Display survey popup when user navigating away from a particular page.

Hi All,Ideally we would like to display survey pop up when user navigating away anywhere from a particular page.For example- we have a confirmation page and it has left side navigation buttons, top right corner drop down plus links within page itself. We want to display pop up in confirmation page when user clicking either of those area.We also want to display popup on exit from the confirmation page. Thanks and really appreciate your help on this.

Salesforce Workflow is triggering but Qualtrics Email is NOT going out - how to troubleshoot?

I have a Salesforce workflow set up (on Contact) to trigger an outbound message to a Qualtrics Survey. The workflow is triggering (validated through debug), and the survey link in the outbound message is correct (verified). But after the workflow triggers, nothing happens (survey does not go out, I don't get the Qualtrics debug email). Any ideas on what I should troubleshoot? I have already verified sandbox deliverability (set to all email). The Contact record has a valid email. Email is not in span folder. Qualtrics has no indications that it even got the message.

Matrix question text box, move to right of scalert section or bottom (on phone screen)

Hi All,I would like to move the text box as show in the picture below to the right of the CSAT radio buttons. I've had a play with CSS and HTML elements and think it's something to do with margin and float styles but it's not like in word when you move objects it repositions the other elements. So please could someone advise how to do this. For mobile phone screens I also need to move it but in that case I want to position it below.Hope someone can advise.Thanks

Is it possible to integrate giving a Google review in Qualtrics survey?

We want to send out a survey asking for the satisfaction with our travel agencies. A legacy provider has the ability to integrate giving a google review in a survey. Does anybody know if that is also possible in Qualtrics? Thanks!

Salesforce integration without mapping responses

Hi community!Is it possible to have the Salesforce/ Qualtrics integration without responses mapping to Salesforce? We use Qualtrics specifically for the anonymity of the survey answers but we are looking into integrating it with Salesforce so we can track who has filled out the survey automatically rather than us manually ‘tagging’ people which is what we do now. All we would want to see is if someone has completed a survey rather than what the answers were that they gave. Would appreciate any advice on this!Many thanks,Will

Get output of one Salesforce Workflow Task and use in a subsequent one?

We've got a requirement to create up to two different Salesforce records when a survey response is received. First one triggers always, and second one is conditional (based on the survey responses received).On Salesforce, we want the second one to link to the first. So ideally, I'm looking for a way to get the objectId from the first workflow task, and use it as a reference in the second. If I try to do like the piped text reference code (e.g. ~{ch://OCAC_xxxxxxxxxx/objectId} ) as a specified value in the field mapping on the second SF task, it won't let me save, because it's not in the correct format.Any clues on how I can make this happen? Can I set an embedded data item perhaps during the workflow after the first task? - couldn't see anywhere how to make that happen.

Setup Workflow with WebService task that send entire survey response.

I've created an API that will write to an SQS queue. I need to setup a workflow that will send survey responses over that API and I'm struggling with how to do that. My assumption is I can create a workflow and use the WebService task to do this, but I'm not sure how to. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Decrypt embedded data from website feedback

Hi community,I want to bring the name, last name, email and id of the people that answer a survey in a website intercept. This data can come as embedded data, but this data comes encrypted for security reasons. Is it possible that Qualtrics decrypts this data in the survey flow?Qualtrics support tells me that with the SSO Token Authenticator I can decrypt this data, but I'm not sure how it works, because the clients don't enter surveys by SSO.

Complete JSON web service result set available during runtime?

Hi community,use case: request 1-x product IDs from an external web service (JSON response, every product ID is comma separated) and list them in a select element on a survey as choices. All this should be done - of cause - during runtime of the survey, so the web service must be triggered in the survey flow, a workflow seems not be possible since it can only start after a submission at defined times. Currently I'm just able to fetch the result set one by one:And add it one by one to embedded data variables:The JSON looks like this: By saying this you can see that this is really limited in terms to a fixed number of elements. So, if a new product will be part of the result set, I must add it to the embedded data by hand. So, the question is: do you see a possibility to add the whole result set (most likely as JSON text) to an embedded data variable in order to trace through it by the help of Javascript later?

How to modify correctly the redirect links of the polling firm?

Hi there, I am a Ph. D. student and this is my first time with Qualtrics. I would like some help for a technical problem. I'm working with a polling firm. How can I use embedded data from Salesforce Workflow rule?

I have set up a Salesforce workflow rule and successfully used it to send an email (XM Directory/Distribute Survey) but I have not been able to save and use embedded data in my survey as outlined here;Triggering & Emailing Surveys in Salesforce or Updating Contacts in QualtricsI have copied the field names exactly from the "Included fields from Salesforce" list and moved Set Embedded Data to be the first element in my survey flow but it is not working.Can anyone offer any guidance?

Survey Mapping - How to distinguish the Salesforce Environment (PROD, sandboxes)

I have a survey with two response workflowsOne response workflow connects to my PROD salesforce environment and the other to our UAT sandbox.If a survey is triggered from one environment the two response workflows are activated which always results in one of the response workflows having a fail.Qualtrics support suggested to have a condition build in to check the environment. But they could not tell me how to do that. How do I pass an "environment variable" to Qualtrics (I would like very much want to avoid to have a formula field on my CASE or CONTACT object)Any one has some experience or suggestions to share. Salesforce Attachement URL with a href?

Hi there,I am working on a solution where customer gets their single response of a survey as a link to there Salesforce (SFSC) "Case" object, field "Attachment_URL__c", using ${srr://SingleResponseReportLink?ttl=0}. So I'm wondering if we can beautify the appearence of the fully qualified displayed link on SFSC side using the Qualtrics connector?Did anyone has faced such a demand and found a solution? Something like: Survey response which doesn't work for me. But something similiar. I am open minded for ideas.Thanks community!

Salesforce Response mapping - Conditional Updates. Do I need to use multiple workflows

Can anyone advise if I can set up multiple conditions in a single workflow that would fire consecutively to update salesforce even if the previous condition was not met or does the workflow end if the first or any subsequent condition is not met? If separate workflows are the way then how can I ensure they execute in a specific order? eg I need to check all of the conditions and for each perform the salesforce updates if the conditions are met. Actions: Salesforce Response Mapping: Getting string '[object Object]' in qualtrics debug email

E-Mail rating via Qualtrics?

Dear Qualtrics Community,I want to have several thousand emails rated on a few repeating questions. The idea is, that raters see the email on the top of a page and then answer the same survey over and over again for each email.Do you have any idea whether and how one could implement this in Qualtrics? I checked the import from word/txt, but the problem is that one cannot make questions mandatory. We have a requirement to send surveys from salesforce as per contacts preferred language(this is a custom field with language codes).Translated survey in Qualtrics in different languages and also created email template and translated to different languages. Failed transmission to Salesforce using multiple languages

Hi all,I have an issue with a data field being transmitted to Salesforce. This field is a text field I have created in the survey end (hidden) to summarize the most relevant answer. Salesforce Timed Workflow triggers not triggering in Qualtrics

I've tested timed workflows in the UAT environment and had them triggering in Qualtrics no problem. However, once we moved to Prod, none of our timed workflows will communicate with Qualtrics. However, if I manually trigger the conditions in Salesforce live, the survey will trigger from Qualtrics. Logs are up and running, set up in the debug log environment on the workflow user creator and on the automated process.. I've been working with Qualtrics support for the past few weeks trying to resolve this to no avail... The rule is set up so that the Opportunity stage is demo, while the timed workflow is set to send the outbound messages to Qualtrics 6 hours after the demo is requested. **I also have a second, separate workflow rule in Salesforce that runs at the same time (6 hours after demo) to flage/update a field with the time the record was/should have been sent. We only have a few items in queue at a time every hour (possibly 4 an hour), but I started considering this might be part

Integration of external page

I've integrated an external page that send messages back to Qualtrics where it is saved in embedded data. There seams to be several problems with the way that Qualtrics manage external pages in iframes. First, when the user press Next in Qualtrics is the external page in the iframe reoaded and therefore are init messages sent from the external page back to Qualtrics with the result of destroying the collected data. Saving Json from Webservice Element in Survey Flow

Is there a way to save the json return payload of the webservice element in Survey flow as embedded data? I'm getting a multiple rows from the webservice that I'm calling and I want to parse them dynamically in Javascript instead of saving them as individual embedded data like row.0, row.1, row.2, and so on. I tried saving the parent object "row" but I'm not getting any value. Note: the webservice call needs to be done in Survey flow and not is JS.Any help is greatly appreciated.

How do you use math functions within Workflows?

I have a site intercept survey that generates a daily summary (posted as a MS Teams message) of feedback received on the site during the previous day.Using the "Calculate Metrics" task within Workflows, I can easily generate the "total number of responses" and "total number of positive responses." However, when I try to calculate a "positive percentage" I get stuck. Is it possible to use math functions and format the output as a percentage somewhere in the Workflow so that I can display it in the Teams message?

Save Raw Data in Web Service Element in Survey Flow

I need to call a webservice in Survey flow. That webservice is returning just a count/number with no field specify in the return payload. Because there's no field in the payload, I cannot save the returned data as embedded data. However, when I view the raw data. the count/number is there. Is there a way to save the raw data as embedded data?
