Hi community,I’m currently working with Qualtrics Dashboards and would like to customize the appearance of my widgets.Is there any way to change the font family of the text inside dashboard widgets (e.g. charts, labels, titles, etc.) to a custom font that upload to Library?Thanks in advance!

I have a survey that is translated into 36 languages, with EN-US being the base language. I have response clarity switched on for an open-text question. In the documentation, it does state that the languages available are limited and teh prompt shows in the base language of the survey. However, I have my base sent to English. When testing the German survey, the prompt appeared in English on one occasion and German on another. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Hello! Can someone guide me in how I upload custom font, specific by my organisation, in to the survey emails? 

I’m sure this is straightforward but it’s been a while since I used Qualtrics and I can’t quite nail this. I want to hide the next button on a page unless a multiple choice question is selected. It only has one choice and so in effect acts as a checkbox. I found the following code which shows the next button if ticked but cannot get it to hide it again if the question is unticked. Hi allI would like to know if it is possible to create a survey that will display a unique set of options based on the user. I have a different data set per user which Id like them to respond to. Is it possible that when they enter their own name at the start, that then references the data and provides their own corresponding options to then respond to?eg, John Smith has the names of 10 people in the data set that Id like him to provide reviews for. When he enters his name into the Survey, those 10 people will then auto-fill for him to review. Id like to build this for around 50 people who will each be required to review completely different lists of names.Any help appreciated!

And I was able to create individual links to the PDF using the link format mentioned in the above thread. However it requires login into Qualtrics when opening the link in a browser, so it might need an active session and cookies? I have tried using Requests package to post my credentials, but the response I got is still an HTML page instead of PDF. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!

Good morning,I’m trying to run four XM Discovery jobs to better understand how Qualtrics ingests Zendesk tickets and whether volume differs based on the following scenarios:Chat tickets ingested as conversations (closed tickets vs. any status) All tickets ingested as documents (closed tickets vs. any status)An initial job ran successfully and ingested tickets as expected.(conversations vs closed tickets)To test the scenarios above, I created four separate projects (one per scenario). While all jobs completed successfully, they did not return any results. It appears that Discovery may be treating Zendesk tickets as globally unique records (by Ticket ID) rather than on a per‑project basis. Also, I tried changing the Universal ID name in every Job/Project, but didn't work either.I’d appreciate any guidance on the best way to approach this analysis. Thank you in advance.Mauricio 

I have Pick Group and Rank question containing two groups. I have validation turned on with “each group contains min 1 max 1”. I want the group box to prevent adding any additional choices after 1. Currently, the group box allows more than one choice and validates when the user clicks next. I want the validation to occur when the user tries to add the second choice to the group. I want the attempted choice to bounce back to the list rather than allowing it to be added to the group box. Is this possible?  

Hi everyone, I am designing a survey where participants will be randomly assigned to three conditions: Healthy, neutral and unhealthy. Within each condition default grocery items will be pre-selected, but the participant will have free will to add, change, delete or swap items as much as they like.  I am seeking some javascript coding to add a feature that tells the participants how many items they currently have selected as they work their way through the grocery store categories. e.g if they start with 30 items in the cart as the default they will need to end with 30 items, not able to go over this limit.  However, i want the participants to know how many items they currently have selected as they select and unselect items.  Is this possible? can anyone help as i have no coding experience ? thank you so much in advance !

Hi everyone,I’m working with Qualtrics Site Intercept and running into a limitation with popup sizing that I haven’t been able to solve cleanly.The intercept loads a survey in an iframe with a fixed height. Since the survey has multiple pages with varying content (including display logic), this leads to either scrollbars or excess whitespace depending on the page.So far, I’ve tried a few approaches from the intercept side: Overriding CSS on the modal and iframe to allow auto height Forcing iframe height manually via JavaScript Triggering resize logic on intercept load Attempting to react to navigation events (e.g., Next button clicks) None of these worked reliably, mainly because the survey runs inside a cross-domain iframe, so I can’t access or measure the content height directly.Before I go down the route of implementing a postMessage solution between the survey and parent page, I wanted to check: Has anyone successfully implemented dynamic resizing for Site Intercept popups?

I created a category for N/A and na comments, but it also categorized comments that merely contain the keywords N/A or na. Do you know if there is any approach or trick to generate only N/A comments?Thank you for your help!

Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with the UI/UX of a Qualtrics embedded form. The alignment seems inconsistent - sometimes elements are left‑aligned, and other times extra whitespace appears. What’s the best approach to improve or control the design? Any tips or best practices would be appreciated!

I am in need of support to program a survey that uses the Chatgpt API within survey flow to generate and display images with specified parameters (eg, topic, source, tone). We need to generate these parameters at random and store them as variables/embedded data, then use those parameters to generate images in real time in the survey. This needs to be automated because we have many parameters and hence many possible images. Alternatively, we need to be able to pull images stored in a website as a function of the parameters we randomly draw from. (It seems text only would be much easier but we need images) We have not been able to find a feasible workflow for either option so would be grateful for any ideas on how to do it or support. Thank you,c

I have a survey that will go live on Monday with a reminder to be sent out on Thursday. The stakeholder would like a full raw data file of all responses emailed Monday-Friday daily of the week the survey launches. I do not want to manually export if there’s an easy way to automate this. 

Background:We heavily utilize the WDC 2.0 data connection in Tableau Desktop to pull in Qualtrics survey information. In October, Tableau released the 3.0 version of the WDC, which requires Qualtrics to build a .taco file to connect to it. The last WDC 2.0 compatible version was Tableau 2022.4.  We assumed we’d continue to use 2.0 until Qualtrics released a 3.0 version and told users not to upgrade their Tableau Desktop versions.Problem:In the past two weeks many users have reported their Qualtrics connectors have stopped working. The users haven’t upgraded their version of Tableau. Connections are just giving errors and no longer bringing in information.Is the Qualtrics connector breaking in Tableau Desktop for anyone else? How are you resolving it? From support:Tableau support states that it's the Qualtrics side that we need to talk to to get the 3.0 connector working - Qualtrics needs to build a .taco file connector. Good day, I would like to inquire whether it would be possible to implement a Repeated Display Prevention mechanism that will apply to ALL web intercept surveys. For example, if a website contains four surveys, each with a quarantine or display prevention period set to 90 days, once a customer answers or declines one survey, all surveys including the one answered or declined would no longer appear to that customer for the next 90 days.Even better If I could utilize a JavaScript variable from the website (e.g., User E-mail) as an Embedded Data to Qualtrics and use that to quarantine the customer for 90 days.
