Hello Everyone,                                                                                                                                                                                     We run Qualtrics Website Intercept surveys on our websites. We use Tealium and Adobe Analytics for reporting.                                                                                                                                                                                                     What we're tracking per user:                                                                                                                           Survey funnel events — when the survey is displayed to a user, when the user answers the first question, and when the user completes the survey  (at each user level)  Individual question responses — question text + answer for every question. Current plan:

Good day, I would like to inquire whether it would be possible to implement a Repeated Display Prevention mechanism that will apply to ALL web intercept surveys. For example, if a website contains four surveys, each with a quarantine or display prevention period set to 90 days, once a customer answers or declines one survey, all surveys including the one answered or declined would no longer appear to that customer for the next 90 days.Even better If I could utilize a JavaScript variable from the website (e.g., User E-mail) as an Embedded Data to Qualtrics and use that to quarantine the customer for 90 days.

Hi,I’m using Qualtrics Website & App Feedback intercepts and I’m seeing an issue with Custom Trigger → Trigger On Click.Setup Same project and same page Multiple intercepts enabled at the same time Each intercept: Uses Custom Trigger → On Click Targets a different HTML element but displays the same survey Expected behaviorAll intercepts should work simultaneously and display their survey when their specific HTML element is clicked.Actual behavior If only one intercept is active → it works If more than one intercept is active → only the first activated/published intercept works The other intercepts never display their survey No console errors

Hi Everyone,                                                                                                                                                                                   We're planning to use a Guided Intercept with an invitation screen ("Display survey directly in the dialog" disabled). We have had some issues when using Qualtrics Exit Intent trigger for intercept surveys - it is supposed to detect when a visitor’s cursor moves to the upper regions of the browse but after adding a screener question to the survey, we have found that it only detects Exit intent around ~17% of the time and for some internal employees the survey has even shown when a user is filling out information on a checkout page for example. We are working with our internal engineers to try and setup Exit intent using some mix of behaviors that indicates a shopper is having issues/frustrations and is at risk of leaving the site. Has anyone had any success doing something similar? If yes, what were the mix of behaviors you used?

Does anyone know how to add an iframe title to a custom embedded feedback creative?in cases where we use other creatives such as feedback buttons etc we can see the option to add an iframe title as show in this image: however when we use a custom embedded feedback creative we do not have this option:  

I’m trying to get the stars question behave as when selecting 3 stars - 3 are becoming highlighted (have color fill) and so forth. At the moment I can’t seem to be able to create this experience. It seems weired to me… We don’t mind doing it from the SDK but also there it seems like the option is not available.  Someone was able to reach this experience?

Hi EveryoneVia Admin, I just created a new, fresh, test account.When logging in, I already had 3 projects shared with my new test account. And after further tests, all users under our brand account have these projects shared with them.When looking in collaborate via the project owner, no account is selected to be shared with.How do I stop sharing these, seemingly automatically?Thanks :)

Context: I am working on a "Website/App Feedback" project, specifically using intercepts inside a Mobile App. We are using the Mobile Embedded Feedback creative type (Guided Intercepts). As per the standard behavior of this creative type, it automatically created "Embedded Survey". My goal is to control the volume of responses based on the user's Country (Embedded Data).Problem: I am facing a "dead-end" regarding quota management due to two limitations: Survey Limitations: The automatically created survey for Mobile Embedded Feedback does NOT have the "Survey" tab (only Workflows, Data & Analysis, Results). Therefore, I cannot configure standard Quotas inside the survey options as I would in a standard project. I have several web intercepts running in my project, but I’ve been experiencing strange behavior in how they’re being displayed, which led the client to request that all of them be disabled.These intercepts each have only one action set, and all of them follow rules similar to the example below.  In addition, I have repeat display prevention enabled, with the browser cookie set for 14 days. Even so, I’m receiving reports that the intercepts are being displayed every single time the user accesses the target URL.I’m not exactly sure how to proceed or where to start investigating this.Has anyone experienced something similar and can share their t

I want so show intercept survey only when user visit the page 10th time meaning if i logged in today it is my first visit. ….8th time is 8th visit. only when i visit 10th time I should get popup. How can i do this?

We are using a custom embedded feedback creative on our website. the first question is an mcq question and the answer choices are smiley faces. Now we have a requirement that the first question of the survey that is the smiley question should be embedded in the website but when someone clicks on one of these smileys then the rest of the survey should open in a new tab. Is there a way to achieve this?

We have digital intercepts (popups, feedback buttons, etc...). Today they say “Active...with unpublished changes.” Nobody remembers making any changes. Is there a place to see what changes are unpublished and who made them?

Hi all, I wonder if anyone would be open to a new group / discussions around how you are using website / app feedback in your organization.I recently joined an organization and my role is to expand intercept surveys across their digital properties. They are creating custom code on each page to capture data like the ingress point and it leads to a different survey.This is different from my previous company that expanded one intercept across all pages leading to one survey and then used page and keywords to identify what teams should receive what feedback.I’m curious how other organizations are setting up their intercept surveys. I’d love to hear from those who have experience and open to discussing different ways of using intercept surveys and the pros and cons of each way.

Hello XM Community!This is my first time posting, so please excuse any errors as I learn the platform 😊.Background: We have developed a templated Embedded Feedback survey that appears after a customer interacts with a specific container on our website. The initial question was in line to "Was this helpful?" with a yes/no response. Customers who selected "no" received a follow-up question.The Issue: Another team recently requested that we add a dynamic link to the first question. This link should direct customers to a specific page on our website when clicked. The link changes based on the website language, and this information is stored in the Google Data Layer.My Questions

Hi, I’m curious if anyone has tried to build intercept surveys into Workday. Workday is a HRIS we use and we are looking to gather feedback after employees completed certain processes in Workday. 

 Hello good afternoon, I have a question. How can I link the survey of a Website/App Opinion project to my directory and that when I download the results of the survey it comes with the data of the person who answered?

The default behavior allows respondents to close the pop-up intercept survey only by clicking the X button.In addition, I would like to be able to close the survey by clicking anywhere outside of the pop-up window to dismiss/ close the survey. How can I do that?

I have a website app insights project where I am using a responsive dialog box where we are using a survey as the target so when a website visitor visits the website he or she sees the target survey. Now we have a requirement if a website visitor revisits the website then they should be able to see the target survey if they had not taken the survey during their earlier visit to the website however if they have taken the survey during their  earlier visit then they should not be able to see the the target survey again for the next 90 days

Hi all, I would like to seek help from the community. I am trying to set up a website feedback survey where our employees can log in their issues that they encounter from the website. There will be ticketing system and one of the embedded data that we would like to get is their email address. We would like to get the email address directly from the website because we do not have to get our employees to manually log their email address into the survey and we are keeping the survey questions lean. The email address is actually retrievable from the website ‘Inspect’ page under the ‘Application’ tab and the  key is named as EmailID along with its Value (Email address). How do i build this into Qualtrics survey? Do i use Web Service (Under Survey Flow) or do I just add ‘Embedded Data’ into the Branch in Survey Flow? Your advice is appreciated!

Hello, I have an intercept being presented on a page with a some data fields that I need to bring as embedded data on the responses, but I could not find a way to make it work - the fields related to them are always in blank. From what I could understand, the fields are from a Google Tag ManagerThe things I’ve already done, without success:declare the field’s value type as “HTML on site” (this works on other pages from the same client, but I imagine this page can be developed differently); declare the field’s value type as “Google Data Layer”; declare the field’s value type as “Value from cookie” (just for testing, I could not find them on cookies); Configured the event tracking on the intercept with the name of the event (“delivery_tracking”).Below it follows a datalayer viewer extension to refer as they are shown (the fields I want to bring are the ones under the event “delivery_tracking”, like “service_type”,

I've recently learned from a colleague and from a post on X (https://x.com/Ingar30/status/1900096859697262976) that Operator, a new product developed by Open AI, can simulate participants’ responses on Qualtrics survey. For things that are not directly fillable by AI (e.g., some Captcha or comprehension questions), Operator gives the possibility to the user to take control of the survey and respond on its behalf. This make useless some of the measures that are usually recommended to deal with bots. It was quite shocking to see how easy it is to fill out a survey with this system and this might have severe consequences for the quality of the collected data.I would like to know whether there are any measures Qualtrics is taking to minimize this issue or if other users have developed some measures.Thank you and all the best,Giuliana
