Hi  I am generating a hierarchy buy i am getting. a huge amount of unknown managers, any idea of why this may be happening and how to fix it. Thank you!

Our company tries to use Qualtrics' certified questions and answers as they are.I found an interesting phenomenon.Unlike other questions,Ex25 certified question - engagementthe answer in the middle(3/5) of the question that compares expectations and experiences is not ‘neither agree nor disagres, but ‘meeting/met expectations’.EX 25 certified question - ex gap Candidate Experience certified question - gapEmployees are not very different from the answers to other questions, but in the case of candidates, those who answered positively to other questions answered in the middle position, that is, they met expectations in the question comparing expectations and experience. If you look at it literally, I think the answer of meeting expectations has a positive meaning, so it would be more appropriate to be positioned at a positive 4-point level(4/5) rather than in the middle(3/5).What do you think?

Hi! I need to filter by sentiment and topic using text IQ is there any way of doing this? This customer has around 20 text IQ questions so placing a sentiment filter for each one of them my be troublesome and would look very good, does anyone has any tips in how can this be done in a more user friendly way. 😊

Will the participation summary & response rates widgets work properly for a survey using an anonymous link and an authenticator to connect the responses to all the participant metadata?

Hi,  i am creating a user type that can do almost all but not able to download responses from the surveys. I deactivate the option of download responses in the permissions but when i try to do the test they still can export the responses, do you know how can i fix this? *note: they should be able to create surveys and be the survey owners so i can not just take off the permissions from the survey. We are working on EX projects.  

Hi I i am working on a EX engagement survey and i need a widget that show the number of responses that improve compare to the last survey and those that did worse. so for example if i have 26 KPI, and we improve in 3 KPIs and 4 KPS decrease to show this two numbers. the 3 and the 4. Ignore those other KPIs that did not get any variation regarding the historical data. Any idea of how can i make this work?

I'm a new user on the Engagement Platform. Now, I am working on the participant invite and inserting the survey link from the function "Insert Piped Text" and selecting "Project Link.". When I sent a test email to the user, they clicked the link that found the page asking for their user and password.How should I fix it? Thank you for the answer.Sunothai

Hi There - Does anyone use Qualtrics for Workforce Continuity or Disaster Recovery Plans in the event that a natural disaster / civil unrest occurs for employees of your organization? We are looking to build something out for our organization but we were wondering if there is a template that anyone can share and also share best practices for using Qualtrics (Workflow notifications, reminders, pulse options, etc) to run a successful program.    

Is there a support article or basecamp course that explains how to show historical survey results in a dashboard based on a manager’s current hierarchy instead of the hierarchy in place at the time the prior surveys were distributed?    

why wouldn’t a survey be emailed once in the project?

Hi I am distributing an EX survey using a two ways approach, so i will be sending emails to those contacts who have it and i am also sending an anonymous link for those who don't to authenticate using the uniqueID, however i would like to know if using this distribution i can still use the response rate widget and how would it work. And if it doesn't work for my type of distribution what other alternatives di i have? Thanks!

Hi XM Community, Maybe some of you know - is there a way in EX to do Org Unit mapping and leave some units not mapped Currently in order to show comparison based on org unit mapping, all units must be mapped.We are looking currently for a solution where we coulda. map only certain units and not all – that is, for those unmapped to show blank in the comparison (currently if you leave at least one unmapped unit no comparison is shown)b. map top to top only (e.g., comparing a local survey with a historical global survey) without mapping every unit down. Thanks!

Hello XM Community Do you know if there is any possibility to report on participants in the EX lifecycle survey project?We need to report on users who have not (yet) filled out a lifecycle survey but there seems to be no option to export this automatically on a frequent basis and show in a Qualtrics dashboard or elsewhere outside the system. The lifecycles we run are global and we are not collaborating them with local teams due to sensitivity of participant metadata.We are struggling to find an automated option (besides doing this manually) that would allow us to get participant names and their project status with permissions limiting the users to see only their own location / realm based on participant metadata. Many thanks.

Hi XM Community, Would you happen to know if there is any way where we could collaborate on org unit mapping (e.g., similarly to how we have the org unit validation) between current and historical survey project?Today, only survey owners and collaborators of the survey project can do org unit mapping. We are trying to find the most effective way to allow for our People Partners to have access only to Org Unit mapping option where they could see the org hierarchy and map parts of the organization they are responsible for. Many thanks!

Hello, we are able to give our Executive team access to survey dashboards through an email link. Is there any way that we can set it up so they can log into Qualtrics and see all their dashboards, without having to find the old emails to get the links?Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide, Krista

Hi!, I would like to add participants to my engagement survey, but I need to filter them by their date of hire, an example would be "older than 6 months". It's possible?

I see that there is a new word cloud widget. Wondering what others think of it. We much prefer the display of the previous widget.Also, in our list there is a widget for "legacy" word cloud, but it is the same as the new word cloud.I think this would apply to EX and CX

During survey administration, we have a live participation dashboard to track progress. Throughout administration, we typically have a couple of meta data changes, or may add or remove participants (although we try to keep this to a minimum). Whenever a change is made, I always click "update all responses with current meta data" and "update invited counts," however, the participation summary widget always seems to be off in terms of the overall invited count denominator. Not normally by much, but by 2-10 employees. Is there something I'm overlooking/not doing?

Hi Team,We have a set of 12 questions which are being ranked by the life cycle participants. In the dashboard settings, each question can be pulled as a single field and cannot group them under main question. So, I have requirements which I want to achieve but could not.I want this question to show as a filter on the dashboards. But I cannot bring that as a multi select field as there is no grouping on the settings. How to achieve this?I want to show a chart with the Top 1 to 3 reasons. How to achieve this and which chart to be used?Any solutions appreciated.Thank you.

I have 2 surveys mapped under one dashboard, the historical survey and the current survey. I have mapped both hierarchies but when I try to use both hierarchies in my hierarchy filter I am able to see only the hierarchy of the current survey. Am I missing something? The purpose of having both hierarchies under the hierarchy filter is to use them to to filter and display previous survey data and current survey data. Thanks,
