Hi, As Qualtrics lacks WhatsApp distribution automation currently, I want to build a workflow where this task can be automated, So using the Webservice task I can post the Key and the dynamic values to Twilio and then it triggers a WhatsApp message, however the webservice task do not generate a personalized link like any other distribution task like SMS or send email task does .I would like to get some answers for this, how we can generate the personal links for each contact that is being triggered from the source system and using the piped text we can send the generated personal link to Twilio?

Scenario:After SSO authentication, I want to capture additional dynamic information from the user profile (like department etc.) and store it as Embedded Data. This data will later determine which survey questions appear.Questions: How can I dynamically fetch and store this data after authentication? Is it possible to avoid resetting Embedded Data fields that were set pre-authentication? Are there performance considerations for fetching multiple fields dynamically?

Hi there, Has anyone successfully mapped Employee Central’s “Termination Reason” field using “Extract Employee Data from SuccessFactors Task”? We wish to filter for voluntary exits as part of condition for exit survey; this should be identified by termination reason - event reason. We are having issue identifying the path to the field.“employmentNav/jobInfoNav/eventReasonNav/name” maps to last effected event reason thus is not helpful, we wish to send the survey upon entering of termination details in SuccessFactors. any help or sharing would be appreciated! 

Hello, We want to send out a survey using anonymous link and use a unique identifier in the URL field to fetch more data from salesforce regarding that specific respondent. The flow would be:Survey goes out to the customer Unique identifier is part of the survey URL and under the survey flow as embedded data Qualtrics to use the identifier to pull more data from salesforce That data is captured under embedded data in the survey responseI’ve tried web service in survey flow and it works while testing, but not during live survey as it seems to time out I guess. I’m not sure exactly which built in workflows of salesforce I can use to capture the date and add it to the survey response under embedded data. Has anyone done anything similar ? I cannot pass all the information through the URL since it might have sensitive information. 

Hi all,I would like to get some support with regards of the design of a three wave survey that I am working on. I've been working on this for days but can’t find a solution…. I am conducting a three wave study via Prolific, using Qualtrics. Participants will use an anonymous link to enter the survey. In the first wave, I automatically collect their ProlificID and they have to manually enter the name of a friend in a text field. In the second and third wave (with an interval of 3 days) I want to remind them of the name of the friend that they entered in the first wave based on their ProlificID. I considered several options:Working with directories: from my understanding this would require a personal link to look up the name of the friend from the contact list, that is no option. Hi all, We’ve been embedding Qualtrics surveys for years and all of a sudden they refuse to connect within the iframe with the console log complaining about CSP violation.  Has anything changed recently? Is anyone else having issues?

Currently the Salesforce trigger and email survey options only let you automatically send 1 reminder email, so I'm having to go into my distributions each week and manually schedule the second reminder email. Is there a better way to handle? Seems to me a pretty essential feature, though some might say I'm sending too many reminder emails. (But I've proven they get me many more responses; without them for certain surveys I would never get to what my stakeholders consider an acceptable RR percentage.)

Hello!At the moment I have a game of tetris running in a couple of my experiments. It’s coded using java and hosted on github. I then use the </> function on Qualtrics to create an iframe.One issue however is that users have to ‘click’ into the iframe in order to use the controls for the game. Otherwise up/down controls the scroll bars on the qualtrics website, or don’t do anything at all, until the game frame itself is clicked.Is there anyway I can make the iframe the immediate focus, rather than the qualtrics website?Would love any help!

We have a survey set up by a Salesforce trigger to send out a survey. We use the Salesforce Outbound Message to trigger the flow into Qualtrics.  This is our current flow, which adds the contact to our directory and then distributes the survey and the one allowed reminder. My goal is to be able to send a second reminder message. Can I update this flow to add the contact to the directory with the appropriate embedded data, and then use the “Send a Survey via Email” task? Could I do this with only the Send a Survey via Email task? Thanks!

Hi All, I’m testing out the newish workflow task for exporting response data to excel  I’ve not found any support page for this yet so maybe it is documented but never the less… I have discovered that there are certain fields you can’t include or at least don’t appear in the drop down list yet when you do a manual export in the D&A section they do appear.  This includes: Recorded DateNPS_GROUPany derived fieldsTextiQ fields Is there a way round this? When I export manually I can see that the above fields have the following extra info: =Recorded Date: Recorded DateRecordedDate{"ImportId":"recordedDate","timeZone":"Europe/London"}  =NPS:Q01_NPS_GROUPNPS Question - Group{"ImportId":"QID3_NPS_GROUP"} =An example of a derived field:Q17_new B32 All meals

We are looking to send a Qualtrics survey via a trigger from Gainsight. Has anyone done this before? I know that Gainsight has their own survey capabilities, but we are trying to keep it centralized. Anyone do anything like this?Thanks

Hello,The survey invitation my company is sending from Qualtrics to our users are no showing up in the email they receive in Outlook. This is causing a terrible user experience plus low response rate because everyone thinks is SPAM (please see image attached).Does anyone has any idea how to force the images to appear in the invitation email? I'm using the built-in Google Maps Autocomplete in Qualtrics to let users type in their city. When they start typing, the widget shows suggestions, but all the suggestions appear in English.I want the suggestions to appear in Chinese (Simplified) when the survey is being completed with Q_Language ZH-CN.Has anyone managed to force the built-in widget to display place names in another language?Any help would be appreciated!Thanks in advance 🙏

Hello all Have any of you done any integration between Qualtrics and Moodle? We're looking to feature a Qualtrics survey in Moodle, somehow. What alternatives are there? Just trying to get an idea if anyone else have tried setting this up in the past. Thanks in advance-Mattias

I’ve embedded the survey into a webpage. If the press “take the quiz” the survey would start. In some cases the questions just appear normally, in others i get "click the button to continue the survey in qualtrics" . A lot of my users are older and not very tech savy, so the extra click might be confusing them, especially since they have to scroll. Any idea what we can do about it?

I was looking to see if anyone is currently leveraging Pendo and Qualtrics. We have both solutions but want to pull in Pendo feedback so we have all feedback data in one location. Is it worth setting up a Qualtrics survey in Pendo or just work to use Pendo survey and push that feedback into Qualtrics?Would also want to see how easy it is to set up and what if anything to watch out for.

If you are experiencing issues with passing embedded data to Salesforce from Qualtrics, here are some steps to troubleshoot on your own before contacting Support.First please make sure that the Salesforce integration is correctly set up in Qualtrics. This includes verifying the connection between Qualtrics and Salesforce and ensuring that the necessary permissions are granted.In order to refresh the Salesforce account you can click on the Salesforce trigger/task, click “Back” if needed and click on refresh. If it doesn’t help you can also remove the account and add it again.

We have used the XM Directory > Distribute survey workflow functionality successfully for a couple years, and it’s being deprecated and replaced with this new task. Problem we’re having is it seems impossible to just send an email to a single person as in the old way. Our workflow is triggered by a Salesforce Outbound Message task, from which we establish first name, last name, email, external ID and other metadata. Step 2 is to send a survey to the email from step 1 and use other metadata for personalization, which the XM Directory task did perfectly. With the new task, the options for grabbing data from step 1 are unclear and after much trial and error, I can’t figure out what combination of piped text will accomplish the simple goal. Having to enter IDs for Directory and List (and Contact) feels like I’m doing it all wrong. Hoping someone here can assist, thanks in advance!

I have the survey created, now I need to find out how to send our survey when a customer's support ticket is marked as solved by our support staff in Zendesk. How would I go about this? I was looking through Qualtrics documentation and there were a variety of Zendesk options which left me a bit confused.Thanks!

Hello,I'm currently working on a survey in Qualtrics which involves linking Qualtrics to Pavlovia and back to Qualtrics. I was able to make it work but the issue right now is that once Pavlovia redirects me back to Qualtrics, I am brought back to the beginning of the Qualtrics survey and Qualtrics would mark this response as complete. Is there a way that I can be brought back to the place where I last left off in Qualtrics? Any suggestions would be helpful! Thank you!
