Hey colleagues and Qualtrics experts! Hope all of you are good!We have created several dashboards to be shared with users. In one of these dashboards some 'tabs' have been created but not all of them should be shared with all users.For that reason, we have created different 'User roles' to select which tabs of each dashboard can be shared with these 'roles'. We use the 'Restrict page permissions' option for that where it is possible to select which tabs can be shown or not: The issue we have is that this option is working properly for all dashbaords except for one of them where the different tabs do not appear:As you can see for this 'jNPS | Dashboard' the different tabs do not appear to be selected as for the rest of the dashboards. That's the only case when it is happening althought we have 5 dashbaords in total. Do you know what could be the reason behind that? Thanks!

Hi community,My survey consists of one multiple choice question. Each choice represent one quota, and the choice would disappear if someone else has already selected that choice, so in the end it might be no choice left if all the choices are selected.Now I am trying to let the “next page” button be disabled if none of the options could be selected. How can I do with that?  Thanks! :) Here attached an image for your reference. It is clear that no choices can be selected now, but respondent is still able to select next page and finish the survey. 

Hello Support,My project is creating two different training forms, a survey and a questionnaire for three different groups. First, participants will assign to three different groups randomly. Second, the first two groups will work with two different training forms and the last groups without training form. Last, after the training completed three groups will complete the assessment survey and the same questionnaire, My question is if participants can complete all tasks mentioned above  in Qualtrics including assigning participants to three groups randomly, creating the training forms to train the participants then taking the survey or the participants can take the survey and questionnaire only in Qualtrics. When emails bounce (and they show as bounced on the reports), does Qualtrics suppress them so no other emails are sent to such bounced emails? In other words, is Qualtrics preventing to send multiple emails to already bounced emails?Asking because of the new Gmail and Yahoo updates on bounce emails in place since Feb 1st. Thank you

Dear all,My qualtric study has to parts (screening and main). I am using qualtrics and prolific.Im first study, I am asking participants to answer some questions based on which I will screen them. I want to redirect screened-in participants to another qualtrics study.I have two questions:1- Can I screen-in and screen-out participants based on what answers they provide to me? ( I want participants who select “I am concerned about weight” and choose “5/6/7 on likert scale” to be screened in and others to be screened-out.) 2- After brining screened-in participants to a custom screen or end of survey message, I am planning to show them link to a different study. Is that possible through Qualtrics-Prolific integration? I would highly appreciate someone telling me if and how this is possible!Many thanks!

Hi, I want to know if you can update a field in a survey for example NPS, after a ticket creation and update.For example, my customer answer the survey and register a 4 for NPS, after that I created a workflow that create a ticket, and when the ticket is updated the person rate NPS again, now with a 7, do you know i can update that 7 in the sruvey Thank you in advance

Is there a way to move Text IQ codes (including the counts) into Stats IQ? Ex. I have 1000 Text IQ responses with 3 codes, (School, teacher, curriculum). Say, “school” is coded 2000 times, and “teacher” is coded 4000 times. Is there a way to move this quantitative Text IQ data into Stats IQ? Additionally, I created a dashboard that brings in the data from 5 different surveys. I used Text IQ and coded all 5 surveys in this new dashboard. I can also see the name of the survey connected to each survey response. Is there way to access this data, so that I can determine the frequency of particular Text IQ codes with a particular survey? I’d like to see that in Survey #1, “teacher” was coded 200 times, in Survey #2, “teacher” was coded 500 times, in Survey #3, “teacher” was coded 700 times, etc.

I have a dashboard set up with all the different surveys our customers get. I want to know if there a widget I can set up that can show me someone who responded in one survey but also responded prior to another. For example, Jon Doe responded to Survey1 in March. He took Survey2 in April. He then went on to take Survey3 in May. I know I can see that if I click through names in the directory, but it would be inefficient to click through individual names. 

Hello everyone!This is my first time using Qualtrics and I am trying to create a survey that “pulls” images from a folder in my library (97) and presents them in a random order - no repeat while each image is followed by the same 2 questions. I could do it manually and randomize but I find it tedious to do it for 2 surveys of 97 images. I could write a script in javascript to randomize and print the pictures, but I don’t know how to use embedded data to access the images. In conclusion, I would like to know if there is a way for me to program qualtrics to pull from a folder without me inserting graphic manually. Thank you in advance!

Dear Comunity, I’m sure this question was answered before but because I’m so new I don’t know what is the correct way to search for what I need. I want to randomize the content of my question so that I’ll have lots of different variables. I cannot write all of them as embeded data one by one as there are too many potential arms. Imagine a vignette with 100 possible names,  2 genders, 50 cities etc.  Is there any way to load that data to Qualtrics and then use this as randomized variables? Thank you for your help.

I have a survey that I have been running sincerest fall but starting last week I am getting a message “Sorry, an unexpected error occurred” ONLY when we are opening it on our lab’s iPAD - iOS 12.5.7. We tried opening the survey in both Safari and Chrome but same message occurs. When we give our in-lab participants a link they can open it and run on their phones just fine. It seems this is the iPad issue. In the Survey Definition event, I see that we can trigger a workflow based on when a survey is Activated, Closed or Published, but how do I trigger when a new Project is created?

We would like to have an Outbound message from Salesforce trigger a Qualtrics workflow that will publish a survey. I can’t seem to find a task in Qualtrics that will let me do that. Is it possible, or would I have to use API?

Hello everyone,I have created a survey with two randomized groups (A/B) which each consist of fixed pairs of two items (A1/A2 and B3/B4). These item pairs have a standard question block including an embedded data field (“Brand”) and are shown in randomized order. Expected result: each participant sees two items (→ Brands) and I receive results for the standard question block for four brands in total.Survey has already ended. Basic problem:Even as the preview runs worked fine and all testers were presented two brands in randomized order, I can’t differentiate the brands in the final survey results. More below.  Background: Setup:Randomizer / randomly present 1 of the following elements / evenly present elements   → Group A:         → randomizer  / randomly present 2 of the following elements / evenly present elements              → A1 with embedded data field (Brand1), standard question block and a distinct attention check result ATT1,               → A2 with embedded data field (Brand2

We have a couple of surveys that use SDS (from data & analysis tab of survey) today for MANAGE AUTOCOMPLETE in another survey. The migration to new SDS (Library) is fine.However, the problem is with automatic updates section (Refer to link for AUTOMATIC UPDATE section). My requirement is that I need the entire data of SDS survey that was currently used in my Library SDS as well. Under extractor task, EXTRACT RESPONSE FROM SURVEY as per tutorial only extracts delta data post last run. And the new LOAD TO SDS task created can only overwrite the data in new SDS. This means if I run the workflow, the new data would overwrite the old data. Which extractor task (or any other task) can I use to export entire data from SDS survey to the Library SDS each time the workflow runs. Kindly help asap as we have only 1 week left to complete the changes.Thanks in advance. 

Hi everyone!In the introductory text explaining why the participant is receiving the survey, I want to keep the information brief. However, I do want to provide the full participant information for them to read if they want to. Ideally, I would have a hyperlink in the text that would say ‘Click here if you want to read the full participant information.’However, this information is not published on a website or anything, so I can't simply use a hyperlink for a URL because there is nothing to link it to.Is there an elegant way to execute this?

Hi I have a multiple choice question that does not have a result section. It tells me there is a mismatch in the field group. This is my first time using Qualtircs. Please let me know what went wrong.

Hi, I’m having an issue where selecting one answer of a multiple choice question selects the same index of that answer for all questions in the block. I’m not sure why this is happening. Has anyone run into this before?

Hi all,I am trying to modify the Signature question such that I can use it as a tracer scale for collecting psychometric time series data. Basically I took an image of a grid, inside my Qualtrics library, and then placed it inside the signature field using javascript.So far so good, the only problem now is that the “clear” button gets rid of the image every time! I am searching for different viable solutions:Make the image inside the signature sketchpad permanent such that it is not affected by the clear button. Redraw the image, everytime the clear button wipes the signature clean. Get rid of the “clear” button altogether, and add a custom button which restarts the survey, if the participants want to redraw the lines.I would dearly appreciate any help with any of these viable options. I have not found sufficient info to figure out how I can reference the “clear” button using html, java, or the CSS section, and hoping someone might know how to get rid of it, as this would be the quicke

My org has an automation set up so that when emails are received in inboxes a Jira task gets assigned from that email - here’s the interesting part… On the back end I am not piping in the response ID and on the email that Qualtrics sends out via workflow the response ID is not there  BUT somehow when we are in the Jira task the response ID shows up right after “Forms: Yes.” I’ve tried troubleshooting this by going back into the workflow and deleting any blank spaces after the workflow piped text, and then I even deleted it and added it back in. I’m confused as to why it is not showing on the email we get in the inbox, but it is showing up in Jira as seen below (poor quality screen shot) *My org does not want to connect Qualtrics to Jira directly so this is my workaround
