Dashboard access

hi, I have created org hierarchies and provided access to managers to their respective teams. I have some people (e.g., our CHRO, people analytics team) who would need to see data outside of their hierarchy - basically all of the company's employees responses. Can someone please help me understand how I can do that? Thank you.

Qualtrics survey distribution via slack

Hi, I want to send Qualtrics Engagement Survey via slack to all employees in my company. I am using the anonymous link so I can send the survey as external link.Currently, the only option I see is sending the survey to a channel with all employees in it and the Qualtrics bot appears in the channel. However, I want the invite to appear in the apps section (specifically in Qualtrics apps) on each individual's slack. Can someone please guide me on how I can distribute? Thank you.

Incorrect messege to survey participants a "Your Survey had either ended or expired "

Hi All,We are in the phase of implementing Qualtrics engagement surveys for one of our customers and we have already built a survey which has been distributed to 30 participants in the customer team, however there were some users who got an incorrect message as "Your either have completed the survey or your session has expired". Please note these users have never taken the survey earlier, this is the first time they got an invitation mail and they tried clicking on the survey link.Kindly advise if you have also faced similar issues when you distributed surveys to your participants and what could be the possible reasons and solutions for these kind of issues?Regards,Manjista

Counter for answers

Hello everyone,I've recently had the need to set a counter in a Ad Hoc Employee Research Survey to count how many times the same answer was selected. The survey has questions that can be answered yes, N/A or no and I have the necessity to count how many times yes is selected. I've tried using embedded data and branch if in the survey flow: setting the counter "total of yes" and then adding a branch for every question in wich if yes was selected the counter went up.I was wondering if there were a simplier way to accomplish this.Thank you in advance 😊

Roles Setup in Employee Engagement Survey when using Org Hierarchy

Hi Team,We launched engagement survey and created Manager and Org Hierarchy. Org Hierarchy contains two levels, Business Unit and Division.We are trying to grant dashboard access to the HR team. Our requirement is to grant access to Survey Metadata like Country, Geo Zone and Org Hierarchy Metadata like Business Unit.Am facing below issues:Not able to restrict data under Roles for Manager Hierarchy as it is not shown under Restrict Data.Not able to restrict data using Survey Metadata. Only Org Hierarchy Metadata is shown.Please review my requirement and let me know how to achieve this.Appreciate any response on this.Thank you.

Creating a summary dashboard drawing charts from different survey projects

Hi I'm trying to create a summary project with a dashboard which draws charts (simple, question list, text IQ bubble chart) from other survey projects. The idea being that when we update the individual projects the summary page updates automatically. I'm having trouble getting the different charts to display. I've added in the various data sources but the only charts that seem to be working at the moment are the simple charts. Anyone else had any success with this for other chart types?

Key Drivers - Scatterplot widget - correlation between “Outcome Metric” vs “potential Driver

Dear expert,This is my first post :).I am really struggling to understand the Key Drivers - Scatterplot widget ( standard widget of Employee engagement dashboard). I've 4 questions in “Outcome Metric” and 64 questions in “Potential Driver”. I would like to understand based on what logic a potential driver question is placed in one of the 4 "importance" quadrants. After reading the help I got "It is calculated by taking the absolute value of Pearson’s r, such that: Importance = | r |"- but this is going above my head.Thanks in advance for your help.RegardsBiplab Das

Viewing Comments with Restrictions In Place (XM)

Hi. New to Qualtrics. Thanks for any input. I have an engagement survey with roles set up and I have restrictions so that dashboard viewers only see the results for people below them in the hierarchy (their employees). If I "click on" view comments (set it to yes), will the restriction apply to the comments as well? Will they only see their employees' comments? Or, will they see all comments? Thanks!

'Impact on Engagement'

We launched the Employee Engagement Survey. When we export the results, a field titled 'Impact on Engagement' displays with a percentage. These results vary by question across leaders. How is this field ultimately calculated? We are trying to figure out how to intepret this information's relevancy. This information also shows on a graph format that plots each question by overall score and overall impact.

Hello, can someone share or point me to detailed category (dimension) calculations? I was searching here and on support pages, but I could not find details on that. I am looking for exact steps and type of rounding (if any) used when dashboard category (dimension) is calculated, so I can compare it to our methodology. Thank you.

Once I pay for a certification exam, how long do I have to take it?

I would like to purchase the CoreXM Expert + Qualtrics Platform Essentials Certification before the end of this year (for budget reasons), but I am not ready to take the exams yet. Can I purchase it and then take the exams once I am ready? Or do they have to be taken shortly after I purchase them? How long do I have between purchasing the exams and having to take them? Any help would be appreciated.

Request Urgent Help - Need Details of Qualtrics Related Licence Information for a Customer Account

Hi Experts,The license agreement for this customer says the below, your response to these queries would be a great help.   Qualtrics Employee Engagement & (2) Qualtrics Emp Egmt add-on for Engagement Pulse- What does this mean? Also does this ensure that they get the pre-built engagement survey template with standard questions, employee hierarchy, dashboards and action planning? “SAP Qualtrics Employee Engagement includes one survey per contract year”.  Does this mean as it sounds – that we can only run one annual survey??, what difference will the pulse add on bring to this? For how many employees the qualtrics license is bought? 9,000 initially rising to 15,00 from March 2022. Do they need an additional license for SAP SuccessFactors and Qualtrics Employee Directory Automation via SFTP or the above licence should be fine?Do they get access to Quick Polling templates and also run polling kind of surveys with the above license or they need to purchase separate licencesFinally they have

hi, i have a project in a global company that wants to use EE by the local HRBP's but w/o them seeing the employees of each other, meaning only the central HR will have access to the full directory and locals will see only their own employees.Is this possible?

Moving EX to another account

Hi all,We have moved EX projects to another account, and all dashboards have disappeared from the Dashboard Tab. When colllaborated with the original owner account, the dashboards are visible.How do we move the dashboards to the new account as well?

Manager ID locked for editing

I have 2 employees who are assigned to the wrong manager ID (everything else is fine) and I want to change them manually however the field is greyed out and I cant change. Any ideas? I don't want to upload a new file.

EX Dashboard - Focus Area Widget

Current Problem: Not as much a problem, but an idea. When you have the focus area widget, you can only see top 1,2, 3 or ALL results for a single org hierarchy. Current Solution (if applicable): Check the org hierarchy multiple times for each leader layer within a unit to see their top 1,2,3, opportunities or strengths. I have done this manually and also created a table external to Qualtrics in a google doc or slide.Possible Solution:  Is there a way within the focus area widget settings pane to add a function that could generate a table (similar to a heat map) but with the top 3 opportunities as rows, with column headers based on the org hierarchy unit level selected. that way it makes for easy comparison of and entire team in one view. If possible to also add the response sample count and the strength indicator to the table.Purpose / Use Case: org hierarchy unit level comparison capability of the focus area widget, seamless integration in Qualtrics, reduce external doc generation, UI

EX participant dashboard page permissions

Current Problem: When you prepare a dashboard for release and leverage roles (within participants) you have options to restrict page permissions. Currently the problem is UI functionality that is laborious to have to select each page and again across your potential numerous roles, one by one.Current Solution (if applicable): I have to select each page 'access' one by one multiple time which is laborious and error prone to miss one as sometimes the selection does not checkPossible Solution:  Reverse the default at this stage so that ALL PAGES are turned on, and you de-select pages that you do not. Intuitively you are more likely to have more pages to turn ON than you are to turn OFF.Purpose / Use Case: EX user experience, UI improvements, efficiency, accuracy, consistency

Are there any settings that can authorize a non-brand-admin role to use Spotlight Insights?

I know what this web page says "Qtip: To use insights, you must be a Brand Administrator." [Spotlight Insights (EX) (qualtrics.com)].But, we need to give that access to functional roles in our organization, without giving full control (brand admin).Any ideas?
