responses. We assign the Unique Participant Identifier of each of the 5 records to be ABC, then import. However, Qualtrics only processes one of these records.Does anyone know how to work around t

We are looking a email dashboard dynamically on the basis of value selected in filter. The same can be done when user logs in a dashboard he/she able to see only his/her data. Is there a way we can send data restricted report (via Email Dashboard) to the users as per his/her level of the data?

Hello, new to qualtrics and starting on our first company-wide engagement survey. Have always created/used reports or dashboards which show by organization, manager the summary of answers /scoring for questions. Group score per question versus overall company etc.Looking to see if we can deliver an employee view report which shows for the user what they said for questions in relation to the group summary score per question or overall company score per question. Goal would be to see if showing employees how they are aligned or not aligned to their org on question responses. Gets people thinking about how they are engaged versus the community.Hope this description makes sense. Appreciate any ideas or direction

Hi all,We have just started playing with the EX report template so we can use it for our next Employee Engagement survey round. Is it possible to set the template so that it would show comparison between the Company level results and the unit selected in the dashboard?Even with the use of the dashboard there is a need for a ppt report, and we would really like to have the comparison in the report, so there is no need to download the company level one, then the team specific one and then combine them manually.

My team works on employee engagement surveys for a global company. It has come to our attention to be in accordance with our workers councils in Europe and GDPR we need to make sure responses from our European associates are not identifiable after a year. Meaning no associate ID, or other identifiable metadata is tied to the response. As a team, we are trying to figure out a process to best de-identify results in Qualtrics. We also are thinking through how we can do this without completely messing up surveys that feed into our dashboards. If any one has any insight on best practices for this it would help us out a lot.

I am posting my survey as a QR code, a hyperlink in a newsletter, and a hyperlink in a mass text message. Can I track how many users are accessing my survey through each channel? For example, I want to see how many users accessed the survey through the QR code vs the newsletter vs the mass text message.

Good afternoon, I have 40 questions in my survey and I would like to present the top and bottom performers of my survey, in terms of favorability, from the complete set of answers, without any type of separation (i.e. without separating answers from different departments, age groups, etc).I am able to present all the answers in different rows of a heat map, and present the favorability in a single column, from the global set of results, but I am unable to sort them from greatest to smallest favorability. Apparently the order in which the answers appear in the rows is defined by the order in which they are layed out in the "dashboard data" section of the settings. Any idea of a solution to achieve what i'm looking for? It doesn't necessarily have to be in the heat map widget, but i'll leave a picture of what i currently have, and from that I only need the widget to automatically sort it from greatest to smallest favoraibility (or vice-versa).In each row you have

Hi dear community,3 hours on this problem, but can't find a solution, so I really need your help.I have an engagement survey (just like described in the best practices) and a dashboard (in with I want to add a tob/bottom metric)My questions use a disagree/agree 5 points scale.Because some questions were numbered as 1-5 and some others as 6-10 or 11-15 etc..., I use the recode value option to uniformize :Exportation of my survey data with numeric values confirm that the recoded values are good.But the scales in the dashboard seems to continue using the original values...I have more than one scale for the disagree/agree questions.

Hi, I am running my first life cycle project. It is an onboarding survey, that will be sent after 2 weeks being in the company. I would like to make sure that participants only take the survey during their third or fourth week tops. I don't want them to take the survey after that, because then it would not be a survey on their second week. Is it possible to define that for the project? I only found the nomral expiration dates, but it does not solve my problem, because I would need a different expiration date for each participant, based on their entry date.

I created a survey and created embedded data with calculating the average. However noticed that one of the embedded data formula was incorrectly entered. I have now entered the correct formula.Question is how do I now update the previously completed surveys embedded data to the new updated formula?

I scheduled my surveys to be sent out by email at 10 am today; however, I estimate that only a handful of people received it out of the 365 email recipients. My email address was also included, but I did not receive my link until 11:39. Several of my close friends say they did not receive the link at all. What did I do wrong?

Hi there - curious if anyone knows if weighting is available in EX dashboards (based on my searching is appears they're only available for CX dashboards at this time). If they are not available, would love to know if there is any plan to incorporate weights into EX dashboards in the future.Thanks in advance

Hi,Can I combine different metadata to narrow down the target audience of my invite mail?I would like to use the metadata "respondent yes" & "company", as we have multiple companies in the participants file that start at a different moment. It looks very much possible, as the number of particpants goes down when adding the filters...BUT: I've had a bad experience last year when the filters did not narrowed down the selection, but added up - contrary to what was shown when configuring the mail.So my question: is it possible to narrow down using multiple metadata filters, or will it always add up in reality?thank you for a fast response!

Hello Experts I have created automation wherein operational data like gender and department of the candidate is flowing from HR system , but to use the same data in dashboard, this data should attach to the respondents. When we map the data in automation, should it be transactional or embedded. Also, how do we get the same data into our dashboards.

I'm sending a one-off (research core) survey to my employee base. How do I remove the opt-out link as I do not want anyone to be able to opt-out of receiving internal employee surveys!? My email message says I have to have one and I can't figure out how to make it disappear or not show up.

We created a level-based hierarchy without assigning managers and it would be great if it's possible to edit the hierarchy and assign the managers. Or is there another possibility other than create a new hierarchy?Thanks!
