Released On Or Before June 4, 2025 Admin New Survey Taking Experience: Brand Admins can now set the default survey experience for the entire brand, encouraging survey builders to use a more accessible and user-friendly layout. API Datasets API Deprecation: The Datasets API has been removed from the Qualtrics public API catalog. As of June 1, 2025 the Datasets API will no longer be available and any calls to those endpoints will result in 404 responses. This feature will no longer be available after December 4, 2024. Simple Layout is the New Survey Taking Experience: This update removes the term “Simple layout”, and allows you to opt in to the new survey taking experience, which is mobile friendly, completely accessible, and contains new question types. Once you’ve opted in, layouts will disappear from the Look & Feel. The process for adding users has been simplified, you can now bulk edit permissions for multiple users, and you can filter the users page to search for users with specific permissions. Workflows Extract Data from Discover Task: This new data extractor task allows you to import your Discover data into Qualtrics. Rebuild XM Directory Segment Task: With this task you can configure a workflow that refreshes a segment to the most updated version.
