Hello, I´m trying to integrate qualtrics with an existing software, and I need the functionality of being able to redirect url (by a command in the head, "look and feel"), and Javascript in the questions. Can I have this with the Core XM plan?Thank you very much.

Hi all -Has anyone using Storyline product have issues that appear to be browser dependent when using an embedded Qualtrics survey? How did you solve this issue?Context: We have an organization training using Storyline Articulate with an embedded Qualtrics survey. Users in Internet Explorer encounter browser compatibility issues for the survey. All of our browsers are organizationally managed and are within the accepted range for what Qualtrics requires based on browser compatibility requirements.. This issue does not happen in Edge, Chrome, or Firefox. Edited: This does not occur using the same IE browser and the survey link by itself. It seems to only occur within the embedded training.Thanks!Amy

Hello everyone, I am trying to add a pop-up screen that shows the results of participants' response before they move on to the next page.In my current design, participants will see an 'empty text box' where they can put a number ranging from 0 to 100. Each number represents a number of assets that affect their investment decisions. So, I want to add a pop-up screen that shows investment results as a consequence of the number they chose, such as, "You invested XX assets. As a result, your earnings will be $YY (XX * $0.ZZ). Please click Next to continue. If you want to change the answer, click cancel."Another option could be showing the result of the investment decision (the same as the above sentence) on the same screens as participants put in their numbers, without having to put any numbers in the pop-up screen.I am not sure whether I should use the HTML template or if there could be any easier ways to do so.I would appreciate any tips you might have. We have integrated Qualtrics and Salesforce through the standard connector but the survey allows users to upload files which are getting stored in forms of URL. Now these files URL is going to salesforce but when we are clicking to the URL it is asking for login before getting access to the files . But in salesforce we want to download the files from the URL and store it under Attachment/Files. So we make an api hit where using Basic Auth we are getting Statuscode=200 but when we are trying to make hit on the files URL, it is throwing an error as [Status=Temporary Redirect, StatusCode=307].So please help us out in resolving this issue asap.this is very urgent

Hi everyone, Our client wants to integrate Qualtrics with SuccessFactors to reflect information on the completeness status of the surveys of each employee, in the "To-Do" tile in SuccessFactors. I would like to know if there is an API that returns the participants of a survey, the completeness status for each of one the participants and the link that Qualtrics has generated to access to the survey, so I can move that information to SuccessFactorsI have been checking the APIS available but i have found any that I can use to build what they wantThanksRaúl.

Hi all, We have a question in a survey where customers can leave their contact details to be contacted by one of our customer service agents. This event will trigger a case in Salesforce that they can then pick up. My question now is how can I enable the agent to see the full response to the survey questions in order to create a context on why they want to be contacted? I know that within Qualtrics the respondent ID identifies a single survey, but is there also a public link that we could send to Salesforce so that the agent wouldn't need a Qualtrics account, but they could view the survey response in a separate public tab?Help, please :)

There are guidelines on this page (https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/survey-module/survey-tools/import-and-export-surveys/#ImportTXTDoc) how to write a .txt file and then import it into qualtrics. I want to use the carry forward choices option for my questions and wanted to know if I could do it in the .txt file.In particular I want to carry forward the unselected choices from the previous question. Is there a way to write this into the file I'll import?Thanks!

Hello Community,My question is regarding integration of results of two different surveys posted from two different qualtrics accounts. The surveys are exactly the same in their content and questions, but were posted via two different channels (accounts) to two different sets of people (audiences). Is there a possibility for me to integrate the results of the two survey without manually exporting the data in some format (xls., csv., spss., etc) and combining them in some other software package. Is there a possibility in the Qualtrics platform for me to integrate the results and generate a combined report from the two surveys?

Hi.My organization does not have API access, and I can't get SFTP going.I have quite a few surveys, and it would be a hassle to regularly download the results, and so an automatic solution would be great. I am willing to write some reasonable amount of Python code if it will allow automatic downloading.Even if need to go to the Qualtrics website regularly, that would be fine if I could download everything with just one or two simple buttons.I don't need PDFs of the responses. I just want the spreadsheets.Thanks,Paul

We are using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to send emails with a survey link to contacts that live in Salesforce. Right now, we're mapping responses to the Survey Response object and need a way to identify the contact who filled it out. I'm under the impression this can be done with embedded data somehow, but I don't know how to go about setting it up so that a Salesforce contact who receives an email through Marketing Cloud can be identified and have their data push through to the Survey Response object.

Hi , I want to call multiple webservice from one task in Atcion tab. First webservice fetch some data from 3rd party system and one field from the header response needs to be fed to second webservice in the same task. How can this be achieved.

We have a survey that has several submission actions to update and create Salesforce objects. One of these actions failed (invalid length of data), the rest were successful. I have corrected the field in question on the response and from Actions-Reporting I have clicked on Retry for the failed Salesforce Action. The result is the say, though, as if the Action is not accessing the corrected survey data. Was I wrong to assume that this would work? Is there some other step that I have missed that will allow me to Retry this Action? I don't want to Retake the survey because all other Actions have already completed successfully. Thanks in advance for any insights.

Howdy We have a survey which is mapping back to the Contact object in Salesforce, it works most of the time but occasionally we get the following debug email and nothing gets updated back on Contact: StatusCodeError: 405 - [{"errorCode":"METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED","message":"HTTP Method 'PATCH' not allowed. I created a qualtrics survey. One of the questions in the survey is a request for their email. The question has content validation for an email address.I have a mailchimp account where I collect customer emails. I could download the qualtrics survey emails and then upload them into my mailchimp account. Is there a way to automate this process instead? Specifically, emails that are entered into this survey question automatically filter into my mailchimp account?I use mailchimp's "embedded form" feauture to collect emails on my website. I am new to all this so apologies if this sounds silly.I am generating a list of words in Pavlovia (so it's a list created in javascript) and would like to pass such variable to Qualtrics via query string.Does anyone have an idea of how / if I can do it? I have a study that is made up of a questionnaire and a few external experiments on pavlovia. I have set it up so that participants are directed to Qualtrics from the SONA system (carrying their IDs) to the questionnaire and then at the end of the questionnaire, participants are sent back to SONA where completion of the study is confirmed and they receive their credit. I have each pavlovia experiment in its own block with instructions and a link to the study as part of the questionnaire in Qualtrics. The problem I am having is caused by the fact that I can't get Qualtrics to carry the same participant ID from SONA to the pavlovia experiment and then redirect back to the Qualtrics questionnaire to carry on with the rest of the tasks. Participants have to constantly enter their participant ID before each experiment and they often make mistakes.Is there a way to do this? If so, can someone please help with the steps.

I've designed an opt in/opt out form that updates data in a respondent's Salesforce profile and I've hit a snag with a picklist field. When a respondent opts out, a picklist value/selection is sent to reflect the reason why. When they opt back IN, I need to be able to clear the picklist value so it's reset back to None/NULL. I've tried several different ways to do this, but they either cause my API call to fail, or they do nothing at all. Does anyone know of a way for me to clear a picklist value/reset a picklist from Qualtrics?FYI, we're using the out-of-box Qualtrics/Salesforce integration and I'm not able to edit the Salesforce picklist field on the SF side to change the default value or add new options.
