I want to export a survey to Word but including the images that are in the survey. I checked with a customer support staff and it does not seem possible right now. It would be great if this could be added as an option.

Hi,  I created a survey where the entire survey will looped based on the “Total Number of FGGS Requests”. A retake link allows users to enter details for each request. The retake link utilizes the anonymous link and the calculations in the workflow allow each “FGGS request” to be treated as a new row in the data export. I am trying to save the information the user enters for “Agency Name” as embedded data so that is appears with all rows of information. However, with my current survey flow and retake link the “Agency Name” is only working as embedded data when using an anonymous link. When I just have “Agency Name” as embedded data it only works for surveys started directly from an anonymous link, not surveys that start from an email distribution and use the retake link (anonymous link).  The agency information appears under “Agency Name 2” when using an email distribution, but won’t appear for any following rows from the same agency (which use an anonymous link which is the retake lin

Hello, I need to do something relatively simple but I can't figure it out. I want to give participants a Rank Order question, after which I give them some information, then give them the same rank-order question to see whether they will change their rankings. The second time the question appears, I want it to carry forward their previous rankings (and give them the chance to change the order). Looking through this forum, I've seen a few similar (but more complicated) questions, with answers that say you need to use JavaScript and embedded data. For example, this question includes some suggested JavaScript: https://www.qualtrics.com/community/discussion/5880/how-to-pipe-answers-that-are-not-highestvalue-or-lowestvalue-from-a-rank-order-question ...but it doesn't say what to do after pasting that in. I've read through the Qualtrics documentation for embedded data but that only tells you how to create embedded data elements, not how to use them to save data from one question and pipe it

I have a multi-select box “Names” where respondents can select multiple names of people in their organization with whom they have a social connection.I’d like to follow that up with a matrix-type question where each row is one of the names from the multi-select, and respondents can indicate the level of social connection with the previously selected person.Is this possible?Thanks!Bryan 

I need to get a matrix question statements populated dynamically. The statements will be included in a contact list field separated by commas. I think the best way to get this done is using javascript. Any ideas on this? Thank you.

In a CX Dashboard Table widget, how do I show the custom benchmark (added in the benchmark editor) next to the average score for statements from a group of questions?This is what I did:Grouped a series of questions in the dashboard editor (klantwaarden) Download the template in the benchmark editor Added all bechmark scores to each of the mapped questions Uploaded the benchmarks in the benchmark editor Created a table widget, added count and average in the metrics Added the group “klantwaarden” tot the rows All good up to here, but then: I add the benchmark, select the group “klantwaarden” and nothing shows! What am I doing wrong?As you can see in the screenshot, the benchmark column is curiously empty: 

Hi there,I have 30 photos of people and 30 sentences describing actions. I need to create randomized pairs where a photo is displayed with a sentence below it, and participants will evaluate the person depicted using a Likert scale. Participants must see all 30 pairs.Participants should not see any repeated photos or sentences. I want the pairs to be randomized so that any photo can be paired with any sentence from the set. Additionally, I need to record which photo and sentence were shown for each evaluation in the dataset.(I expect to have a certain amount of mid-dropout participants because the task is lengthy).What approach can I use to achieve this? So far, I created a block with a multiple-choice item using images and another item with sentences. I applied advanced randomization to ensure that only one of the image choices is displayed evenly. I did the same for the sentences. Is there a way to add our own Topic Starter pack or have a set list of Topics be default for our users? We are trying to maintain consistency in the topics and feel that relying on our users to find a saved file and import the topics opens us up to alot of human error. Any suggestions would be appreciated as well. Sandra

I set up an email distribution for a survey by uploading participant information into the contact list and using it to send emails. The initial email included the survey link, which was set to expire after 3 months. Additionally, I scheduled three reminder emails to be sent to non-responding participants at intervals of 7, 14, and 21 days. These reminder emails also used the same 3-month expiration date for the survey link.Now that all the emails have been sent and the original expiration date has passed, I’m wondering:If I add another reminder to the same distribution, will the survey links become available for another 3 months? Alternatively, do I need to set up a new distribution for that panel following the same process again?

Hi everybody,naively I copied and paste question and answers from a MS word, and moreover I changed the layout of much of the text and the answers of the question. Now I’d like to override everything by using a CSS that makes every text (questions, answers, choices, everything) as big as 20px.I have some code but it doesn’t fix some responses, text/graphics entries etc..Skin .QuestionText {font-size:25px !important}.Skin .QuestionBody {font-size:25px !important}.Skin .AnswerText {font-size:25px !important}.Skin .AnswerBody {font-size:25px !important}.Skin .TextGraphicText {font-size:25px !important}I tried to use the layout mask in Look and Feel but it doesn’t  override rich text changes.Moreover, some lines of the matrices I have are not considered as ‘question’ or either ‘answer’, The same happens with levels of the likert scales.Every hint is appreciated.Thanks alot

When I’m using the new widgets, the data is exporting in an odd fashion and not reflective of the widget format. Is this a known issue? For ref: the widget i’m using is the new Table widget.

Hello, I have a survey in Qualtrics where I have set a header javascript and am pulling from information set in that header for a series of questions.For one particular question, I am pulling from a series of URLs that are in the header javascript and the question flashes a randomly selected image from one of those URLs (these URLs are from the Qualtrics library where I have uploaded a series of images).The URL is then saved in embedded data called pra_alien1_url (this exact image/url will change depending on the respondent because it is randomized each time). Is it possible for me to reference this exact image again in a later question from the embedded data? Essentially I want the exact image that is selected from the earlier question, the URL of which is then stored in pra_alien1_url, to appear in another question. How would I go about doing this in the javascript of that specific later question and how would I have it appear in the question itself? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi there! I wanted to know if there is a way to make embedded targets responsive. My survey itself is responsive, but now that I set a width and height in the embed creative, the whole thing is no longer responsive on mobile devices.Can I add bootstrap 3 classes in the CSS? Any suggestions?

On some pages of a survey, I have created a popup using javascript as per the code below. The problem is that this popup option ("Review Instructions") appears on subsequent pages of the survey as well, even though those pages do not have any javascript code. How do I get rid of it on subsequent pages? Hi Qualtrics users, I have a survey which contains matrices with a lot of rows. I would like to freeze the top row (with the answer options) so that when participants scroll to the lower rows, the answers remain. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks so much.

There are 8 spending options given to participants. I used branch logic in the stage of deducting the expenditure from the net income. However, it did not work completely. I am programming a questionnaire that will be administered offline to students from tablets in schools. Each day the team will interview more classes.The first question is a dropdown list that will be updated daily and asks the class and the name of the student. Each day I will update the list of the dropdown to have the new classes and students for the day.In a subsequent block we want to ask for the best friends of each student. We want to have a multiple choice question that asks each student “who are your best friends in the classroom?”I would like the options in this question to be the names of the students in the classroom except the student himself. I would like the list of students to update directly from the previous dropdown list question (I noticed that creating an embedded data StudentList = ${q://QID1/ChoiceGroup/DisplayedAnswers} creates a list with a combination of all class-students of the day, but I wasn’t able to clean it with Javascript). Thank you in advance for you

Within the same survey I ask the customer to select what products are in scope in a multi-select style question.Later within the same survey, I was to display the exact same question, with their responses showing as already pre-selected (prompting them to confirm the products within their scope)what is the best way to do this?
