Hi folks, I want to extract the number highlighted in yellow from below url as an embedded data in data and analysis section of Qualtrics for a website/app insights project. I have pasted the below code in the intercept under “add Javascript” option. However, still the code for some reason does not seem to work. HiI have an intercept that creates a contact in the directory, however it has some information that would be needed to be updated at every interaction. For example one of the information that are created with the user is the service they used, this may change over time, however with this connection the contact is just created using the java and it does not update the contact after this first interaction. Is there a way to maybe add a java script in the survey to capture the new user information, or is there a way to update this information using the java that already exist to create the contact?Or is there any way to update this information?  

How can I show a responsive dialog with site-intercept based on time spent on one page instead of site. Time spent and Time focused provided in the intercept logic is for the site. But I'd like to trigger the intercept if the user has spent certain amount of time on the page.

Hello,Currently we are deploying 5 templated embedded feedback intercepts across our website, and would like to explore switching them to custom ones because the templated version doesn’t support having a different wording for the verbatim question depending on the yes/no question answer.Does anyone know if there could be a significant impact on the page and widget loading times between using the two elements?We’d like to make sure using the custom version doesn’t degrade our users’ experience when visiting the website.Thank you,Daniel

Has anyone deployed a web intercept on Salesforce to get feedback from salesforce users on their experience using salesforce? like sales team etc.?My team was able to add the survey to the site and am getting anonymous results back but am unable to get the user information sent back which will come through embedded data. Has anyone successfully done this?

Is it possible to schedule an intercept to activate at a given time? I need to activate an intercept on January 1st, but would like to schedule it ahead of time if at all possible.

Good morning,from some verifications I have done, it turns out that software such as Ad Blocker can prevent the viewing of a pop-up survey within the site. Are there any workarounds to resolve this issue by any chance?Best,CM

We have CS and Qualtrics integration, but what interest me more is sending surveys via web intercept based on web user behavior on the live session.Came to know about this functionality and curious to know if anyone has deployed it.

I am try to integrate Microsfts Azure Translator as a WebService into my survey to translate survey responses in real-time. Unfortunately, the request composition in Azure requires a JSON list, which is not possible inside the webservice of Qualtrics as it does not allow for free text. Is there a way around it? I got it working as a normal Web Service Task inside Qualtrics.

Does anyone have custom CSS to reduce the size of the feedback tab? I receive a lot of feedback from respondents saying the feedback tab covers the information people are trying to access. Id like to reduce the size of the tab to mitigate this from happening.  

Hello,I have survey that intercept that is set to launch on exit intent. So the survey will launch when ever a users mouse leaves the webpage. The intercept is launching fine. However,  I am trying to set the incept so that the survey does not launch on the final submission confirmation page of an online application. I have tried several options which are listed below but none seem to be effective as the survey still launches on the final page when the logic is set and published. Current URL “Does Not Contain”current URL “is not” Page Referrer “does not contain”Page Referrer is not” 

Hi Everyone, HNY!I have a site intercept running with these display options.My assumption was that the intercept would only display for 25% of site traffic every 3 months, but I received the following feedback.‘Please stop asking me, i filled it in now 17 times, and ignored it 47 times’What am I missing? Could this user possibly have cookie settings that are by-passing my display options? Maybe I need to add some intercept logic, but I am not sure what to add?Thanks :) 

I’m trying to set userID to understand which user took the survey. I tried  providing extRefId in: Qualtrics.shared.initializeProject(brandId: String, projectId: String, extRefId: String)  But I was still not able to find suplied extRefId anywhere on the platform. Is this a bug?

 Hi, We created a creative of pop-over with the NPS question inside as a design, because when they pick a score I want the survey itself to open in a new tab. So for each score we gave a link of the survey and the answer is filled in the relevant survey that is open in the new tab.  HOWEVER, how do I make all the embedded data that is created by the intercept to also move to the survey? I only need the Customer ID to go there, as the rest will be checked against a list in the directory.  I’m struggling to find a solution.This is how it would look like basically

Is it possible to activate intercepts at the start of a new week (like every Monday)? I have weekly quotas for my survey, which deactivates the intercept once the weekly quota has been met. My problem is with activating the intercept once the quota refreshes every week, currently I have to manually go in and activate the intercept I have.Thank you for your help. :-)

Hi EveryoneDoes anyone have any tips on how to reduce impressions on your account quota?I thought I had cracked it by applying weekend only display logic to an intercept, but I have since learnt that even this counts towards your quota as the logic had to run.Ideally I want to activate my intercepts at the weekend only automatically, and I believe the only was to do this is to have it on 24/7 with weekend logic, but every non-weekend day will eat into my quota.Thanks :)

Hi,I have made an intercept with a "feedback button" creative type.I have maintained the translations for the feedback button text.In my intercept rules, I have a part that checks "if current url contains nl_BE" and in the embedded data of the intercept I have Q_Language = static value NL.This setup works correctly for the survey itself: when I am on a page with nl_BE in the url, and I open the feedback button, the survey is in Dutch (NL).However,The text of the button itself remains in English!My browser language is English, and if I change my browser language, the button text does change languages as well.But the whole purpose of my setup with url contains nl_BE and the Q_Language ED is to improve the language selection, as the browser language isn't the correct one to use (you can't put an English button text on a Dutch site...)So, am I doing something wrong, or is this a shortcoming of the Qualtrics platform that the button text doesn't take the set language of the ED into account?

Hi,I have an intercept that I am wanting to trigger on exit intent, however not after the customer has successfully submitted a website form. The challenge is that the URL does not change after the form is submitted.I have tried to limit the pop-up from triggering to only when certain text is visible on page, however this doesn't seem to be working correctly.The Javascript expression I was entering in the targeting criteria is belowdocument.body.textContent.includes("First name")With the criteria of the above expression equal to True.Can anyone point out where I might be going wrong?
