Hi everyone, I'm using Qualtrics to run an economics experiment. Most of the economic experiments need to be incentivised. And my project is even more complicated in terms of incentivisation. In my project, subjects need to make 2 rounds of choices. There is one day time-interval between the 2 rounds. In each round, subject need to make 14 choices and thus after 2 rounds they will make 28 choices. In the end of 2nd round, after all subjects make choices, they need to be moved to a "payment" screen, where 1 out of 28 trials would be randomly selected and show up on the screen with a subject's response. And I will pay my subjects according to this screen. This is my first time to use Qualtrics to design an experiment. I searched a lot but cannot find useful tips about how I can achieve my goal. Anyone in the community may not give me some idea or some resources that I could ask for help? Thank you very much!

I have a popover creative working on my site for website feedback. It is triggered by an html button on my site (a button with a unique ID). It works great, but only once unless the user refreshes the page. I'd like users to be able to open and close the popover as many times as they want. Any help is appreciated.

Hi all good Samaritans, I've distributed an online experiment and my supervisor (On holiday/vacation for a week, so can't help) added a "mindfulness audio" and a "control audio", previews all checked out fine. However... the audio on both does not appear on mobile phones or Mac's when distributed to participants. My supervisor owns this file, but I was hoping someone may help. It appears to be Javascript and when right clicked.. We need a functionality that records the voice of the participants when reading a list of words. I can't find such an option in the menu – does it have to be integrated? Is this possible? I apologize if this is not the right place to post the question - I couldn't find any info when searching on this.

Is there a code for the drag and drop questions so respondents are dragging words into the image rather than a box below it? Thanks!

IN MY SURVEY LIKERT STYLE QUESTIONNAIRE, I HAVE AN EXTRA RESPONSE LINE THAT IS ADDITIONAL AND SUPERFLUOUS WITHOUT ANY CORRESPONDING QUESTION. I INADVERTENTLY DID NOT REMOVE THIS SUPERFLUOUS ANSWER ROW. HOWEVER AS THE ROW OF POTENTIAL ANSWER CHOICES IS INTERPOSED BETWEEN 2 VALID QUESTIONS, A RESPONSE IS REQUIRED TO PROCEED THROUGH THE SURVEY. SHOULD I DELETE WHAT IS IN EFFECT A DUMMY SET OF ANSWER BOXES AMIDST MY DATA COLLECTION OR LEAVE IT? I PREFER TO LEAVE IT AS I WANT CONSISTENCY IN THE DATA COLLECTION SO THE DOWNLOAD TO SPSS IS NOT COMPROMISED....BUT I AM UNSURE ...PERHAPS I SHOULD DELETE THIS ERRANT ROW AND CLEAN UP RESPONSES AFTER THE EDIT DATE TO ENSURE DATA CONSISTENCY AND INTEGRITY? Hi, I would like to ask on how to create a "side by side" question in Qualtrics. I attach the screenshot of my question. ! I want to know if I can change the "column" into the "row". The reason is that I want the "row" as a "clustered" and the "column" as a "sentence" Can I do that using Qualtrics? Thank you, Best Regards, Sherly

Is there a way to change the font-size of the textbox entry. I have 3 radio buttons, of which, the first button has a text entry enabled. I have increased the font size of the entire question and the option choices. However, I am not able to find a way to change the font size of text box entry. Is there a CSS approach that can be used for the same?

Qualtrics Support doesn't support putting things into an iframe. So, I'm hoping someone here has resolved this issue...I have a survey which uses an SSO Authenticator and connects to a contact list to display info. The iframe isn't working... it flickers and then disappears, only being a blank screen.

I am trying to send out a 38 question survey via email to 177 contacts for my master's thesis but I got a notification saying that I can only send 10 emails a week. When I searched the Qualtrics website on how to send more than 10 emails it said to contact "your brand administrator". In my account I do not have a brand administrator listed. Who do I contact to allow me to send more than 10 emails a week?

I've seen the other community posts on this topic and the suggestion to use a CSS Tooltip, but this information is not helpful without more direction or context. So, is there any easy way to expand the hover text without being a coding expert or digging through tons of data? Thank you.

For a survey I have created a classical report and in this report I also would like to add the number of recorded responses and responses in progress to a classical report as automatic process. For now I have to add this information manually.

Hi, I'm new to Qulatrics and trying to build a survey flow that will end the survey if the respondent select's No for Q1 OR Q2. For Yes the survey will continue till question 3. For some reason the survey flow is not working for me. I have attached the Qulatrics survey file and if you assist please. ! Thanks Jag

I need each trial to appear for only 2 sec, during which the participants need to give the response. If the answer is given, the screen will move on to the next trial. If no answer is given within 2 sec, the screen also moves on to the next trial. But I noticed a problem on qualtrics: When a participant answers a trial at, say, 2001 ms. She is actually in the 2nd trial (because the time limit is 2000ms for each trial). But it seems that Qualtrics' screen is delayed: it is still at the first trial. So the participant thinks she's answering the 1st trial, while she's answering for the 2nd. And when the 2nd trial appears, it immediately advances to the 3rd trial (because the participant just answered the 2nd trial). I'd like to know how to fix this delay problem.

the Response summary which i can allow at the end of a Survey (wih PDF) is exactly what we need back at the end of the Survey. is there any Chance to create this syntetically e.g. with a link?

Respondent is in progress of filling out form. They provide data point X. I want to then do a call (API?) to a database (Oracle, Banner, etc.) that uses data point X to pull data and store in embedded data in the form to be used for the rest of the form. Is this possible? Or do all API calls have to happen before (or at beginning of) survey?

I've used them. I've loved them. I've also used URLs with passing data on them. But now neither seem to be working properly. My URL is failing (may be a separate issue) - still investigating why. But the contact list trigger not sending data into the contact list has me baffled! I ensured that a valid email address is being passed in. So, I'm lost as to why it's not populating the contact list on completion (yes, I made sure the form was completed). Any ideas? Anyone else experiencing problems?

I have a simple table in Vocalize with a list of questions in the rows and averages showing in four different columns (for four different semesters). The "Semester" is an embedded field. Right now the columns are automatically sorting alphabetically so it goes Fall 2017, Spring 2018, Summer 2017, Summer 2018. I need these to be in chronological order but I cannot figure out how to do a custom sort...any suggestions?

I'm sure you all had this - You add a breakdown bar report with percentages, and when the underlying values are 1 and 7 you end up getting 13% and 88%... This means, when you add the displayed percentages, you get 101%! ! How do you deal with these?

Trying to trend the number of responses in each month over a 6 month period. The banners would be the months (Jan, Feb) and include anyone who was recorded as a complete in that month. Any help is appreciated.

Hello Q community: I have two questions in regard to personalized links and embedded data. I would appreciate your help. (1) I would like to use personalized links so that I can track who did or did not complete the survey and send reminders if necessary. Do I need to re-upload the contact list when the system generates personalized links? The system generates a cvc file which automatically loads on my computer. The file contains the contact info that I originally uploaded but also personalized links. (2) What's the difference between embedded data and link type (see tracking replies with link type: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/distributions-module/email-distribution/emails-overview/). The explanation states "the respondent’s name, email, and other information from the contact list is automatically saved with their survey data." I was going to use an embedded data feature (e.g., demographic info of survey respondents that I included in the contact list spreads
