Unrecognized distributions Lifecycle (EX)

We are facing some questions while implementing a lifecycle (EX) project, we have three surveys associated each one to a financial benefit received by the bank employees, the invites are sent to the employees each time they make a disbursement of one of these benefits. The problem arises in the process of sending these invitations. After one day, the platform stops recognizing the participants to whom the invitation has already been sent, which causes it to indicate that it will send the survey again to all participants, instead of only to the new ones who have joined as project participants. Is there any way through which we can “Mark” the employees to whom we have already sent (even if they haven't replied to the survey) and include this filter as part of the metadata before sending invitations, to avoid this inconvenience

Embedding a signature in an e-mail trigger?

I'm trying to replicate a paper form that requires a signature, and then e-mail a printable copy of this form to the respondent and the administrative personnel responsible for processing the form.I am using the Signature Question field but don't know how to embed its answer as with other survey questions or embedded data.How do I embed the response to a Signature Question in an e-mail trigger? I already tried checking "Include response report" and "Show full question text" but neither of those include the signature.

FlatPickr in "New Survey Experience"

Carousel Javascript Randomization

Hello, I have a list of 10 items that I want to randomize by splitting them into two sets: the first set is shuffled randomly, and the second set is reordered to align with the shuffled order of the first. For example, an accepted shuffle of A1, B1, C1, D1, E1, A2, B2, C2, D2, E2 would be B1, E1, C1, A1, D1, B2, E2, C2, A2, D2.  I was able to do this for a side-by-side question, however my logic doesn’t seem to work for a matrix type question that is displayed as carousel. My JS code is overwritten and the cards are shown in the non-shuffled order. I would appreciate any pointers. Please find my code below. Custom Survey message for LINK EXPIRATION

Hi Community,We’re stumble upon a weird behavior on Qualtrics and needing your view on thisWe are sending personal survey link that expired in 1 day to customer.  Base language is Vietnamese The Inactive survey message (Show a message to people who visit your survey after it expires or after you’ve made it inactive.) is customized in Vietnamese, English (US), English (UK)When testing, the message only show the default one: “Your survey session has expired and you cannot continue taking the survey.” No matter if the Base Language is Vietnamese or English….Upon further testing, I’ve found out that the above ‘Inactive survey message’ is only work with the Survey Project expire or inactive. The Link expiration date in Distribution tab will trigger the default one.Is there anyway to customize this? This is urgent. We’ll appreciate any idea 🙏🙏🙏

Greetings to the community!I am facing an issue in my Data Recruitment (SSFF)  that utilizes a native integration with Qualtrics fot a Candidate Experience project. The situation is as follows:Problem: Despite the native integration between my Data Recruitment system SSFF  and Qualtrics appearing to work correctly in terms of adding contacts to the directory, I am unable to view candidate data. This includes crucial information such as names, email addresses, and other relevant details. The candidate viewing screen is blank.Question: Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any idea why this native integration is not allowing me to view candidate data? Comparison in Gauge widget

Hi,I’ve tried to add a “comparison” to the gauge widgets in CX Dashboards.I would like to show the last 3 rolling month satisfaction score and show comparison the previous 3 month roll satisfaction score. and for this to be keep updating each month.Am I right to say this is not possible?  I don’t think I can use benchmark as I believe it only works on a static value. And in my case this value will be changing each month.Any idea of how to show this comparison in a gauge widget in CX?Thanks!

Workflow for survey email invite based on a contact list in API

Hi, I’m new to the specific automation and I’m lost in how to get it right. My goal is to call an API of Qulatrics Files and put there a file every X hours.In the workflow I want it to check every X hours for a new file. Then transform the data (change the column header to the ones I need in Qualtrics). After that, create the distribution list and send the survey.  I’m not sure why I fail to get it right… I’d love for some guidance here please.I thought I will need something like this, but again - this is not working.Please if you can guide me through the steps it would be awsome.

How to make embedded YouTube video adjust to device screen size

Hello, everyone!I’m struggling to ensure that my videos display well for all participants regardless of the device they are using to complete the survey. I’m talking about smartphones, tablets, and laptops/desktops.I’ve embedded YouTube videos using the HTML code from YouTube.When the HTML code used a height of 315 and a width of 560, the videos were only partially displayed on my smartphone’s screen (Samsung A71).I found a suggestion here https://community.qualtrics.com/custom-code-12/resize-videos-to-fit-screen-24737 to change the width in the HTML code to “100%” and the height to “auto.”After that change, the videos started fitting on my Samsung phone screen, though the useful area of the video, the one with the picture showing information, became a bit smaller.At the same time, the computer version of the video became long and narrow, and the video itself occupies a very small part of the screen while about two-thirds of the area is black space:My question is: Is there any HTML cod

Question: Sending Reminders and Combining Repeated Measures Data in Qualtrics

Hey Qualtrics Wizards!I have two related questions about setting up a repeated-measures survey in Qualtrics: Reminders: Is it possible for Qualtrics to send automatic reminder emails to participants who forget to complete a session? If so, how can I configure this feature to ensure participants stay on track? Combining Data: For a repeated-measures study with multiple sessions, is there a way to combine all the participant responses into one excel spreadsheet rather than having separate datasets for each session? Is there a way to make embedded target creatives responsive?

Hi there! I wanted to know if there is a way to make embedded targets responsive. My survey itself is responsive, but now that I set a width and height in the embed creative, the whole thing is no longer responsive on mobile devices.Can I add bootstrap 3 classes in the CSS? Any suggestions?

Look and feel theme changes

Hello:)I have a single question about formatting the Look&Feel of the survey. Is there a way to change this (indicated by an arrow on the screenshot) blank margin between the header and the question? I’ve searched for some CSS added to the theme, but no attribute seems to work. I just want to make this margin smaller to not have that blank gap.

Do relative weights in StatsIQ match those in a driver widget in a CX Dashboard

If you do a regression in stats IQ and conduct a relative weights analysis, and then use the exact same data and IV/DV in a driver widget in a CX dashboard, would not the % on the Y axis for each driver be the same as in the regression output for relative weights?  In other words, if I have IVs A,B and C and use them to regress DV “D”, and they have these values:A = 50%B = 25%C = 25%Shouldn’t they have those same values for the Y axis in the driver widget?

Auto-Populate Field in Drill Down Group Using JavaScript

I need help automating responses within a drill-down question in Qualtrics. Specifically, I have three groups in the drill-down question:Group 1: Income in 2023 (answer options: income ranges). Group 2: Whether income has changed in 2024 compared to 2023 (answer options: Yes/No). Group 3: Income in 2024 (answer options: income ranges).I want to automatically populate Group 3 with the same value as Group 1 if the respondent selects "No" for Group 2. For example, in my picture, the field for 2024 will be automatically display Less than €12,189 if the answer to changes is no. This would save respondents from having to manually select the same value again in Group 3. I am completely new to JavaScript and would really appreciate your help!
