Hi EveryoneHope you’re well.I would like to capture NPS Group the same as I can for NPS Number with Piping via a simple workflow trigger.This will be saved into a respondents profile in XM directory. I believe this needs to be done via Survey Flow Branching…"IsPromoter","IsPassive", and "IsDetractor" to save the NPS Groups to an Embedded Data field.But I am struggling setting this up and have got into a mess a few times.If anyone could help with a screen shot that would be ace!Thanks :)

Hi!Some of my partners want that when someone completes the survey, they instantly receive an email with the record of the person who completed the survey, is this possible, is this some kind of trigger?Thanks! 

I have around 1K users whom we have deleted from the dashboard but they still sit at users under admin. Is there a bulk way to remove these users?

I’m trying to create a matrix table with bipolar scale with pairs of opposing adjectives with 5 different points in between, for the participants to tick the dot closest to what they believe. The problem I am facing is that I would need those dots to have a number on them (1-5) but when selecting the bipolar scale, there is no option to add a title/name/number above the dots.Would any of you be able to help me with this?

Hi,I'm very new to Qualtrics and am looking for the most efficient way to screen participants through BMI by having them indicate their height (ft. in.) and weight (lbs) and then using a formula to calculate the BMI.I would like for it to be user-friendly for my research participants. Any suggestions?

Hello! Is there some code I could paste into my question to allow columns in a multi-select question type with Choice Groups? The groups are what’s preventing us from organizing it into columns, but it would appear a lot cleaner. Thank you for your time and help on this. No problem if it’s not in the current functionality.

Hi The client wants to create a filter by generation (boomers, gen x, millennials, gen z), however the data base brings the year of birth of the people in the format of DD/MM/YYYY and since it is a workday field it can't be changed. Anyone has an idea of how can i create this groups to generate a filter on the dashboard that will have this information?  

Hi all,I’m running a number of surveys as part of a longitudinal study. Some of the surveys have a loop and merge block, where participants are being asked if they have been taking any medications, and if they click yes, they have to answer some additional questions. If they have more than one medication, they are taken through the loop again (and have the option to do this up to 20 times).This loop and merge has undergone numerous rounds of testing prior to the survey going live, and has worked with absolutely no problem for well over 100 participants. However, over the last 3 weeks or so, I’ve had some participants getting in touch telling me they’re stuck in an eternal loop - irrespective of whether they put ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to final question in the loop.Does anyone have any suggestions? Respondents are completing the survey via a personalised link. I’ve tested the links that participants who are having issues are using, and I am able to go through the loop and

Hello, I have a matrix question where participants provide more than an anwer. I save each answer in an embedded data but I cannot manage to send all these variables in one go (using the SEND block). It seems to me that it is only possible to send one variable per stage per person. Is there a way around this?Thanks in advance.

Hi AllAgain thanks for the help prior to this getting fixed! 🔥During a survey I asked respondents a multiple choice question then saved this data via a workflow trigger into the respondents XM Directory profile. All worked as expected.I served a different survey to the same respondents and pulled the multiple choice question in as embedded data into the survey via survey flow. All worked as expected.From this last survey I want to use this multiple choice question embedded data to build a simple vertical bar chart dashboard widget like this. But as the embedded data is being pulled into the survey like this (grouped).And not like this.

CSAT Survey-Right now I have a questions that asks: Please select the Associate(s) you worked with:IF the person completing the survey selects more than 1 person- how can I make it so the next question (which is a matrix table) separate and have that person complete more than 1 matrix table?

Right now, when we close a survey, the default messaging the user sees after clicking the link says: “Sorry, this survey is not currently active.”We’d like to change this to a custom message like: “Thank you for all of your responses. This survey is no longer open.”Is that possible?

In the Results tab, I'd like to display a table with the top 5 highest and the top 5 lowest scores out of a series of Likert-scale questions. In each question, the Likert-scale has been recoded to give a 10-point scale score.I know how to do it in the Dashboard (Widget displaying highest and lowest scores | XM Community (qualtrics.com)), but I hope there is a way to do it in a Results widget as well. I tried making a new Data Field with Concat, without success. Is there a way to somehow group all the statements and use the “Enable top/bottom N values” option in Results?

Hi.   I am working to interpret the results from my survey.   My survey was a 2X2 experimental design which randomly showed participants one of two videos.   I then presented each participants one of two scenarios and then have them complete a survey.   How does Qualtrics indicate which of the two videos that people actually viewed and which scenario that they were presented with?    Thank you in advance..

HiOne of our customers unfortunately on a CX survey uploaded to Qualtrics embedded data with a number of fields with wrong values.  The customer asks us if it is possible to implement a process to change all the wrong embedded information uploading to Qualcom a CSV file with the answer ID / answer date / corrected field value. We opened a ticket on Qualcom support and the answer was that this is possible only for an EX survey but not for a CX survey.  Is this so?  This is not a feature for a CX survey?  How can a customer correct mistakes on one or more fields of embedded data, if the error was done for a big amount of answers in a CX survey? Many thanks!

I am conducting a research study on Qualtrics where after participants answer demographic questions, they will be randomly assigned to either the control group or the intervention group.The control group consists of answering six questions (blocks 1 -6) and the intervention group consists of answering six questions (blocks 7 - 12).  I made each question into a seperate block because I do not want participants to be able to go back to the previous question. Within the control group and intervention group, I also need the blocks to be randomized (i.e for one participant, the order of the blocks can be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 but for another participant to be taking the survey I want the order of the blocks presented to be 2,4,5,1,3,6). Is this possible?

Good morning, I would like to add a pop up message in Qualtrics with the number of a crisis center hotline if a participant answers either "more than half the days" or "nearly everyday" to a thoughts of suicide question. Can that be done? and How? I am new to Qualtrics but I have figured out scoring, branching, and skip logic, and embedded data in the survey flow area. I am grateful for any help you can give me. I'm actually in finance for a federal grant, but have been thrown into evaluation as well.Thank you,Linda

Hi Team is it possible that as an authenticator to start a survey we have something that asks me to log in to Qualtrics?make it a requirementI wonder if it is possible as an authentication-step to add a necessary Qualtrics login, since I am sharing a survey with users of the platform and it would be a good way to control who access to the survey and prevent people who do not have access to the platform from responding. Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I’m new to Qualtrics and I will be using Qualtrics to conduct a study on sexual harassment. Essentially, victims or potential victims of sexual harassment will share their experiences using an anonymous link. Just wondering if the brand administrator has the authority to see my survey and download my data without my permission? For example, we definitely don’t want anyone other than our research team members to see who experienced such things before... Thanks a lot in advance! 

I have a long survey with many 6-point Likert-scale questions (completely agree - completely disagree). Because of the number of questions, I want to show the results in the Dashboard, Results-Reports in table widgets. This is why I'm recoding the Likert-scale in a 10-point scale in the Survey itself.Completely disagree: 0 Disagree: 2,5 Neutral: 5 Agree: 7,5 Completely agree: 10Now I'm wondering if in the long term it wouldn't be better to use the Scoring system. And I'm also wondering if the recoding with decimals will cause problems with the analysis tools like Stats iQ. In the Dashboard it works fine, but it's difficult to predict which other issues I might encounter.What do you advise to do?

Hi,I have a question around GDPR. My client is asking where exactly the anonymous data in the survey is going to be stored. We have reassured them that Qualtrics is GDPR compliant, pointing them here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/getting-started/qualtrics-gdpr-compliance/.. and told them that the survey data we are receiving is anonymous.“can you please confirm where physically the data will be stored?  We need to ensure this fits our GDPR / data protection requirements.” Any help on ‘physically where’?Thanks,D 

Hi Qualtrics Community,I’m working in the ‘Data & Analysis’ tab where I’ve created a new variable using the ‘bucketing’ method:  I’m wondering if it could be possible to create a new variable with the results of this previous variable created. It mean, using the groups created as a result of the bucketing process to create a new variable. I’ve already tried it but I cannot select this ‘city_groups’ new variable to work with. Thanks for your feedback.  

Hi! I have a survey that I would like to send to my participants every week, for 8 consecutive weeks. I have a contact list with all the participants. However, they started on different days, so the survey will not be sent to all of them on the same day. Furthermore, I need to be able to see which participant answered what, which is possible if I use individual links, right?  I see that I can create an email distribution and send it to a selected person or persons from my contact list through the Distributions > Email tab, but how can I automate the process of sending it for 8 consecutive weeks? It seems like the Survey Director would be an option, but it seems like that only works with anonymous links? Thanks in advance!
