Showing chosen response in slider

Hello everyone, I am implementing a survey for a client that includes a lot of slider questions. We are using the modern layout that shows the answer chosen above the slider.When you go on on the survey and come back to the page, or when an unanswered question does not let you leave the page, the number disappears.Is there a way to keep the number showing in any circumstance? Is there a way to add a line or space before a Don't Know option in Multiple Choice on Mobile?

I'd like to differentiate a DK option from others in a multiple choice on Mobile by adding either a line or space. Fall off rate

Hello! I have a survey with about 10 questions on it and I am hoping to see what percentage of users are dropping off on each question. So based on those who started the survey, how many completed question 1? how many completed question 2? and so on. Any ideas?

How can I delay a question from appearing?

Is there a way for me to delay a question from appearing? I have a video that I would like the respondent to watch for 30 seconds before a question appears right below it on the same page.

If you edit the survey after generating personalized links, do you then need to create new links?

I already created personalized links for my survey. Since I generated those links, I have made some edits to the survey. I have not published the survey yet. Does this affect the personalized links? As in, would I need to re-generate them, or does it not matter that I've made edits?

Export Projects List

Is there a way to export a list of all your projects as they appear on the projects screen (type, project name, creation date, responses, etc.) into a spreadsheet? Each year, we have to submit a list of surveys we've created and it would be easier to export than type them all out.

Why I can't access my contact list to send the survey where I am a collaborator of survey?I am added as a collaborator to a survey (Outside my organization).I am supposed to send the survey and I have added the contact list in my library.When composing the survey invitation email in the distribution tab, I cannot access the contact list from my library.Is any permission required from the other end?

How to apply custom CSS code to selected questions

Hello. I am using a custom CSS code that allows me to right-justify question containers. However, I only want this custom CSS code to apply to certain questions (or blocks), and not the entire survey. How can I make it so that a custom CSS code only applies to certain questions?Here is the code I am using, which then applies to the whole survey:.Skin .SkinInner {  margin: 0 0 0 auto !important;}I tried to use this code to apply this only to one question, but it doesn't seem to work:.Skin #QID123, .SkinInner #QID123 {  margin: 0 0 0 auto !important;}  I also need the code to apply to multiple questions, not just one, so if someone could help with a code that allows me to apply this to multiple selected questions, it is most appreciated!

Custom Date variable for FY

Does anyone have a way to categorise End Date by Australian financial quarters in CX Dashboards without manually editing the Quarter labels. E.g Q1 starts at July.

Auto-advance not working properly

Hi community!I'm designing a survey with auto-advance (after 2 minutes) on all questions. I noticed that the time it takes to auto-advance is not fixed to 2 minutes, sometimes it takes 2 and a half minutes, sometimes 5 minutes, and sometimes auto-advance does not work at all. Anyone ran into similar problems before?Any help is highly appreciated.Thank you!

Make Likert scale Questions responsive in desing on a mobile device

We are trying to use the same survey questionnaire on mobile as well as desktop. The likert scale question appears horizontal on the desktop version but vertical on mobile. I need help to make it appear horizontal on mobile too. Attached is a screenshot for reference.!

Change mode of selecting survey language using CSS?

I have a survey that is in both English and Spanish. Rather than having respondents use the default drop down menu to switch between languages, is it possible to use a custom CSS to have an option at the top of the English survey that reads "For Spanish survey, please click here" (in Spanish, obviously), and vice-versa to get back to English? Thank you!

Statistics table in the new Results Dashboard?

Hi,I just clicked "try it now" on the Results section in one of my surveys and got the new Results in Dashboard style.However I'm trying to find a visualisation that I had in the old Results section (and I can still find in the Reports section), but can't seem to find in the new one:The Statistics table.I can only find in the Results section that I can add a table and add metrics Count, Min, Max, Mean. But Standard Deviation and Variance don't seem to be within the possibilities? Or am I not looking in the right place?Thanks,

Email trigger not sending to all addresses

Hi all, hope I can get some help with this issue. I have a survey with an email trigger that sends an email to three email addresses as soon as someone completes a survey. It was working fine a few months ago, but now only the first email address in the list gets an email and the other three do not. Does anyone know what might be causing this problem?

How do I count embedded data on a report?

Hi. I have a satisfaction survey that I send out when a service is completed. When the user answers the Likert scale, the survey also captures the service type which is embedded in the link. How do I count the embedded data instead of just showing a long list of each service type? It would look something like..catcatdogcatdogbirdcatI want to see:bird 1cat 4dog 2Thanks!

Hiding "Powered by Qualtrics"

Is there a way to hide the "Powered by Qualtrics" element at the bottom right of the page? I've tried a bunch of different combinations of custom CSS and nothing seems to be able to override the !important modifier for that element.

Can you test intercepts with survey Preview Mode?

Hi,I'm testing my intercepts with the bookmarklet, I selected "editing mode",but I notice that the actual survey does take the published version and the "editing mode" option only relates to the intercept rules.Is there any way to indicate that you want to test with the Preview mode of the survey?It's easier afterwards to delete "preview" type answers from the data&analysis of the survey results.

Turning on Bot Detection (reCAPTCHA) causes jQuery("#NextButton").click(); to stop working.

I have lots of JavaScript in my survey that does some work, sets some embedded data fields and then auto advances to the next question using  jQuery("#NextButton").click(); This all works great until I turn on Bot Detection using reCAPTCHA on my Survey Options. Then all of sudden my JavaScript clicks stop working. No errors are posted in the browser console.I've tried this.clickNextButton() also with no success.Any ideas?Thanks!-Dave

Is there a way to have users enter time (hh:mm) for their answers? I don't want to use a text box as I don't think I can trust people to enter minutes or hours after their answer - lots of ways to mess up my data here! If the answer involved Java please let me know exactly what to do as I've never done Java before. Thanks!

Setting a conditional embedded variable with JavaScript

Hi - apologies my question has been discussed before (for instance here: https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/13161/setting-embedded-data-using-if-else-statement-in-javascript), but I'm having difficulty following the answers because I have no experience using JavaScript.I set an embedded variable in the survey flow called "partnerand2". I set this to the string "null". This precedes my question block.Then in my block, I have a question, QID344 (ZHPART below). If respondents select yes, I want the value of the embedded variable to be updated to the string "and your partner", so that I can use this as piped text in the questions ahead (for example the next question QID407).I added the below two lines of JS code to QID407 to do that after looking at discussions on the XM Community, but failed to get it working. Could you please tell me what's wrong? If I can get this to work, I can merge my next block to my current one and get my back button back.Qualtrics.SurveyEngine.

I frequently upload graphics, copy its URL, and use them in my surveys. This is time consuming. Is there a way to simply get the list of all image URLs in the library?

Filter out Blank Verbatim Responses from Record Grid

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to filter out blank responses from a Record Grid by way of filters, or some other method? I have a record grid where i'd like to hide any rows of data where there is no response to a certain verbatim question. Creating a filter with the verbatim field only allows me to filter by keyword, but I don't know if there's any way to engineer filtering verbatims that are not blank? It would be preferable if this could be done in dashboard via filters, but if there's some other method to achieve the same result i'd be keen to hear. Thanks

Display logic on groups

Is it possible to do display logic on a group in a "pick, group and rank"-question? I can see, that it's possible on items, but can't seem to find it for groups.
