I have a dashboard showing survey responses from multiple brands my organization manages. It’s easy to report on NPS per brand in various ways (break out a bar chart by brand, filter different widgets to have one widget per brand, etc.). But is there a way to report on an overall NPS that is an average of the brand-level NPS values? Because each brand will have different quantities of responses, this value would not be the same as the simple whole-dataset NPS value.I made some attempts using custom metrics but didn’t get anywhere. Any recommendations?

Hello everybody! Has anyone else run into an issue where they try to start a conversation with Berry, the Qualtrics AI Assistant, and receive the error message "Error starting chat"?Berry has been my go-to resource since we launched our new survey program, but I've been experiencing this issue for the past few weeks.If anyone has encountered this before and knows how to fix it, you'll be my hero!I've also been working with Qualtrics Support, but so far we've had limited success resolving it.

I have a survey delivered through a Website/App Insights web intercept (pop-up/Creative), and I've enabled the Back Button under Survey Options → Responses. The button does not render at all on the live pop-up — not greyed out or disabled, it simply isn't present in the DOM/UI. Even the preview in Qualtrics does not show it.

If you are able. would you please take a few minutes to complete a brief survey for a class research project. I would greatly appreciate it.https://csudh.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8CdOY9Lxzgh1mcu

Hi All,I keep trying to use html code below to add a definition as a popup when hovering over a word in my questions, but I can’t seem to get it to work. Does anyone know why? I have done this in the past, am not having luck currently. Thanks,<span title="Hover text">Question Text?</span>

We currently have a team where we have a vacant position (let’s call it Vacant Superintendent). Typically the org hierarchy would have 3 Superintendents reporting to the Manager, while the position is vacant we’re running our annual Culture/Engagement Survey so all the people who would typically report through to Vacant Superintendent are reporting directly to the Manager. As these teams are too small, they won’t meet our anonymity threshold to view their results when dashboards become available. Is there a way to create a “Vacant Superintendent” role in this structure, so the Manager can view the results of our survey for this team? If so, how?

Hi  We have a data project where records are created and an  new record trigger workflow to generate links for the data. We had a data issue in the earlier load so we have deleted the impacts records in the data project and xm directoty and then reimported fresh. However this time this new record trigger based workflow didnt invoke. Anyone can suggest how can we reprocess the records to generate the links again.

Hi there,I am essentially dealing with the same issue/question as this topic except that my form is open and has been live and collecting responses for months. It’s “fine” in that if I download responses as a spreadsheet, I can see the date the form was submitted, but if I go to export them as a PDF (which I would like to do for my records) then the piped text (see below) displays the present date (i.e., the date on which I download the PDFs).Is there a way I can get “RecordedDate” into my piped text there?

I have a question where I combined an icon and a text but the text by default is bottom-aligned vertically. How do I make it middle aligned?

Hi all, We are building a dashboard based on one of our employee lifecycle surveys and would like to display the participation rate. I've added the Participation Summary widget to the dashboard; however, it appears to be calculating the participation rate as the number of responses received during the selected period divided by the total number of participants across all time, rather than the number of participants invited during the selected period. See the examples below: Filtered:Not filtered (all time): Is it possible to configure the widget to show the number of responses received divided by the number of participants invited within the selected period? Thanks in advance,Lachlan

Hi there, can someone help me with setting up an NPS Email invite template? It doesn’t render correctly when on a smaller screen or mobile device (you have to scroll to the right to read the invitation). The logo and buttoncolour is client specific so I have space savers in the code for these. Here is the HTML code I have:<!DOCTYPE html><html><head>    <style>        @media screen and (max-width:600px) {            .block {                display: block !important;                width: 100% !important;            }            .inline-block {                display: inline-block !important;            }            .templateContainer {                max-width: 600px !important;                width: 100% !important;            }        }    </style></head><body><table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" height="100%" id="bodyTable" style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%; -ms-text-size-adjust: 100%; mso-table-lspace: 0pt;

Hello - I want to set up a question in which I give people an imaginary budget (let’s say £100 for simplicity). I want to have a variety of options at different price points and respondents can’t be allowed to spend over the £100 budget but they can spend less than their budget. Ideally, I’d like for respondents to be able to select the same option multiple times, however if that’s too complicated we can keep it so that each option can only be selected once. So for example: Option A = £50Option B = £25Option C= £10 I buy 2x A = fineI buy 1x B, 1x C = fineI don’t buy anything = fine (although unlikely)I buy 10x C = fineI buy 2x A, 1x B = overspent, shouldn’t pass Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone, I am trying to create something like this on my dashboard using a slider question. Ideally, I would like to plot each individual response, which would then allow me to calculate and display the average.I have tried using the Scatterplot widget, but I can only get it to display the total of all responses rather than the individual responses.As always, thanks for your help!

I am trying to use a multiple choice question for scheduling interviews. After reading every post I could find about scheduling and/or disappearing options, I have been fiddling with the quota settings to no avail. I can’t find the “option display logic,” only the question display logic. Obviously I still need the question to display even after someone selects a time slot, i just need that one option not to display. Someone help a struggling grad student out! TIA!

I have added delegates in my EE project and I want to assign them parent level, how can we do this with delegates?

Hello! We are the Alcohol Research Lab, a psychology lab at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. We wanted to post on here because we recently encountered an issue with qualtric’s new interface for personal link generation.In the past, we have been able to set our expiration dates for our surveys to conclude on a specific day, usually more than one year from the day that the links were generated. This is used for our longitudinal follow-up surveys, which allow participants exactly one year to fill out their surveys before the time lapses.After the update to the user interface, we no longer have the option to set our survey links to expire on a specific date and time, and can only set the expiration date to be as long as the survey is active (which wouldn't be conducive to our study) or for a specific number of days after we generate the link. This number of days allowed is capped at 366 days after the link is generated.Would we be able to get permission to set survey link expir

We’re reviewing our 2026 engagement survey results and saw an approximately six-point year-over-year decline. Our CEO and leadership team are committed to responding thoughtfully, and we’re looking for examples or guidance from organizations that have experienced a similar decline and successfully improved their engagement scores within the following year.Do you have any Qualtrics customer examples, case studies or best practices you could share? We’d be especially interested in understanding:What actions had the greatest impact on improving engagement? What did leadership do differently following the decline? How did they maintain momentum and measure progress throughout the year? Looking back, what did they wish they had done sooner or differently? Are there examples of organizations that saw a meaningful year-over-year turnaround, and what contributed to that improvement?We’re are interested in simply benchmarking ourselves against a high-performing organization and interested in un
