How to create a data point with each response that is the count of answers that is unchecked?

I have a survey that starts with three multiple choice, multiple answer questions with all of the options selected by default. The respondent will review the lists and uncheck anyone who they do not want to participate in the study. I'd like to have a data point with each response that is the count of answers that is unchecked. How can I do this? I was thinking Math Operations or Custom Fields but I wasn't able to find a solution that worked.

Maintaining filters in data downloads

Hey all - Quick question. In the data and analysis tab, once I've filtered my data to get to the responses I want to download, I go through the process of downloading, yet none of my filters hold and I end up with my entire dataset. How do you make sure your data filters are applied to the download? Thanks!

Can I get a debug menu on the published version of my site?

When I use editing code in a bookmarklet, I see a debug window in the bottom left-hand corner. Is there a way to see this on the published version of my code after it is live on my website?

Building Creatives with Images

Currently I create my creatives by inserting images into Powerpoint and making my Powerpoint slide look like how I want the creative to show up. Then I take a screenshot and upload it into Qualtrics as my creative. However, this method leaves the image kind of fuzzy. Is there a better way for me to get pictures and buttons into a creative?

Editing Email Reports

An employee who left our company set up a report of our survey results that is emailed to all of us each Monday. I'm not positive how they did this, but I would like to update the list of recipients. Where can I find this option?

Send an email trigger with the results of the survey

Once a respondent completes a survey, I would like to send them an email trigger with two things: their response (which is an option in the email trigger) and a report of the results of the survey. I am stumped on how to include this aggregate report in the trigger - can anyone help?

Unselecting an answer choice on a single answer, multiple choice question?

I have a single answer, multiple choice question and want to give respondents the ability to unselect all answer choices. By default, once they select an option, they cannot unselect it. Is there any way around that? Is there a best practice or another way to ask this question that could avoid this?

Generating a Sample in Target Audience

I am using a third party company to send out my survey (not using Target Audience), but I am providing them a list of contacts that I want them to send to. Since I have to pay the company for every email I send out, I want to only provide them with a list of contacts from my Target Audience account who have a response rate of more than 95% for all the surveys they received. How can I get this list?

How can I pass the response ID to a third-party system?

We use a third-party tool to schedule research sessions and we want to use Qualtrics ResponseID as the unique identifier between the two systems. Is there a way to add the external URL to record the ResponseID and carry it into the third party system?

Directing Survey Respondents to Social Media

At the end of our survey, we would like to redirect people to their Social Media accounts (specifically, Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn) and would like to have a post pre-written that they can share recommending our products. This doesn't look like something available directly within the product, but I've seen other websites with buttons that allow you to do this. How could I set this up?

Inline email questions - don't open a new tab

I'm using the inline email question for a one question survey. Right now, when someone clicks an option, Qualtrics opens up a new tab and forces them to confirm their answer and hit the next button. Is there any way to automatically record their answer and show them the end of survey message instead?

Embedded data not visible in Data & Analysis tab

I've added Embedded Data to my intercept, but it still doesn't show up in my survey's Data & Analysis tab. Are there certain fields that don't work? Or am I missing something?

I want to change the URL of my anonymous link so that there is not a reference to my company at all. Right now, it starts with [company].qualtrics.com... How can I change this to something more generic?

I can't send my distribution

Issues with Pick, Group & Rank questions

I've got a really long list of options (~20) for a Pick, Group, and Rank question and respondents have told me that it is not a great survey taking experience. When they try to select something from the bottom of the list, it is difficult to drag it into the groups at the top when they are off the screen. Any suggestions for how I can improve this question?

Restricting a User's Dashboard Data Access

I have a dashboard where each of my employees can see their CSAT scores over the past week. I don't want them to be able to see each other's scores. Do I have to restrict their data manually every time I share? Is there any way for me to allow them to still see department-wide averages so they know how they compare?

How can I update / edit historical responses?

We recently added a new "Event Type" code to our survey (as Embedded Data) and I would like to go back and add this information to responses collected in 2016. In the past, I have done this for a few responses by "retaking" them with the Embedded Data value appended to a query string in the link. However, this changes the "Recorded Date" for the response which isn't acceptable for this project as it is a longitudinal study. Any other way I can add this field to old responses?
