Creating a UI/UX and Design Experience Team and how should we do it ?

Hello all,My name is Okan and I work as an Experience Management Specialist at Vestel. Vestel is a TV and White goods manufacturer in Turkey and it's one of the largest in Europe and Turkey.However, we got a User experience issues in our products and it affects our customers and our company in terms of reputation.So we want to create a team that tests our products before the production and approves for user experience. So how should we handle this type of problem and what type of team should we establish. Thank you !

Automation to collaborate projects

Current Problem: We have two people working together on projects. However, every time one creates a project needs to collaborate with the other person. Meaning they would both benefit from an automation process.Current Solution (if applicable): None. Just collaborate when a project is createdPossible Solution: Create an automation for this purpose. Somehow the users could have their own automation as for example, "if [userY] creates a project, collaborate with [userX]"Purpose / Use Case: Save this extra step from having to happen every single time. Is just a nice to have improvement for the UX

Use cases for collecting experience data from blogs?

Hello! My team is interested in collecting experience data from blogs that we run, but are receiving pushback on two points: 1) asking questions on a blog detracts from the overall experience and 2) the comments function on the blog removes the need for collecting user feedback.One might respond to these points by suggesting that the survey can be delivered unobtrusively (for example, using a button invitation instead of a popup), and that while customers typically use comments to respond directly to content or points made on the blog, the larger points about navigability, usability, etc. are generally not addressed within comments.Has anyone in XMPros successfully implemented surveys on their blogs? What have been the relevant use cases and arguments made in support of implementation? Thanks in advance!
