We are changing some things on our CX survey, but our executive team is worried that it will affect our completion rate. Is there a way to put a measure of our completion rate into the dashboard so that we can monitor it closely?

Anyone know of a way to disable the 'Automatic Choices' from showing up by default when I create a question?

I have a few different custom end of survey messages that I'd like to be able to edit or at least remove, but I can't seem to find a place to do so. What ultimately happens is that I may create a message, test the survey, find that I want to tweak the language, but then realize that I can't edit the message. I ultimately have to then have various drafts listed under messages. Does anyone know how to remove or edit it?

I'd like to identify on the subject reports who wrote what so that each open ended text entry comment has a name next to it. How do I do this?

Each group has a manager assigned to them. Each manager needs to download all of their group's individual reports. What is the easiest way to set this up?

After digging around some more in the platform, I stumbled upon the gap analysis question type. Have you used it before? If so, what is your preference of using this vs. a grid with follow-up question using conditional logic? And how does the data compare on the back end?

When using the bookmark feature in Preview, if you place a bookmark a few questions into your survey and questions later on depend on answers from those questions, when you use the bookmark feature, will it carry those selections through? Or does it not record and you see all answer options? E.g. If gender is one of my first questions and I place a bookmark after gender, if I were to click my bookmark, but have a question later on that shows certain rows just to males, would I see just the male rows or all rows present in that question?

There aren't any filters on my widget or my page, but there is still a discrepancy between the response counts showing in my widget and in my Data & Analysis tab of my survey. Did I do something wrong?

When I run the Get Response Export file call and choose "Send and Download," I am able to create a .zip file, but when I try to unzip the file it archives the file instead of opening and unzipping it. How can I get the file to open?

When you have a question type that is not supported in scoring, is there a way that you can get around it by plugging answers from the non-supported question type into embedded data? I'm not seeing anything in the Scoring Options, but maybe someone knows something I don't.
