I have set up a workflow triggered by responses. It is an email action and have chosen to include the response report option. I would like to include either the url to view results and/or pdf link, but NOT include the response report in the body of the email. Is this possible?

Is it possible to create Qualtrics dashboard that will show distribution summery like Total survey sent, failed, duplicate or bounced.

Hi,I have an authenticator from contact list A. The email address (Field - Email) entered by user needs to be used to check for records in another contact list B(against field - ExternalDataReference). This would return more than one record. I want the field Email from all these records to be populated as a list in a multiple choice question. How can I do it ?

Our base language is English, but we have translated our survey into eight languages. Our Salesforce integration works with English, but not with other languages in agree/disagree type of questions. Can I keep the survey itself in the respondent’s native language but handle the integration in English?

Does anyone know how to change the default subject line when you send emails on tickets in Qualtrics? I have a request form process in place but the default subject line when replying within a ticket is, “Thank you for your feedback!”. I know how to create message templates, and there is also a way to create subject lines in the Qualtrics library, but the latter only seems to apply to survey distribution or other areas, not ticket email message subject lines.  Thanks! 

We distribute surveys following business transactions using ‘transaction date’ in ISO-8601 format as required by XMD 'Transactions' specifications. This date is accurately picked up during distribution, however, it appears blank in data & analysis tab as well as on dashboard. We need to do reporting based on transaction date. Can anyone please help?

Hi,I have an requirement in which a survey has to be triggered with an e-mail including survey link. Below are the details of e-mail format:There are around 100 customer contacts whose email address is available in directory. There are 3 fields, let us say A, B (not part of contact list) and e-mail address (part of e-mail address)  that is every time provided by the person who wants to trigger the survey. Each time , the person who triggers the survey, would enter A, B and e-mail address. A and B would become part of e-mail body. The e-mail address needs to get validated from the contact list if it is a valid customer contact and if yes, the e-mail is sent.  If its a single recipient at a time, then it is straight forward. I want the person to be able to trigger e-mail to multiple recipients at same time. I explored the option of DISTRIBUTION of survey, but we would like to provide an interface to them rather than asking them to use DISTRIBUTION.  Is there any way where a interface is

I need help with a survey question. We are wanting to know how long people spent at each booth for an event. I could not use display logic to do this and get a unique answer for each booth if they went to more than one (I.e., 10 minutes at Booth A, no time at Booth B, or 20 minutes at Booth C). So instead, I attempted to use a drill down format, which seemingly worked when I uploaded the answers, but when previewing the question, if 10 minutes is selected for Booth A then , only 10 minutes could be selected for Booth B, and so on for the other areas. How do I set it to where you can select any of the available time lengths for each area. I included screenshots below.

Each participant will evaluate a random subset of those 50. I could do this manually, but is there a way to automate it? E.g., import the questions as csv onto embedded fields. Thanks!

Hello,I have a multi country (about 100 countries) survey where 80% of the questionnaire is global and same across all countries and 20% of the questionnaire is localized and differs for each country. The global questions are about 20 to 30 and local questions add up to 500 (though, only a maximum of 5 will be shown to one country). I plan to have 1 block for each country with their local questions and the blocks are shown based on the country embedded variable.Even though there are more than 500 questions, only ~30 questions will be shown at a time (global questions + only 1 block with a maximum of 5 questions). I’m wondering if this will affect the survey performance. If the country in question is defined in the 100th block, does Qualtrics take a lot of time to execute the display logic and go from the 1st block to 100th block?

 Hello, community!I would like to launch an online experiment with a scenario. In the experimental survey, the text block (containing the scenario) will be randomly presented to participants. Following the scenario, survey questions will be presented. I want to have a tab (not 'tap') appearing at all times when participants answer the questions. This tab will allow participants to go back to the specific text, return to where they left off, and continue answering. Is there any way that makes this possible?

Is there a way to combine two leaders reports into one? They both individually have less than the reporting threshold but their leader is wanting to see both results on a single report.

I keep getting an error if I try to add more than 99 lines in a cross-logic quota logic set. Is there a max? I’m wondering if I just need to break it up into a couple of cross-logic quotas, or if there’s an actual hard limit. I will have participants who self identify as one of four categories -- let’s call then N, U, A, and M. N and U will be lumped together for the sake of quotas. I have 220 video clips that will be used in about a dozen conditions. For each video, I’d like to cap it at around 30 for N+U, 30 for A, and 5 for M.It seemed like the way to go would be cross-logic quotas plus display logic:Quota logic set 1: 46% N or U, 46% A, 8% M Quota logic set 2: A line for each clip so the quota would only increment if someone assigned the video answered the attention check question correctly. I’m thinking it’s the second bullet point that’s the issue. I get to 99 and when I go to add the 100th clip condition, I get an error that says it can’t be saved.At first I thought that since i

There used to be a column titled “Links” in the distribution tab under personal links, and this column showed how many personalized links were generated from each contact list. This column disappeared in the past few weeks, so I’m having trouble seeing the exact number of links generated from each contact list now. Does anyone have any workarounds or suggestions to determine the number of personal links created per list?

I am something akin to an administrative assistant for 4 faculty members, one of whom is PI for a burgeoning longitudinal research study (about 2.5 years now) with about 3 research assistants. None of them have any technical skills whatsoever while I happen to have a programming background, plus there are confidentiality issues at work, so the entire administration of the study (survey creation, logic, javascript, user id generation, distribution, incentives, literally anything that is not "analyzing result data" or "IRB issues") falls to me. Research administration is not my background or job function (nor does this faculty member have enough allocated support hours to sustain all of the work I do for them), so I'm keen to start automating this as much as possible. I would like users to be able to save progress and come back to a survey using a link sent to them after they start the survey. I envision the flow to be:The user starts a survey and enters an email address The entering of an email is a trigger that sends a message to that email with the link to the current survey instance The survey instance is not closed, however, and the user can continue on with the survey if they wish or come back to it at a later date using the link that was emailed.I do not want to use the built in “Allow respondents to finish later” setting as this uses cookies which have several disadvantages :Using cookies does not allow the user to resume the survey on another browser, device, or if they happen to erase their cookies Using cookies also makes it harder to abandon an in-progress survey to start a new one (a desired feature for our use case) Is there a modern solution, or better yet, a new qualtrics feature for this situation that does not introduce a break in

How do I make the edits reflect for Participants in Progress of taking the surveys?

 Hi everyone! I have been scratching my head for a while as to why my A/B Testing set up is not working. I am trying to randomly assign a control and intervention group to my participants after an introduction and demographics section. I used this guide: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/common-use-cases-rc/a-b-testing/ and set up my survey flow in the exact same way (see below). Hello,I have 20 short texts in group A and 20 short texts in group B. I want my participants to see pairs of those texts (1 of group A and 1 of group B) and then choose one. They need to be random pairs and they cannot be two out of the same group. I need to have one of group A and one of group B.  I want every text to show up 3 times in the questionnaire for validity. They need to be linked to another text every time. I have no clue how to do this. Anyone have any ideas? I hope I was clear enough 

Hi all,I know this may not be best practice, but I’m tasked with figuring this out all the same.We are running a test for our satisfaction question within the same survey project - one containing a the question with an 11-point scale (Version A) and one containing the same question question, but with a 5-point scale (Version B).I have figured out how create a formula that transforms Version A’s result into a result that would ‘fit’ within Version B’s 5-point scale. However, this new value is a standalone field that I would like to coalesce with results from Version B.  I know there is a Combine option, but since the formula created field is not Embedded data I cannot use it there.

I’m a brand admin and need to close 150+ surveys. Is there a quick way to close multiple surveys? I’m also not the owner/collaborator of some of the surveys - is there a workaround to closing them other than doing a proxy login and closing them? And then is there a way to bulk close surveys that I own rather than having to go into each survey>distribution>pause response collection?

We need the ability to filter partial responses (aka “Responses in progress” in the Data and Analysis tab) by more than one condition. For example, last activity greater than one week and progress greater than 50%.
