I want to create a user who can only create a add hoc EX project and copy questions from the library and create micro pulses.i want the following restrictions Have access to create only ad hoc Ex projects. ( i have figured how to do this) User to only access the questions/blocks shared from the Group libraries and restrict the Qualtrics XM certified Question library Have access only to the survey builder and data and analytics section (no dashboards)how can i achieve this? is it possible

is there a option in a EX project to set a seperate from email, from name and reply to email? we can definetly do this in a CX project. 

Hi Everyone.  I’m hoping someone has faced a similar issue, and can help me rectify.  I have been working on an Employee Survey, with a dashboard page showing the action plan summary, which is split down per department.  I’m having as issue because not all of the actions plans seem to be tracking to the dashboard correctly. For example, one of our departments has 10 action plans created, but the dashboard is only showing 4.  I’ve checked the permissions and the metrics for the dashboard and individual who has loaded the action plans onto the system. I did see that some of their action plans are in progress, but at 0%, but this hasn’t been a factor in the past, when counting for the overall actions plans.  Does anyone know how I can fix this issue, without having to do an action plan export and count on Excel?

When I try to share a dashboard with multiple collaborators on our platform, I'm encountering an "Access Denied" error. The specific error message reads "You don't have permission to access 'http:/exbci.col.qualtrics.com/app/manager assist' on this server". The reference for this error is #18.c7fadead. 1732634579.55330980. Additionally, there's a link provided that directs to an error page: https://errors.edgesuite.net/18.c7fadead. 1732634579.55330980.Though the collaborators have been assigned roles that should grant them access, they are still facing this issue. Not certain whether it's a permission restriction on their roles or a server-side setting that's preventing access.  

Is it possible to add another Comparison dropdown (a second one) in a heat map widget?

We are interested in adding a full evaluator list onto a 360 report, regardless of whether they completed it or not. This is purely to provide a reminder to subjects about who they invited to take the assessment. I know we can add participants’ names of who COMPLETED the survey, but can we add names of those who did NOT? Thank you!

Hello,  I need help. I am in the Training Hub and have created an onboarding survey project as part of EmployeeXM Expert Certification. I am at this task: To import a question from the library, click Import from library within the block. The questions can be found in the Employee Experience folder of the Qualtrics Certified questions. Within the Onboarding folder, click on the folder Introductions - The first week. There you will find all of the questions used throughout this survey. Import all of the questions from the Driver - Training folder However there is no Employee Experience folder. Only Customer Experience and one other. please can some advise how this can be rectified?  Many thanks Trevor

Hi,I would like to build a workflow,so that after an employee replied to a survey,a field on their employee data in the Employee Directory is updated.In the workflow builder, I can find (multiple) tasks to update fields in the CX Directory,but none of them seem to be able to connect to the EX Directory.Is there any way by which I can achieve this? Thanks,Joyca

i want to set up a logic based authenticator for a EX survey. We want users to use SSO for participants that can authenticate via SSO and if they cant then simply use their email address to authenticate and respond to the survey.  

Regarding Authenticators for either an Engagement project or a Lifecycle project, is it possible to have both an SSO Authentication and a Person Field Authentication (i.e., Email or UniqueID) on for a single survey?The issue I have is the majority of my employees can log in via SSO -- but there is a small portion who don’t have SSO and will need to authenticate in via another method.

Hello Community,I have a specific question about the task "extracting data from an SFTP file." My question is whether Qualtrics can decrypt a file with PGP encryption before I can review the execution history, assuming the PGP encryption option is enabled. Does anyone know if this is possible or if there’s any additional configuration I should consider? I’d appreciate any guidance or experiences you could share.Thanks in advance!

Last time we implemented action plans with this survey, they weren’t very productive, and many users didn’t see any value in them.I want to ensure that we clearly demonstrate how they can use these plans to gain real value. I’m sending  out exit  surveys via a Lifecycle project. I’m sending the invites through Email and SMS. Is there a way to  differentiate the responses to see where a user clicked?

I couldn’t see that option for Category so posting this under Employee 360 instead. ***Hi, in the survey editor I am seeing a message saying “Carry forward statements - Temporarily no longer available for EX surveys. Replacing them is strongly recommended.” However I have submitted a test response and it seems to be working alright.Does anyone know why the message is showing? I’m a bit nervous that it could stop working while my survey is live, even though it seems to be working alright now during testing.Has anyone else used Carry forward statements for EX surveys using the “Ad Hoc Employee Research" survey type, even though that message is showing?For context, I have a Multiple choice question listing 15+ options that people can pick from. I’m working on a survey where we would like to mix display logic and randomization. I understand that mixing display/skip logic and randomization within a block are not allowed using the default randomization. Ideally, what we’d like to do is randomly show one of 2 follow-up items, depending how someone answered a preceding rating item. The rating item has a 5 point Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree scale. If they answer Strongly Disagree or Disagree, we’d like to show a follow-up item to 50% of participants (we don’t want everyone answering it). So basically, it’s randomly showing a follow-up to a subset of people depending how they answer the rating item. It would be ideal if this could be done within the block. If the item order needs to be changed, we can likely put this at the end. Is this possible with JavaScript or anything else? I haven’t found a clear answer and we don’t have a ton of time to come up with a solution.

Hi, if I distribute a survey via both an Anonymous Link with authentication and Qualtrics mailer, can I still ensure that each participant will still only take the survey once?For example, if someone has completed the survey via the link in their email, when they try the anonymous link and enter their email address will it prevent the person from doing the survey again? And vice versa, if someone has completed the survey via the anonymous link (having had to first authenticate by entering their email address) and then try to complete it using the survey link in their email, will it prevent the person from doing the survey again?Also, is there another way to authenticate the person besides asking them to submit their email address e.g. SSO if they use a work device or something like that?

Hello Everybody, Im kind of new to Qualtrics and tried to find a solution to my current problem. I found one but wanted to hear from experts if there is a more elegant solution to this. The problem is as follows:I want to conduct feedback for several people. All of them will have to get feedback from 5 people. The workflow is the following: people who are eligible to undergo such feedback sessions have to choose the feedback givers. I just created a survey for this, where they can put the email addresses of those people in. The survey then sends out anonymous links for the actual feedback survey to those people. Because those are anonymous links, all the feedback will be saved in the survey. So before creating the individual reports (every person must only receive their own individual feedback), I have to create some kind of identification for each feedback. I think about adding a question into my feedback survey, where the recipients have to put in the mail address or name of the pers

Hello everyone, I’m part of the Global Talent Management team within my organization and we use surveys that we distribute across our worldwide sites. We provide data to advisors on HR operations, and we want them to access specific dashboards from their Qualtrics accounts. I created new users for the advisors with permissions that should allow them to see dashboards, and I added them in specific roles within the project to allow them to see the data. We use Qualtrics EX  for this. So far, advisors are able to see the dashboard when I provide them with its URL link. However, when they log into their Qualtrics account, they cannot see neither projects nor associated dashboards. As such, they cannot navigate Qualtrics to access what they need, and they have to bypass by using the URL link. We aim to centralize information so they can access all they need from their home page. As anyone ever had a similar problem? Hi thereI have a question in a survey where people have to rank 4 topics where 1 is strongest and 4 is least strongest. Is there some clever code I can use to force people to only select 1 scale point across the 4 topics.  So we don’t want someone to select scale 1 more than once as an example.  I’m using the EX product due various reasons and EX doesn’t have ranking style question. Hi all,  hoping to find some insights - maybe somebody had a similar situation. We are running a yearly engagement survey with a parent-child org hierarchy. Now we have the situation, that some teams only have 2-3 people so they would never reach the anonymity threshold of 5. The idea now is to provide a dashboard to the upper managers of these teams (so next level up in hierarchy) with a summarised dashboard for these teams - so e.g. team a (3 people), team b (2 people) = summarised in one dashboard. What would be a good way to go about this? Using filters and lock them on the dashboard? Thanks for sharing!BR
